Ana the manager made the experience worth it. I have been here many time and enjoyed myself.
On this visit it was all wrong for the first 30 min. Then Ana came in and righted the whole experience. The staff was kind and attentive.
I have referred over and entertained many at the restaurant, and due to Ana's professionalism I will be back very soon.
Overall, the experience at Red was great. Dissapointed that they did not have gift for moms on Mothers Day.
Great space to hold events. Our server was great as well. Overall a great experience. The food was good too!
I would love to come back again, this restaurant is so beautiful. Everything was great.
Great. Will do it again.
Steak really good but pasta with chicken average. Fried chicken not good for the price
First time going to Red, used to go to their Chinese / Seafood buffet they used to have. I miss that!
Dinner was delicious!! I ordered the rack of lamb and it was delicious!! It was served with vegetables and I believe Yukon mash potatoes. The lamb was cooked perfect and I love the bbq grill flavor it had! Would definitely come here again, waitress was friendly and attentive. If your in the area, you must try this place! The ambiance and live band set the mood!
First time here for our anniversary, nice ambiance and friendly staff. Our reservation was at 6 pm so we were the first ones.
Excellent food, my daughter had filet mignon and it was very tender and tasty. Wife had the very flavorful and tasty scallops, I had the excellent rack of lamb plate cooked to perfection. We all agreed to come back again.
Outstanding food, service and ambiance. Incredible view, seemed like we were at a resort many miles away.
Business dinner, 3 people, great staff
food was fantastic and our waiter was knowledgable and charming.
This restaurant was very nice , the food was good with a few exceptions . I found a hair in my side dish and our shrimp was a little over cooked . Our service was great , our server was excellent and the food came out quickly . It was quiet and romantic which was very nice .
Was expecting a lot of this restaurant. Nice decor & ambience. Staff made sure we were happy & had everything we needed.
So why only Three stars? Because the main reason we go to a restaurant is the food. And unfortunately that's where things didn't quite measure up.
Beginning, the Bread & Salads were very good. Daughter's Old Fashion, just mediocre. That's O.K. It's the food that matters.
Sashimi Platter? Pretty good. O.K. that's better.
My Rack of Lamb. Excellent. Have had better, but not in a while. The Filet Mignon & Shrimp also good.
Then their downfall. All the seafood in the Trio Seafood & the separate Scallops were overcooked & rubbery. For a place advertised as ASIAN FUSION, their seafood should be topnotch.
L.A. is one of the most competitive restaurant environments around. In this price bracket, you have got to stand out. Unfortunate.
Thank you food and service was Great
Belated Valentines meal with my Beloved Wife.
First time I went to this amazing restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. I took my partner for valentines and the decorations were beautiful. The food was delicious I would definitely go back. Great server as well, polite and considerate.
Great place.. beautiful view! Service was excellent and the food was amazing. I would really recommend it.
We had our anniversary dinner there and it was such a pleasant and wonderful experience all around. Will definitely return and refer friends and family.
Ricky Roldan, My lady and I enjoyed this place! First time and we will definitely be going back sooner than we imagined.
The sushi tasted worse than what I imagine gas station sushi tastes like. I was told the lobster bisque just tasted like Costco corn chowder. The service was terrible and no one bothered to ask how our meal was or refill waters. I'm NEVER going back & I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Well proportioned food. Friendly staff / waiter. Clean outdoors.
Made a reservation for my wife and I for our Anniversary. While making the reservation, the hostess asked if we were celebrating anything special. I said yes, "our anniversary".
Walked in and the place was empty, on a Saturday night. Reservation was definitely not needed and they should have told me so.
Hostess was nice and sat us instantly. Took 10min to meet our waiter. Young kid, not unfriendly but seemed like maybe his first job? Didn't introduce himself, and was casual and non-chalant. An experienced server with a full station could have served us in half the time.
Also, what is the point of asking what customers are celebrating if they don't even get a half scoop of ice cream with a bent candle?
Worth the drive, every time. Andy and Ryan never cease to amaze us. Exceptional service. We feel at home.
My husband and I drive out to City of Industry from Porter Ranch for meetings and at times, for our own pleasure. Red is a hidden gem with surrounding greenery and gorgeous views.
I recommend their farmed Salmon and creme brûlée for dessert.
Nice and quiet. Food tasted great. Waitress and bartender helped me pick drinks that I would like. Would be back if I'm in the area again.
Romantic ambience... but hapoy hour menu shld be updated...
Food was amazing and so was the ambiance. The view was spectacular as was the live entertainment.
Great food, but the view and jazz music is what we came for.. the atmosphere is unmatched.
The restaurant was okay...one entree was bland and one was salty...pretty pricey for that.
We enjoyed the creme brûlée for our anniversary.
Attended a retirement party here last week. Hadn’t been here in years. Decided we had to come back. So beautiful and good food too.
The only thing that bugged me was we were seated outside and for a bit I could smell cigarette smoke. Would have preferred all surrounding areas be smoke free especially while dining.
the ambience was so relaxing, cozy, staff was so attentive, enjoyed our family dinner
Overall, Red is not a restaurant I would go back to unless I was there for a quick drink. The steaks that were prepared lacked flavor, our waitress who was very nice was also somewhat unattentive. I would expect a $160 meal to have value & sadly Red misses the mark. I will not recommend others to go to this restaurant. Views are incredible, food is not.
Love it!!! Sat outside, so nice!!! Food was delicious and drinks were good!
Wanted to try something different, I drive by the Pacific Palms resort everyday, I did movie, tv shows there as a back ground artist, When the place was the Sheraton Resort Hotel. Well anyway the food was great the atmosphere was great and the service was great.
Food was great but service was ok. Waitress practically threw box at us when we asked for to -go box but a polite waiter offered to pack it up for us . Also she didn’t offer any appetizers or dessert kinda RUDE for the amount of money we spent . I’m gonna ask for her name and update this once I get it
We celebrated a birthday and engagement. Dinner was very good...…..only the California roll sushi didn't seem very fresh, was cold, like out of the refrigerator. The filet mignon and NY steak was excellent!
Our server was very attentive and very helpful.
RED had friendly waiters. The food was ok. My favorite was the view of the city lights. Although next time I’ll request to sit outside on the patio where you get a better view.
I informed reservations that we had a business meeting and asked if we could be placed in a quiet area of the dining room. I was told we would be on the opposite end of the bar. However, when we arrived, we were seated across from the bar and the tables surrounding us were a bit noisy so it was difficult to hear each other.
First time at this restaurant. The place is a bit noisy for a “fine dining” restaurant. Food is subpar and a bit salty. Disappointed with the overall experience.
