We have been to Ravine many times in the past. While our appetizers this night were very good and our drinks also good, my wife's meal was a big disappointment. She had a ham and sauerkraut dish and the ham was very tough and tasteless. The rest of the dish was fine. The server asked how everything was and she explained the situation but said no to receiving a different slice of ham, thinking that it wouldnt be much different. The management came after awhile, said sorry and mentioned a few other guests had the same complaint. We did not make a big deal of it and proceeded to order dessert. At most good restaurants they would automatically take off a drink or an app. to appease the customer. We were surprised this was not done. so...a bit disappointed overall with Ravine this time.

Given our pandemic atmosphere, Ravine Vineyard Restaurant has thoughtfully used their conference space for dining. There is an abundance of spacing between tables allowing for social distancing and ambience.

The oysters on the half shell and house charcuterie are absolutely amazing. The chicken pate is rich in flavour with fine velvety texture. Assorted meats on a crostini with their homemade pickles and chutney were incredibly tasty and should be enjoyed by all.

The service was exceptional with consistent professionalism, warmth, helpfulness and friendliness. Kudos to Cheryl for her excellent service.

I attended for a sister's milestone birthday and we shared starters with wine followed by tasty apple crisp and pumpkin brule.

I recommend this restaurant for all celebratory occasions and /or just for a taste of their delicious charcuterie with wine pairing. You won't be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our first visit to Ravine. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Food was very nice, apparently all charcuterie made in house. Super!

A real surprise. It was our first visit. The food was simple (it was billed as comfort food) but extremely well executed. The service team were very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at Ravine and of course it was fantastic all around. The food never disappoints, as well as the service. Due to the current pandemic, the dining is set up in the new facility where we had our wedding which was just perfect for us. They take every precaution possible, and practice very safe protocols...so head out to have beautiful lunch or dinner and enjoy !!

Absolutely wonderful lunch. We loved the new dining room with the lovely views over the vineyard. Service was excellent and the food was to die for! Oysters and sparkling wine to start, delicious charcuterie board and delicately seasoned squash soup and richly flavoured mushrooms on toast. This was a meal we will continue to savour in our collective memory for some time. We can’t say enough good things about this place.

Great interpretation of the dishes offered.
Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and very conscious of the taking precautions for Covid.
The new event space lacks character and echoes, but serves its purpose.

The food is very good, it is a little pricey but well lworth it for the quality that you are getting. The service is excellent and prompt and of course they have an excellent selection of wine. They do a very good job with social distancing and have done an excellent job accommodating during these unique times.

The food and service never disappoint here! This was my first time eating in the new large event venue - I believe it just opened for dinner this week. Everyone adhered to covid protocols well, the spacing between tables is great and the food and wine are wonderful. Don't hesitate to choose this restaurant - even in these difficult times.

Lunch time in the spacious main room newly built - pavilion like. Great views from big windows. Good venue spot as lots of room to spread out.

Butternut squash soup delicious with a little creme fraiche and chives. The bread we ordered arrived a little late and for $6 we expected more presentation than a few slices.
The charcuterie board was well worth it. Delicious. Great choice and generous portion for two. Chicken liver pâté very popular and we can see why.

Wine by the glass expensive. No tasting allowed.

Very good spot for lunch. After head over to their grocery store to taste. We purchased several
Bottles of wine and some other crafty goodies.
The loaves of bread looked delicious!

Will return for sure!!

Ravine absolutely never disappoints, even during a global pandemic! I had a fantastic lunch at Ravine with my family. I have the penne pasta with mushrooms and chicken, my wife had the butternut squash soup, and my daughter had their legendary burger.

The star of the show was the pizza of the day, with bbq sauce, chicken, double smoked bacon and pickled onions.

All this great good, and for a very reasonable price, and a great dining experience. I eat here every time we visit Niagara.

Visited for lunch in the tent during their last week open. Great food - daily special soup and pizza were outstanding along with the wine. Local talent playing during the meal was awesome. Service was top notch - even with the pandemic protocols, service was warm and friendly and safe. Thank you so much for our wonderful anniversary lunch in NOTL.

We had a bit of everything...pizzas, soup, dessert...all delicious and all arriving hot to the table. I was really impressed with the covid protocols that they had in place, and I felt very comfortable being there. The marquis tent had heaters that really kept it comfortable and I really appreciated the space between the tables. When we first arrived, our table was in a corner, and we asked if we could move to be more in the middle of things and Tabitha, our server, was happy to accommodate us and put us as a different table. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I always loved the vibe at Ravine and would definitely recommend it for a meal or a tasting.

We have been here in the past, 6 years ago, and our time here was outstanding. We wanted to come again during our trip to Niagara on the Lake and it definitely wasn't the same. To be fair, this is during Covid-19 pandemic. However, the service is incredible but the food was not like I remember, honestly im not one to write reviews but the charcuterie was not tasty at all. After a bottle of wine, we ended up getting mains somewhere else.

Are on picnic tables and was really uncomfortable
We orders appetizers and a personal
Pizza and the pizza wa a easily enough for 2 and tha waitress should have mention this as we twice as much food as necessary even for big eaters.
We were asked to settle our bill just in case the power went out given a storm that had rolled in. Very odd experience.
The atmosphere was like a campground with non culinary
