Rao's - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
At each visit, the Rao's family wants it to feel as if yours is the only table in the room. The impeccable Southern Italian fare stems from the dishes' high-quality ingredients, such as house-roasted red peppers, freshly grated Pecorino-Romano and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses, Felipo Berio olive oil and certified San Marzano plum tomatoes imported from Italy. For more than 115 years, that's the way the family has cooked in their iconic New York kitchen, and tradition is alive and well at their Las Vegas restaurant.
The time-honored staples include perfectly cooked pastas, risottos and the mouthwatering steak bistecca; cooked perfectly and sliced tableside. The classic veal chop is pan-seared and topped with a medley of hot and sweet cherry peppers.

Zuma Restaurant - Las Vegas
Good food and good service but a little noisy
Appetizers were good. Service not overly friendly. Clearing the table as you are getting up. Didn’t refill water glasses. Asking for extra cheese resulted in 2 tiny scoops.
Made up for one bad night...service was best ever, and the food was back to being the best...great job Maria and team.
My favorite place in the country, something was way off last night...3 of the 12 dinners were not good at all. The veal was average at best...going back tonight for a redo, hoping for better.
Great food and terrific service
Juke box music too loud and very disturbing to our meal!
We celebrated our 30th Anniversary at Raos. Although we live on Long Island, we have never been to the Raos in Manhattan. Therefore, since we were in Vegas, we decided to try the famous Raos experience. Needless to say, my wife, daughter and I had an absolutely fabulous dinner at this Raos. Their reputation is well deserved. The food is wonderful, the wine and drinks were great and the ambiance is a combination of old-school NYC and modern Vegas. If you can’t make it to Raos in the City, then you must visit the one in Vegas!
Food was just ok. Nora’s is better Italian food. Not worth the price.
Excellent ravioli purses and gnocchi. Service was wonderful. Highly recommend.
Crowded and a little noisy, but a great experience. The food is amazing.
Awesome Italian food. Hard to beat. But only go if someone else is paying! Ridiculously expensive.
Good food, great service, but so loud that we might as well have eaten alone.
Amazing food and good sized portions! The penne vodka was great! So were the lamb chops.
Love dining at Rao’s and been to all three locations. The Hollywood location is my local staple and my favorite. So glad there is one here in Vegas too!
The whole experience was wonderful!
The food was great , my wife and I felt kinda neglected I guess you could say. We were in the corner which is fine. But we weren't buying the big items like wine to drink and we didnt get dessert. I had veal parm it was great and my wife had crab carbonara witch was very good as well. I guess that wanted good enough or so.ething.
Amazing food! Everything on the menu is incredible!!
Delicious food and fantastic service!
We had a simply wonderful evening. My wife enjoyed the ravioli purses and was simply blown away by the maple sauce, just amazing. My veal parmesan was cooked perfectly. Angela our server was excellent and offered us some really good advice while ordering. Definitely will be going back.
We arrived a few minutes before our reservation time of 5:15 however the attendant stated we couldn’t be seated (in the empty dining room). If we wanted a glass of wine we could sit in the outside area but would then have to eat there. So we waited 15 min for our table. During the wait, ordered a glass of Cabernet at the bar and was a little taken aback at the $29 price tag.
Wait staff was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. Food was just ok. My Vincent’s chicken (white meat) was dry. Carbonara pasta was creamy but had an odd flavor. Meatball was not the scrumptious experience I remember from past visits.
With so many dining options I would be hard pressed to return after this experience. Very disappointed.
Everything about this place was five stars! The food is incredible – the meatballs, even though they give you two, are huge and totally worth it. They’re not kidding when they say that they are baseball sized! If the appetizers don’t appeal the meatballs make a great starter. Our waitress was amazing – just the right amount of checking in and making sure we had everything we need. She Also gave us excellent wine recommendations. We were seated at the back of the restaurant which was awesome because it was very quiet. Even though additional parties came in through out our 2 1/2 our stay, we never felt like we were competing with the overall sound of the room. Our main courses were beyond amazing and dessert was fantastic. In short - go.
Really great place,,
Definitely go. We had pasta and it was a little undercooked and their jar sauce was actually better than what we tried there. However, the meatballs were amazing. We loved the ambiance and wait staff was good but too much up selling.
Staff and service was excellent. They took great care of our party of ten including four children 5 thru 12. Food was delicious and very generous portions. Definitely worth it. Look forward to our next visit.
Pasta and meatballs were very good. HOWEVER, my husband ordered the soup of the day which their “market value” price of $19 for an average small serving was a rip off. Do not order this overpriced soup!
This was my first time visiting Rao's. My husband has been to Rao's a few times with a group of friends and recommended it. We had a large group and were pleasantly surprised by the service. The food was great also as was the wine. Will definitely return!
Had to wait 30 despite having reservations. Went to the bar and took 20 minutes to get a drink menu. Didn’t get acknowledged by a waiter until after sitting at the table for 10 minutes once seated . The place was adequately staffed, just poorly managed. Food was average at best, Olive Garden would have been an upgrade. We were never apologized to for the wait or anything else.
It was nothing special , a restaurant very common
One of my favorite places in Las Vegas
This was the first time we were disappointed eating at RAO’s the food was ok but service wasn’t. We went almost the whole meal without refills on our drinks and had to ask someone other then those serving us to refill them. We felt a little ignored and the food, which is usually amazing, was ok. I ordered the fish special and it could have had more flavor. We still like the atmosphere and love the meatballs so I’m sure we will return.
The service and food was very good! 4 stars due to the prices being a bit high. Veal Piccatta was excellent...however they were a bit skimpy on the pasta. The higher the price the higher the expectations! Still, one of the better meals in Caesars in this price point!
Our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. Wonderful food, great service, nice ambiance. Spaghetti Bolognese was spectacular! Seafood salad appetizer was more than spectacular! Veal chop was good. Rao's is always a dining highlight of our Las Vegas trips.
I really wanted it to be a great experience since seen it on Food Network several years ago. But, it was such a disappointment. The food was good, but I expected it to be better than that. The wine list was a shame. The hostesses were not friendly, and the service was less than enthusiastic.
Arrived 10 minutes prior to reservation and waited approximately 15 to be seated. I requested a booth months ago and was seated in large dining room where the ambiance was lacking. Our waiter Jimmy was very attentive and the food was good but had been better on previous visits. All in all a good dining experience but not as good in the past.
Food was fantastic, the service was a little subpar. We had a nice table but service kind of ignored us. We were a party of 8. We had a 1 year old but was a sleep. Felt like we had ask the for waiter for service.
We were very disappointed. Service was poor and food was barely warm. The only thing that saved the meal was the tiramisu.
Great Italian food. The red pepper bruschetta and Chicken penne was divine.
We enjoyed a delightful Christmas dinner at Rao’s. All was excellent. Thank you
Started slow as we had requested a table in the side rooms, they wanted to seat us in the back patio room and we hate that location. Mentioned that again to the hostess and she made some excuse but finally got us in our preferred location. The server John was great and made up for the slow start. Had the Beal Chop which was great!
