Happy to have had avreservation as we were not able to get in the night before. They were out of the special but we enjoyed our meals with the exception of the Shrimp and Grits. Popcorn topping? Really?

Food was good but everything was spicy. Even when I specifically asked about certain items and were told there's no spice in them, there was a define kick to everything we ate. Red fish was very good. Veggies and rice were good but too spicy for my child. I'm gluten free and had the red fish, veggies, rice and a salad and I didn't get sick. Service was excellent. Restaurant was " fun" and upbeat.

Good local cuisine in a laid back atmosphere. The wood grilled redfish was very good. The redfish bisque was good, but could have benefited by a higher fish content (I felt I was eating tomato soup with a hint of fish flavor).

Our server Ike made the experience great for us! He was so congenial and outgoing, we would come back just to see him again. He made several recommendations that were spot on. Good food, great service!

Great food. Although they have other options it’s predominantly a fish place.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating although very busy.
Even though it’s in prime “tourist” real estate it’s a great place to eat. Drinks, apps, dinner and dessert will run you $100-$150 for 2.

Had read great reviews about how tasty the seafood was here and it didn't disappoint. I had the grilled redfish with lemon vinagarette sauce and my husband had the snapper and both were delicious. I only wished the serving was a little bigger because it was so good. It did, however, allow me to have room for dessert and so I had the double chocolate bread pudding which was heavenly. I loved the atmosphere in the restaurant too. All in all, a great first dinner on our trip to New Orleans.
