   Food was ok but expensive. Portions too large. Salad was uninspired. Onion soup was very good. We were seated inside at a table for two, unfortunately right under an air-conditioning vent. Way too cold at the table. The restaurant just needs to install a $25 deflector under the vent. But they haven’t in all the years they have been open. Poor management. And it was a delightful, pleasantly warm spring day.

   Sadly dissappointed with the food at Rats. Good first-butter with roasted, garlic and chives. Cheeseboard was excellent. Au jus for prime rib french dip sandwich was delicious, flavorful. Filling for deconstructed lemon desert was amazing, although we waited 30 minutes for it. Crust was replaced with a chocolate chip cookie from the children's menu (i know because we ordered kids meal which included the same cookie). The disappointing-prime rib sandwich, well done, fairly tasteless, horseradish was undetectable on sandwich. They were out of their regular bread so it was served on brioche which may or may not have made a difference.

   Food was delicious as always, Had the cheeseburger, trio spread and carrot cake. Service checked on us frequently and the meal was at a leisurely pace on a gorgeous day. The manager also stopped at our table to check on how things were going and when we said there could have been more pita bread with trio spread, he personally came back with some more, Will definitely be back.

   Beautiful outside seating for lunch. Cheese board , Rats signature salad and burger for my husband was delicious. Great selection of wine by the glass. We had to try their carrot cake and was not disappointed. Our server Benny was a delight! Attentive and quite funny! We’ll be back soon.

   We sat outside on a beautiful day and it was gorgeous. The menu is very limited. We all ordered the French dip which was very institutional. You are paying for the location. Service was very good.

   No the menu needs a revision. Too few food offerings. You’re not taking advantage of your fabulous location a beauties and surroundings. More options are needed Very disappointingly but delicious.

   I was disappointed that there were so few gluten free options. I had a salad with chicken but it was uninspired. My dining companions had the roasted turkey on a croissant which looked good but unexciting.

   I have loved going to rats but the past few times have been so disappointed with the food quality and presentation. The last time I was there I ordered the charred broccoli dish for lunch. They brought out a WHOLE head of broccoli that tasted like it was boiled then placed on the grill for a few seconds. No taste. Same with the three spread appetizers. Sadly, I love grounds but won’t be returning to the restaurant. Way better options.

   Food is not awesome or excellent! Too pricey for the quality and quantity. Server was not in a rush and I had ti made a pile of dishes and tell her to the take the empty dishes. We went here for my mother in law birthday and server keep saying Happy Mothers Day! Whens we ask for the dessert I had to ask for a candle and start singing happy birthday. The outdoor sitting was beautiful and we enjoy the ambience but not the food.

    Absolutely enjoyed the. Brunch here. Service was awesome and the food was spectacular. The ambiance is breathtaking!
