Excellent service and impeccable food!
Food was delicious! Loved the ceviche and trout
Great customer service, we had last minute changes and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our party. We had a few issues with our food, the toast that came with our sampler was burnt along with the Crab Cake Croquettes and Fish. Steak, sweet potatoes and lobster plates were great.
Been here several times. Always a great experience. Good to see local celebrities in there too. It’s like stepping into another part of the world, if only for a brief moment.
noise level = not noisy at all :) gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg
Always my favorite place. Do not skip dessert.
There is no way this is a $ restaurant. Who writes this stuff?! One description says dinner for under $30. That’s laughable unless you have one appetizer with water. Having said that, the food was very good and the service top notch. It’s just a bit overpriced.
Cool classic historic hotel
It was our first night out in months since we just had our baby in November 2018. Sevice , food, and ambiance was excellent. Only complaint, dessert was not stellar. Overall, we will be back and recommend the restaurant. thank you so much!
Very good food, service was fine. Definitely a "modern" style but plenty comfortable, just a bit dark.
Strong sewage smell in restaurant.
My Fav place to go 😀
Great anniversary dinner. Crab croquettes amazing. Happy hour, great drinks $5.00. good and service fantastic. Pleasantly surprised.
Beautiful place inside the most beautiful hotel in San Antonio! Great service and food too! I will definitely be back soon!
Our waiter was attentive but not overbearing. The happy hour specials were fabulous. My favorite was the decor and the posh setting!! Definitely a great spot for a romantic date or a girls night out!!! Sexy, sultry and fun!
Grilled octopus very good and innovative. Other food was over seasoned and lame. Waitstaff was disengaged.
Great food, ambience, etc. Took WAY to get my first drink.
The food was wonderful; however, the service was confusing. For example, we ordered a bottle of wine, and it arrived when our entrees arrived.
From beginning to end, was a GREAT experience! The food was phenomenal and the staff was great.
Its the little things that make a good restaurant, GREAT and this place has 4-star service in all their staff!
I asked for a nice quiet spot in the restaurant (not expecting anything grand) and the staff went above and beyond giving us what could quite possibly be one of the best seats in the restaurant, top floor looking down at the bar. The waitress came a few minutes after we sat down and apologized for the delay, even though we were not waiting long enough to notice.
Overall, its those little things that makes this place a top notch spot to enjoy a quality meal with quality service.
Pleasant get the sweet potatoes
The food was outstanding, but pricey. However, you have to pay for quality and I would return again.
Superb food and service but the ambiance seemed disconnected from everything else. It had the vibe of a very different place. We still enjoyed our experience and would like to come back
Food is great, the place is beautiful, trendy. Sadly sometimes when the places are too trendy looking they’re not too comfortable. We were stuck in a middle half booth table with other patrons sitting too close, we could easily hear their conversations even if we didn’t want to. We initially wanted to order a bottle to go with our dinner date but because the sitting arrangement wasn’t the best we didn’t. The waiter also felt like he was rushing into getting us out of there, he even mentioned they were expecting a lot of people (gee, thanks!) If I ever go back I would request a better table. Extra points for having complimentary valet parking.
The food was superb! It was our first time there and it was an awesome experience. Kiddos to our waitress Luv. She was excellent. Ceviche was to die for and Filet Mignon cooked to perfection.
Easily the best meal I had in my life and the environment/ambiance was amazing as well. Highly Highly Highly recommenced and worth every penny.
Good food, great ambiance, service was slow (busy night at the restaurant, but wait staff appeared unorganized). Great menu with lots of variety. Plan to go back and try some of the plates we missed.
First time here and my wife and I truly impressed with the food and service. Ye,s it is a place that I look at Rebelle as place for a special dinner date. I had the Gulf Redfish, Boston Bibb salad and my wife had the Grilled Ribeye and Romaine wedge, we also got the sweet potatoes to share (there was plenty to share with a 3rd person). Everything was delicious and to top it off we shared a slice of their Keylime pie which was very good. Rebelle is located in downtown San Antonio within walking distance of the Tobin Center and is inside the St. Anthony Hotel. I plan to go back for more delicious food later this year.
Awesome dinner! Great service!! Love the atmosphere and music!!!
Atmosphere was very engaging and our service was excellent
Need to replace seats with nice chairs. The plastic chairs mostly throughout the restaurant feel like lawnchairs for an outside patio. They feel cheap and plastic. Not fitting for an upscale dining experience and a rather disappointment. We asked if there were any more nicer seating and the few there were already were taken or reserved. Plastic lawn chairs are neither modern nor sheik for an indoor restaurant at a historic hotel in downtown San Antonio. Thank goodness the appetizers and entree were good otherwise the whole experience would have been a disaster. This was Valentine's dinner with my wife. First time experience. Would eat here again but please upgrade your chairs. Thank you.
Our second visit since the menu change to emphasize seafood. The fish chowder, octopus appetizer and char broiled lobster entree were great. The monkfish cassoulet was a disappointment, with gritty clams, tough sausage and tasteless fish. After a mention to our server, it was removed from the bill. The space is very appealing and service is excellent. Free valet parking is a real plus for downtown.
My boyfriend and I LOVED this place. The char broiled oysters were amazing. Super cute atmosphere. Try your best to either sit downstairs, or get the railing on the second floor. We kinda sat in the back of the second floor and it was pretty dark, but other than that, great experience!
A great restaurant located in the St. Anthony Hotel. My husband and I shared a filet and lobster. The steak was delicious and the lobster was good. There wasn’t very much lobster meat, more stuffing than lobster. Some of the best mashed potatoes we’ve ever had.
The food took an hour and a half to arrive. They did comp dessert as an accommodation.
Free Valet. Nice atmosphere & excellent food. If you’re looking for excellent service as well, ask for Goodman. Highly recommend.
My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary there and we love it food was super delicious and our server Marisa treat us very professional love it.
Starts off with free vallet parking and every door opened for you. Then a spooky, cool-looking restaurant with a bar right in the middle. Friendly servers don't have a problem if you want to share a meal. The food is tasty and the $5 chardonnay was fabulous. So nice to have quality wine on happy hour. Everything we ate was made with skill and knowledge of the best flavor and texture combinations. Walk around the lobby afterwards and enjoy the history of this place. Check out the hotel bar tucked away down the hall and you'll know the place is definitely haunted. But Rebelle has only friendly ghosts and they're calling me back.
The food and service was amazing!
The food was excellent, but price was a bit steep.
