This place has always had and continues to have great food. That said, this visit was not as perfect as usual. The room seemed VERY crowded, with tables so close together it was difficult to navigate between them. Also, our service was a bit sluggish. Worst of all, the ladies room was completely out of toilet paper with no spare rolls anywhere! Hopefully we just caught them on a bad night, but it seems they are trying to cram too many people in at once. Not our best experience there.
Awesome, as usual. Even on Mother's Day weekend. Restaurant was a bit crowded, but still had a great experience. Highly recommended!
Great service, wonderful menu options-had the elk. It was delicious! Truffles, caviar...my kind of place!
Excellent food. Staff is professional. The photos on the wall are amazing - Larry Fink. Pricing is pretty high, so good for special occasions.
Here you can have a conversation without having to yell. One of the best restaurants in the area hands down.
The best in Greenwich by far. Really good value because the food is excellent and the portions are sizeable.
Outstanding , as usual!
Every time we go to Rebecca's we remark that we simply do not go enough. We have never had a bad item there. What is particularly noteworthy is they their meals are nicely flavored--that is, not too many competing flavors and the sauces are very natural and not overly complex. I wouldn't be able to point to anything specific to try because it is all good!
Food is consistently excellent. However, service was poor compared to prior evenings we have been. Table was ready but server took way to long to come over and take order once seated. Not sure anyone ever checked in once food was on the table. The energy level in the room is growing more muted with each passing year. We used to go twice a year, but increasingly it looks like once at most. It is the exact same experience as we had 10+ years ago. It was great to have that quality then in an area / broader geography that had lacked it, but quality elsewhere has caught up and frankly, others have evolved or entered the market w/ more contemporary and current offerings at similar quality.
Wonderful experience in every respect. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was perfect - food, service, ambiance. Highly recommended!
Great restaurant! New Japanese Kobe is the best we have had!
Everything is superb - the truffles are divine.
Great experience. Had dinner with friends and we all enjoyed every bite of every dish we had! The menu offers so many delicious choices, it was difficult to pick, but everything we ordered was beyond delicious! Thanks for a great experience!
Rebecca has lost her mojo. Over the past 10 years I must’ve dinned at Rebecca‘s 50 times , Expensive but always good. This Valentine’s Day ( at $155 p.p. ) and the last time
( but especially on Valentine’s Day) the food was tasteless. Has Rebecca changed her chef recently?
Disappointing as it was great last time
Not worth it
Exceptionally good food and service. We were fully catered to from beginning to end. An excellent dining experience.
Just a perfect all around. Rebecca's always hits the mark for a fine dining experience.
We foud the food at Rebecca's to be delicious, but pricey. Service was spotty--lost our coats in the coat check area. had to go in and find them. Tables too close together. No privacy. Probably will not return.
Also, i requested (thru open table) a birthday candle on dessert for my husband's bday. Didn't happen. Also asked for a corner, quiet table and we we seated right in the middle of the room way too close to another couple.
Had a great lunch with special guests. The food was creative and outstanding quality. The service staff very knowledgeable of the menu and helpful.
Always a great dinning experience at Rebeccas

I don’t get it. I have no problem with a big bill for a nice dinner, but Rebeccas’s doesn’t deliver on any front. I can forgive if the food is amazing, but it’s not. It’s Ok at best and definitely not in the exceptional range. The ingredients are fresh and the presentation is very nice, but again looks don’t make good food. The restaurant looks looks like a retrofitted cafeteria and the entrance layout is awful. There’s no one to meet you or take your coat. This looks more like an IKEA breakrooom than a fine dining establishment. Our service was there but severely lacking. Our appetizers came before the bread, which we had to ask for. The butter was frozen. The second bottle of sparkling water never arrived. None of this is awful if the prices are reasonable and they are not. The entrees start at $35 and average close to $50-60. The over-use of white truffles means there are several plates over $100.
I don’t get the allure or even continued patronage of this place except by folks that need to put on a blazer for dinner and want bland, but pretty food. That’s all this place is.
I will say that the baked Alaska was exceptional and was a real treat. However that can not make up for the stale petit fours accompanying the dessert or the rest of the meal.
This was the 2nd time we went there and wasn't disappointed. Great staff and ambience. Had different menu which was happy to see that it does change. Truffles were awesome.
Food is outstanding day in and day out. Owners are ever present and ensure that the cuisine is perfect. Consistently outstanding is the goal and they achieve it.
excellent menu and service!
Wonderful dinner and service. Staff was delightful and very accommodating. Would highly recommend for any occasion.
Rebecca’s hits the high note each and every time. Details and quality of the kitchen’s creations makes this one of the top restaurants in the area.
The food and the service are outstanding, the ambiance doesn't match. Decor is pedestrian, and they could have done well playing some light music. The owner/host is a bit OCD too. He sent waves of waiters at my date and I trying to take our coats, when we wanted them with us. At a high end place, if we want to keep our coats let us be. That said, he did try and explain himself after, and sent a dessert to the table. It is a special place in terms of food and service though
Service was very disappointing
Food is always reliable
Always impeccable! Sublime specials compliment the fabulous menu served by highly competent yet unobtrusive staff.
Consistently excellent, from the warm greeting to the detailed dessert and the last drop of champagne, an absolute delight for a special occasion
We always look forward to our meal and never disappoints. One of the best food centric restaurants around. Can’t wait to go back
Little overpriced for the quality of food. Very good food but not same quality as typical celebrity chef kind of restaurant with similar price levels
We love Rebecca’s for any occasion or for a great dinner !
Excellent all around!
As always we had a wonderful evening at Rebeccas! Our dinner was fantastic and the service from the owners to the waitstaff was impeccable! It was my wife’s birthday and even though there were others celebrating to, they made her feel that she was only one celebrating her birthday!
when I dine at Rebeccas I remember things that I tasted for years after. It is the best restaurant in CT. Many think it is too expensive but I think it is worth every penny.
Food is fresh and creative with an extensive menu we always find something that makes us very happy. The main downfall is the seating is extremely tight, especially for a two top. Overall, very good.
great food, service, area, people, time had by all
Rebecca’s delivers consistently excellent food we look forward to. Certainly not inexpensive — expect to pay @ $150+ pp for a 3 course meal with a cocktail— but the service and quality make the experience worth it.
