Dinner: Friday-Saturday: 5:30pm - 1:00am
C or E to Spring St.
Very poor service - rude waitress put a damper on entire meal. Couldn’t wait to leave
Plan to eat there every time we are in NYC
Hasn’t changed in thirty years. Food is good. Steak au poive with frites good as ever. It is however a popular place so tables are close together and it is noisy. If you want a quiet romantic dinner you might be disappointed. However not in the food.
Love it! We were introduced by father Chris Devron. It’s a NYC standard for us and never disappoints!
My favorite steak au poivre anywhere!
Amazing food indeed. But the uninspired service and lack of wifi spoils the experience.
The food was great and the ambience is very nice. A memorable place to celebrate our 12th years anniversary :)
The best burger I have ever had. Burger au poivre with mind blowing deliciousness. I recommend that for a brunch, lunch or dinner. Of course the steak frites is the best I have ever had too.
Outstanding service from start to finish. Great food and atmosphere. Martini and steak au poivre spot on. Perfect restaurant for a special night. Will be back for sure!
We had a really great time thank you.
Steak Au poivre can’t be beat!
Seated by 7pm & 3 signature items were already off the menu for the evening - poor mgmt / planning.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience with Raoul’s, food delicious, service outstanding. We were greeted and made to feel very welcomed. I would highly recommend Raoul’s and would return. Thank you b
The food was wonderful and the service was excellent.
The one and only Raoul's! Diners seem to love it or hate it: we're lovers!
Excellent as always
Received the wrong food. Waitress did not come back to the table to check that the order was correct.
There is a reason it’s an institution. Perfect from start to finish. Love this spot
Returned to find Raoul's the great neighborhood haunt it was 10, 20 years ago. Food was stellar including a luscious steak au poivre. Our birthday guest was presented with a profiterole encased in a glittering dome of spun sugar that brought wows from all our fellow diners.
Amazing food and wine
So much fun!! Amazing food and atmosphere
Best french food ever have had in the city! Cozy and great ambiance, helpful and friendly service and in a great neighborhood. Will definitely be back.
We LOVE Raouls!! Always great and fun atmosphere
Great food. Nice energy and ambiance.
Food was great, service was terrible, couldn’t hear the person sitting across the table from me because of noise level...so we sat in silence
Our return visit after more than 20 years was delightfully just as we remembered - noisy with good energy, crowded in a fun way, delicious food with a French accent, great wine list. We won't wait so long to return again.
We stumbled upon Raoul’s when my daughter interviewed at NYU. Lucky us- we have continued to enjoy it throughout her 4 years there and Weill continue to enjoy it even after she graduates. Lovely, understated menu, knowledgeable staff with a fabulously continental ambiance. Oh, and the food is unbelievable. I am running out of superlatives but that is the kind of place it is. Enjoy.
Never disappoints. Chris is warm and welcoming. It is a NYC gem!!! An original.
Always simply the best service and management.
Rauols is always good. The food is consistently good and the service is friendly.
Overrated would probably be the word for the dinner at this place. So many restaurants in New York have reputations and actually live up to them. This one does not. $50 steak that is pretty much flavorless less the 10lbs of peppercorns the chef puts on top of them. French fries were good if that counts for anything at that point.
My only complaint at all about Raoul's is the noise level. The food and service is excellent but it is definitely not a place to try to have a conversation with your companion. However, the food and service almost...almost compensate for that.
This is just a solid place that is consistently serving amazing food and wine.
Been here several times for dinner. Perfect neighborhood spot. Informal, vibrant, always rocking, great vibe. Great martinis, very good wine list, servers hustle and try hard to please you. The best steak au poivre and fries in the City. We return at least once every month.
We loved it!! Loved Eddie and Alex. We felt like old friends there and can’t wait to go back!
Lovely dinner !!! Always a favorite.
Always excellent. Thanks for the special treatment!
Loved the food the salad was very fresh and tasty very good dressing the filet au poivre with french fries a must
Still crazy good after all these years.
There are fewer and fewer places like this in NYC--buzzy but welcoming, Raoul's makes you feel cool but also make you feel like family. Satisfying, dependable, delicious food, un-bothered by passing trends, served with grace and a smile.
All of this comes at a price, but you leave feeling it was wholly worth it.
