Using the priority seating was very easy and efficient!
This is a local favorite. Scheduled our Christmas lunch through Open Table and they were ready with our table. Hostess was great and food was great as well.
The evening was amazing. The waiter was great. We really enjoyed ourselves. Our seatting location was in a private area which we requested. we will be choosing red bone alley again in 2018, what are Christmas celebration. Thank you
FDTC Staff members had a wonderful Christmas lunch. Our waiter was so awesome and attentive. We will definately keep this restaurant in mind for upcoming gatherings.
Its was good experience
As always my experience with Rebone was amazing. My boyfriend and his family who has never eaten here enjoyed the food and the experience. Once again my waiter was awesome and attended to our every need. No matter what time I come to Rebone day or night the food and customer service is always amazing.
Once again the food quality, quantity And variety was out of this world. Highly recommended!
Seated 30 minutes past our reservation time. Entrees arrived about an hour after ordering.
Are there words that goes passed fabulous, wonderful, and awesome? That would be the word I would use to describe our recent visit to Redbone Alley. The service was off the chart exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff worked with us to make our wonderful, and awesome? That would be the word I would use to describe our recent visit to Redbone Alley. The service was off the chart exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff worked with us to make our graduation celebrations spectacular!
Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend using this service to others! The food was good and the service was awesome! We were celebrating my daughters graduation and the waiter was very nice! We had a great time!
We had 12 in our party... all arriving at different times. Our waitress did a phenomenal job at taking care of all of us!!!!
Had to wait about 40 minutes after our priority seating time for a table, which was understandable because there were many proms and graduations happening that day. Slightly annoying but not too big of a deal. Server was very nice and attentive, although it did take a while to get drinks and bread brought to the table, which, again, is understandable since there was only one server for fifteen people. Ambiance at the restaurant was very nice. The live entertainment was great. The food was excellent! Definitely would recommend this place to a friend.
Very nice restaurant and staff. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.
Everyone was so friendly. Food was delicious, seating area was spacious and everyone had a great time.
This was the best experience I've ever had. I've dined before, but not in a large group. The staff was excellent and really showed they were accustomed to serving a large group. They food was delicious and prepared to perfection. Everyone enjoyed their experience.
Great experience for my mothers birthday gathering.
Had reserved seating but still waited 45 minutes to be seated
I appreciate that you have priority seating for large groups. This enabled us to enjoy a good meal in a wonderful atmosphere all together. Our server was great!!
What a great, comfortable place to meet and eat and enjoy the company of friends, co-workers, or family. The menu offers some really great options for the entire group, and these offerings are pleasantly uncommon for our area. The atmosphere is comfortable and festive, and perfect for gatherings that are positive and uncommon, as well.
Very different, creative motif. Enjoyable atmosphere for dinner or groups.
Red BoneAlley never got my priority seating request according to the hostess. Maybe they are not familiar with opentable.
Red Bone is one of my favorite places for a group dinner. They always have adequate space. Our server was top notch. Our group of 14 never had to wait for anything.
The Empowerment Palace hsd our ladies book club. Our server Nathan was professional, super nice, and very helpful. Noise level was minimum and setting at the resturant was exceptional . The food was delicious. Redbone Alley is a five star resturant .
Reservation was not ready 30 minutes after reservation beforeseates
Loved it, as usual !!!!
Great food, great people !
Service was slow. We rented the upstairs room and were asked to pick 4 appetizers and 4 entrees. The prices of each were the same as the menu. Our group did not receive bread or salads with our entrees as promised on the regular menu (but not on the printed menu we had in our room). I only knew this, because I dined downstairs the next night. Additionally, I paid $50 for the private room to not only have drinks refilled in a timely fashion but to have the food come out late- even after we had a selected a menu at the request of management.
made on line reservations and made for 9 when we got there 2 more had followed so we told the hostess and very snooty like said, "well that will just make a longer wait" what, were we suppose to send the other 2 packing? and then the waiter stood at one end of table to take everyone's order. and acted like we were putting him out when we asked him to come closer so we didn't have to holler. and the mashed potatoes were nasty.
Used Open Table to book a party of 10 at 6:30pm. We got there at 6:20. We didn't get sat until 7:00pm. In a restaurant that was not very busy, I don't feel any effort was made to accommodate us. Additionally, not a single apology. That was the most disappointing thing.
In a better note, our server was very attentive and hustled. He was great!
Food was decent.
The server was great and the food was delicious as usual. I made a reservation for a party of 15-18 and they gave us 3 large round tables in some sort of snake figure?! It was impossible to talk to anyone other than those at your specific table.
Our server Daniel was very nice and did a good job serving such a large party. He was patient when I had to order a meal cooked a specific way. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because he forgot to bring pepper until a guest was almost finish with their salad.
