I have never had any issues switching to another table in a restaurant specially when the restaurant was empty when arriving the hostess told us that every table was reserved then later in the evening people were switching tables without any problem I felt very uncomfortable with this issue

This was our first visit to Rebecca’s and it was phenomenal. All of the reviews I read were excellent so we knew we were in for a treat! We will definitely be returning.

The first time I was there food was great but last time I ordered the same thing and it was extremely “HOT” I had to get water dios after each chew.

We have been to Rebecca’s before and enjoyed our meals there and have recommended Rebecca’s to many people. Our dining experience at Rebecca’s this evening was absolutely terrible we waited over 45 minutes for our entrée. The couple next to us were seated 20 minutes after us and were having their entrée after their appetizers as we were receiving our entrées.
When our entrees finally arrived, they were lukewarm. The dish read on the menu as Jerk chicken with a mango, pineapple & papaya salsa. It was dry thin pieces of chicken with just pineapple my guess, it was the appetizer chicken poorly disguised as the main course less mango & papaya. Note to the chef, if you can’t serve as described please don’t serve it or better yet or in this case rename it to JERK CHICKEN SURPRISE!
When I asked an employee why the entree took so long he said he would look into it. After sometime I took it upon myself to seek him out for an answer and the check. He acknowledged the 45-minute wait was too long and it was a mix up by the servers of which we had 4 different ones.
When he came back with the check he saw our barely touched dinners and asked if we would like to take them home. I was wondering if he thought we could not finish because we were still full from the appetizer we had over an hour and a half ago and or this meal would taste so much better at home. We declined and he said he had phoned the manager and the manager approved a most generous discount of 20% off the meal which was not as described and barely edible.
To management: When attempting to manage by phone the results, in this case, are bad service, unappealing food, two fewer customers with no future recommendations.

The staff up to including the Valet (Chris) were outgoing and friendly. Victoria our server was warm, and outstanding in helping up,select our meal and wine. She is an excellent asset to your restaurant.

Overall this was a great experience. I enjoyed the ambiance. The food was delicious. There was a little mix up with the appetizer however, once the staff realized the error the manager apologized and made everything right. I would highly recommend Rebecca's!!

Great food and nice atmosphere. The service was excellent. I never really write reviews but this place was a nice surprise. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The music level was perfect and lighting is just right. It’s a cozy place with great food and excellent service. The shrimp appetizer and the sangria are a must. In most places the sangria tastes pre made or like the fruits been sitting in it for a while,but here the fruit tasted fresh cut and the the sangria tasted like it was just made when we ordered. And the bread pudding is also a treat.

Everything. Was amazing but we did sit in tight quarters in the room to the left. I'm sure the rest of the tables in the restaurant are fine. Will definitely go back. Staff was great.

Rebecca's has a reputation for excellence that is richly deserved. The Cuban/Carribean cuisine is authentically prepared and artistically served. The wait staff -- Victoria I. Friday evening -- was informative, attentive, and thoroughly helpful.
