Nick was a great server. Just starting out there , but great personality and service , very knowledgeable of the menu. Food was good- my bone in ribeye was not worth the $48.00 price that is expected at top end premium steak houses as it was very fatty- more so than any premium ribeye should be.
Reata is one of my husband's and mine favorite Fort Worth dinner dates! The service is always amazing and the food does not disappoint. We had the Elk Sausage with grits and the Carne Asada. The Carne Asada was tender and flavorful, the accompanied cheese enchiladas were on point, and the sausage/grits combo was balanced perfectly between sweet and savory!
I had only dined at Reata once before several years ago and recall that it was very good. Why did I wait so long for a return visit?!?!? This place is fantastic! Great menu with something for everyone. Top notch service and the food was well presented and extremely good! This may be my new favorite in a town that has lots of options. I will be back ...@and soon!!
Again the service and food were excellent. Our waitress was wonderful and knowledgeable regarding the wines and the menu selections. The restaurant is always very professional and very clean, which we like. The casual atmosphere is relaxed but professional.
My date hyped about this place so much that I couldn’t wait to try it. I had the Chefs Choice, Sea Bass, but due to my food allergies I couldn’t have the crawfish sauce that was part of the dish. When the food arrived and I tried the fish, it had no flavor. It tasted like nothing! What a disappointment!!! Because of my food allergies I usually have to modify the dishes that are on the menu but this was the first time where the chef didn’t improvise to ensure that my dish still had great taste and flavor even without the Sauce. To be honest I’ve had better food at the hospital. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The Reata has been an ongoing brunch destination for my wife and me for the past decade. We live in Austin but go out of our way when we're in Ft. Worth to make sure we're going to get a meal in at the Reata. They have always had wonderful staff that are a pleasure to chat with. For our most recent visit we had dinner there for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a Saturday evening and the place was packed with lively guests. Such a warm and wonderful environment to enjoy fantastic food at. I recommend eating there for ANY occasion.
This was my wife and my first time, we celebrated our 13 anniversary. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was great they reserved a wonderful table for us on the balcony over looking down town. The food was amazing and the dessert was too die for!!! Thank you Reata for a wonderful time.😀
A great evening in Ft. Worth! Celebrated my wife’s birthday with an early dinner at Reata and a concert at Billingsley Bob’s. We were greeted warmly by the hostesses at Reata. Service was impeccable from our server Anthony. Attentive, but not intrusive and always listening for ways to make the evening special. Food and atmosphere are both delicious. My wife had the peppercorn steak and I hade Mahi Mahi. Both were perfectly prepared. High recommend.

A personal Fort Worth Favorite from the early days, Cowboy Cuisine at its finest. Spent my 51st Birthday here. We started with the Appetizer sampler that lets you try them all. Had the Tenderloin that was cooked to perfection. Great Service as always
As always, dinner was great. Using open table, we were seated with no wait. The drink menu is creative and the food is awesome! Highly recommend the pecan mash tamales appetizer and the dessert tacos. All the entrees are good. And free valet with validation!
I'm 55 but realize that I've never had a cheese enchilada until I went to Reata's and had their carne asada topped with 2 cheese enchiladas unlike any other I have ever had. If the crab-stuffed bacon-wrapped jalapenos hadn't won me over, the enchiladas would. They simply have made me look at all other enchiladas as poor contenders. Reata's will be on my try-to-repeat list.
Loads of fun for a downtown option with vibrant rooftop seating. Energetic atmosphere and a great selection of local favorites. We had buffalo, chicken fried steak and salmon. Along with banana pudding for desert! Perfect for a casual dinner with out of town guests. Request a rooftop table!
