Rebeccas
Over priced
No atmosphere
Good service
Not worth it
Sorry
Exceptionally good food and service. We were fully catered to from beginning to end. An excellent dining experience.
Just a perfect all around. Rebecca's always hits the mark for a fine dining experience.
We foud the food at Rebecca's to be delicious, but pricey. Service was spotty--lost our coats in the coat check area. had to go in and find them. Tables too close together. No privacy. Probably will not return.
Also, i requested (thru open table) a birthday candle on dessert for my husband's bday. Didn't happen. Also asked for a corner, quiet table and we we seated right in the middle of the room way too close to another couple.
Had a great lunch with special guests. The food was creative and outstanding quality. The service staff very knowledgeable of the menu and helpful.
Always a great dinning experience at Rebeccas

I don’t get it. I have no problem with a big bill for a nice dinner, but Rebeccas’s doesn’t deliver on any front. I can forgive if the food is amazing, but it’s not. It’s Ok at best and definitely not in the exceptional range. The ingredients are fresh and the presentation is very nice, but again looks don’t make good food. The restaurant looks looks like a retrofitted cafeteria and the entrance layout is awful. There’s no one to meet you or take your coat. This looks more like an IKEA breakrooom than a fine dining establishment. Our service was there but severely lacking. Our appetizers came before the bread, which we had to ask for. The butter was frozen. The second bottle of sparkling water never arrived. None of this is awful if the prices are reasonable and they are not. The entrees start at $35 and average close to $50-60. The over-use of white truffles means there are several plates over $100.
I don’t get the allure or even continued patronage of this place except by folks that need to put on a blazer for dinner and want bland, but pretty food. That’s all this place is.
I will say that the baked Alaska was exceptional and was a real treat. However that can not make up for the stale petit fours accompanying the dessert or the rest of the meal.
This was the 2nd time we went there and wasn't disappointed. Great staff and ambience. Had different menu which was happy to see that it does change. Truffles were awesome.
Food is outstanding day in and day out. Owners are ever present and ensure that the cuisine is perfect. Consistently outstanding is the goal and they achieve it.
excellent menu and service!
Wonderful dinner and service. Staff was delightful and very accommodating. Would highly recommend for any occasion.
Rebecca’s hits the high note each and every time. Details and quality of the kitchen’s creations makes this one of the top restaurants in the area.
The food and the service are outstanding, the ambiance doesn't match. Decor is pedestrian, and they could have done well playing some light music. The owner/host is a bit OCD too. He sent waves of waiters at my date and I trying to take our coats, when we wanted them with us. At a high end place, if we want to keep our coats let us be. That said, he did try and explain himself after, and sent a dessert to the table. It is a special place in terms of food and service though
Service was very disappointing
Food is always reliable
Always impeccable! Sublime specials compliment the fabulous menu served by highly competent yet unobtrusive staff.
Consistently excellent, from the warm greeting to the detailed dessert and the last drop of champagne, an absolute delight for a special occasion
We always look forward to our meal and never disappoints. One of the best food centric restaurants around. Can’t wait to go back
Little overpriced for the quality of food. Very good food but not same quality as typical celebrity chef kind of restaurant with similar price levels
We love Rebecca’s for any occasion or for a great dinner !
Excellent all around!
As always we had a wonderful evening at Rebeccas! Our dinner was fantastic and the service from the owners to the waitstaff was impeccable! It was my wife’s birthday and even though there were others celebrating to, they made her feel that she was only one celebrating her birthday!
when I dine at Rebeccas I remember things that I tasted for years after. It is the best restaurant in CT. Many think it is too expensive but I think it is worth every penny.
Food is fresh and creative with an extensive menu we always find something that makes us very happy. The main downfall is the seating is extremely tight, especially for a two top. Overall, very good.
great food, service, area, people, time had by all
Rebecca’s delivers consistently excellent food we look forward to. Certainly not inexpensive — expect to pay @ $150+ pp for a 3 course meal with a cocktail— but the service and quality make the experience worth it.
Fantastic. Thank You
We wanted a very special restaurant to celebrate our 25th anniversary and this Greenwich gem made it a very special evening. The service and food were both outstanding!! There were so many excellent choices on their menu.
Attention to detail is the overall theme - service is attentive but not overbearing, menu is creative, expansive and will meet the tastes of just about anyone. The ingredients are carefully sourced and the preparation is very well thought out.
They always deliver!
The best restaurant in Greenwich
We went for dinner with another couple. Great food, no complaints whatsoever about the choices or presentation. But what puzzles me is the lack of a sommelier, when the wine list consists almost entirely of $100 plus bottles. Fortunately, I do know a little about wine. We had a great St. Aubin for our first bottle. No one spoke to us about a second bottle although it must have been clear the first bottle was poured and mostly drunk at the completion of our first course. I ordered a Bordeaux and was asked for the number of the wine on the list which should have been a tip that our server wasn't very knowledgable about wine. Our main course was served and still no wine. 10 minutes into the second course we were presented with a Red Burgundy, which obviously wasn't the Bordeaux I had ordered. Given the time, we just ordered glasses of red wine but given the price of the meal and the wines on the wine list, this was a tad shabby.
Food is very creative, fresh and each dish is carefully prepared. Your tastebuds won’t be disappointed
Impressive menu, excellent service and attention from the staff, and delicious food. To put it simply, the meal I had a Rebecca's on Friday was better than the meal I had a Le Bernardin (a Michelin restaurant) in NYC on Saturday. It's that good. And if you get the chance to meet the owner, it's a real treat - she's great! Will visit again when in town.
Rebecca's food is always interesting and sophisticated, preparation is perfect. Service is helpful and friendly. Very expensive, but worth it for an occasional treat. We very much enjoyed the rack of lamb and the roasted veal breast this time.
Great dinner!
We love it
This restaurant can not and does not ever fail me, from the first sip to the last bite, every attention to detail is accounted for, Rebecca puts special in the occasion
Great food and great service. Multiple ways to order truffles, foie gras and cream sauces! How can you go wrong. The porterhouse for two was fantastic. The room can be a bit loud and crowded but the waiters still manage to be very attentive.
Never disappointed- food is fresh and delicious. We love all the attention to details - this is our go to restaurant.
I love the ambiance. Love the food too, but the dover sole was very dry.
