Sophistication without pretension is the beauty of Reata. From the moment you pass through our doors, the unmistakable ambiance of Reata envelops you. Hosts and servers welcome you as if you were an old friend, inviting you to savor every moment-and every bite of your meal. And all around you, tempting aromas swirl, while wrought iron accents, rustic paintings, and cowboy accouterments gently remind you that there's a taste of the West in every gourmet creation we serve.

The service was great. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Even the owner came by to greet us.
Very attentive staff! Appreciate all they did for us.
Great atmosphere & service. We were pleasantly surprised at the overall experience along with the great food!!
Meeting an old friend.
Overall very good. I just wish they had some simple brunch choices instead of things like quail and crab on things. More kid friendly
Best restaurant in Fort Worth. Atmosphere, food, experience. This place has it all.
We were seated at a high traffic table and had trouble hearing each other because of the noise level. The elk sausage and wedge salad were both good but both of our carne asada steaks were extremely tough and well done instead of medium rare. Even the second steak brought out, though cooked properly, was very fibrous and tough. We have ordered it many times and it has always been tender. Honestly I don’t know if I will return. It was quite disappointing.
appetizer bacon wrapped jalepeno - came out lukewarm to cold. Chili Relleno lukewarm at best. Taste not spicy very bland - ate about 4 bites. Chicken fried steak the same. I love Reatas but a friend that recently went there said it was terrible - I should have listened but our food there was always awesome. The quality of the food and temperature was not acceptable. What happened to Reatas?
The staff was amazing, food was outstanding. We had the tenderloin and blackened shrimp special and was delish!
It was our anniversary and was honestly a little disappointed with our table for two. I had to sit across from my hubby, which isn’t very romantic… in front of a window to People watch… which led for a lot of interesting conversation… just not one I would have hoped for for a romantic anniversary dinner.
Would love to go back and maybe try the roof top….overall we enjoyed our dining experience. Would definitely hope for a better seating arrangement next time
My wife had tamales and thought they were excellent. My steak was so salty it was difficult to eat. It was also not very tender. Not a good experience for the cost.
We were there for lunch on Saturday to celebrate our 54th wedding anniversary. It was outstanding. Loved it.
Great service, nice menu.
My party of five had an excellent experience! One entree did not come out right but the restaurant completely made up for it. LOVELY servers, atmosphere, drinks and food!
Outstanding service by Zack. The entire experience was perfect. Will definitely be back.
We had a great experience. I had a juicy tenderloin that was pepper crusted with sautéed green beans and hearty mashed potatoes. My husband had the special, a flaky panko crusted stripped bass, with broccoli and rice. The biscuits served before the meal were delicious. They had crunchy pecans in them for a twist on taste and texture. Our server was friendly and attentive while giving us ample time to enjoy our meal. We will be back!
Our server Zack was pure greatness. We brought family from out of town and he did not disappoint. Thank you for providing consistently great food and service!
Loved it here, can’t wait to go back! Jeremy is an amazing waiter.
First time I did not send my food back! Which surprised my Husband!!!! Great venue and atmosphere! Truly exceeded our expectations.
2 birthday celebrations. No dessert was given but the food was great! We were pleasantly surprised. It has been many years since we were here so will definitely be back!
The food and service was IMPECCABLE. Our waiter, Zack, recommended the Avocado Caesar Salad to us and it was to die for!! Also, you can’t miss out on ordering the apple crisp dessert, SO GOOD!!
Had an amazing night! The manager was quick to check on us, food was terrific as always!!! Thank you Gigi for a wonderful night out.
Food was good, view outstanding, service was slow.
Great food service and atmosphere. I would recommend Reata for a great anniversary or date night to anyone
Reata's steaks are thin and marginal, placed on top of mashed potatoes with some kind of odd butter. They must not be proud enough to serve them alone. For the price, spend your money and go to Bob's or Del Frisco's.
My wife loved her carne asada. I had the Texas redfish and it didn’t have much flavor. We also got the jalapeño cheese grits that my wife loved. The coffee was excellent as was the dessert taco.
We will be back since my wife really likes the place.
One issue, the valet parking. We were there for 2hrs and it cost $23.00 for valet which I feel was unreasonable.
In addition, after I requested my vehicle, showed the attendant my receipt, waited 10mins outside was then told they parked my truck 6 blocks away and was just then going to retrieve it. Last time I dined at Reata, valet was comp'ed - this change will be considered the next time I schedule a business dinner.
I arranged to take my wife here for our first anniversary. They honored our reservation extremely well, & we didn’t even have to wait 60 seconds. I had called ahead & told them that this was our first wedding anniversary and to please make it special if they could. Everyone on staff that we talked to told us happy anniversary, which was nice. We opted not to get a dessert plate. The waiter, who was enthusiastic & ready to please was good. He did bring us three small strawberries with a plate that said, “ Happy Anniversary” written in what tasted like Hershey chocolate & caramel syrup. It really seemed more of an afterthought, but I appreciated the effort nevertheless.
The food was good, but I think it was a bit overpriced for what you get. I don’t mind paying good money for good food, but felt that there was something missing. The pecan cheddar biscuits & jalapeño muffins were pretty dry. They tasted like they were not fresh. I ordered the buffalo steak & my wife ordered the mahi mahi with the lobster Florentine. The steak was undercooked, but they took it back & it seemed better. Just be aware they cook it on the rare side of whatever you order. I ordered medium & received medium rare. The steak had good flavor & was tender enough to cut with a fork with very minimal gristle. The steak was fairly small (maybe 9 ounces) & not deserving of the $52 price tag at all. The sides were meager fare for what you pay. The mashed potatoes were fair, if slightly over salted & the vegetables were average. My wife seemed to like the mahi mahi on a rice bed. The fish appeared well prepared & moist. I couldn’t taste it (shellfish allergy). My wife did say it had good flavor.
Over all good experience, but I think with the notice I gave them there could have been a little more on the anniversary side. My wife joked that we should have went to any other place that would have celebrated it with us a little more. While we dress up the posted dress code was not enforced to at all.
Everything about the food and experience was excellent except for the mashed potatoes which were VERY salty. I am quite sure this was an anomaly because I have never heard or seen a bad review.
Everything was excellent! I was sitting at the rooftop by request, which is why it's understandable not to be so quiet. It was exactly what I was looking for.
The setting and service were spectacular. A great place for a date, special occasion or just wanting a great meal in a beautiful setting. Roof top seating gave great views. Our waiter was outstanding and food and drinks arrived in a timely fashion. We had tenderloin tamales and they were excellent. Because the appetizer was so big we split the cheese enchiladas and carne asada. Excellent! Can't wait to return.
Delicious food and beautiful view. Excellent service. Little overpriced but enjoyable experience.
Amazing experience! Every single person that walked by our table, even if they weren’t our waiter, looked to see if we needed anything.
Thanks for the kind words, Alyssa! We have an a amazing staff that truly understands that every table in the restaurant is their table regardless of who is assigned to them. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon. Russell Kirkpatrick General Manager
Excellent food, superior service, and yummy drinks! Our favorite restaurant to celebrate special occasions!
Thanks for choosing to celebrate with us! We look forward to seeing you again. Russell Kirkpatrick General Manager
Great service and atmosphere. Our server Bonnie was fantastic with descriptions of menu and drink items and attention. The one negative was some construction going on in the building that had a strong solvent smell in the lobby that ended up in the dinning area.
Thanks for the feedback John. Bonnie is a rock star and we are lucky to have her on our team. I apologize for the smell you encountered. The construction that was being done next door certainly did cause a strong odor in the restaurant and for that we sincerely apologize. We have our fingers crossed that they are nearly finished with their project as to not have a negative effect on any more of our guests. We hope to see you again soon. Great food. Great service. We'll be back next year to celebrate our next anniversary.

Resta is my first stop when I’m in Fort Worth. Fantastic food, fantastic service, it’s just tops in my book.
Thanks!! We are always glad to hear from our out of town guests! Come see us again when you make it back to town. Russell Kirkpatrick General Manager
One of our all time favorite restaurants!!! Reata is always wonderful from the service and food, consistently above par! That Buffalo ribeye just can’t be beat!! And tried something new for dessert, the bread pudding tamale, wow!!!!
We had Sarah last night and she’s a great young lady, very thoughtful server!
Can’t wait to be back in a few weeks, truly is one of our very favorites!
Went here for our anniversary and from everyone from the front door staff to greeters and on up the line was very impressed. This won't be my last time spending an occasion at the Reata.
Jimmy, Thank you for choosing to celebrate your anniversary with us! We are looking forward to the opportunity to serving you for any of your future celebrations! Russell Kirkpatrick General Manager
Excellent service, (Chloe) delicious food and great atmosphere were ruined by customer at an adjoining table who chain smoked cigars throughout the evening. I can't believe Reata would expect it's customers to endure such a noxious and unhealthy environment while attempting to enjoy upscale dinning. I thought smoking areas had to legally be separated from dinners.
I can't imagine recommending, or returning to an establishment where we are expected to dine while sitting in a cloud of cigar smoke.
The restaurant is great. Been there many times. The problem is the parking. Be prepared to add $28 to your bill to park for less 2 hours. The valet charges $21 plus a nicely hidden $2 convenience fee plus a tip. There are free parking garages and less costly parking lots around the area. Not sure why Reata stopped validating. The cost of the food and drinks have not gone down to compensate.
