Our meal did not quite meet our expectations. The staff was very kind and courteous, but our meal missed its mark.

Firstly the restaurant was empty and we still had to wait for us to be seated and served .
The salad only the kale is great, we ordered a mixed bread basket and were not even informed that two of the four were sold out and unavailable.
We purposely went there because we are foodies ... well the food is good when it gets there but it runs out very very quickly. At 7 pm no more pomme frites were available !!!! The mashed and rib eye are great as well as the tagliatelle.
Cookies for desert is almost like forgetting to put on your tie when wearing a three piece suit !
The cherry on top is that one salad stayed on the pass for 12 minutes waiting for the rest and the manager is clueless . We tried to pay with open table and she said she doesn’t know what that is !!!!! Maybe you should not have this restaurant on this sight or this manager at this restaurant !
Voltaggio is a great chef and we wanted to taste his cuisine but in this setting only one phrase sums up our experience .... Such a let down !!!!

I went with my wife and a friend from out of town for Sunday brunch. The place wasn't open long when we arrived so there were only two other occupied tables when we sat down. The server got our drink order, a mimosa, a bellini and a porter and arrived with the two cocktails but no beer. The server did ask what beer was ordered. We also placed our food order, two burgers and the pasta dish. 10 minutes later, still no beer, but another person explained that they were changing kegs, hence the delay. 5 minutes later, a pilsner came to the table, which was obviously incorrect. 5 minutes more, the porter arrives. 20 minutes after that, we ask about the status of our food and a different server says it would be right up. Another 15 minutes go by and no one comes to the table with an explanation or our food. We ask to see the manager. The manager arrives and gets very defensive, but still fails to provide an explanation on why things are taking so long. The restaurant was not crowded, two two-tops and a three-top had come to the restaurant after us. Finally the food arrives, not terribly warm, one burger's order is incorrect. Our server never came back to our table but was still working other tables. Eventually we finished our meals. The manager comped us the entire ticket and provided hand written apologies and gift certs. We asked for her card, and she stated it was in the note cards. We left, opened the cards and no business card.
We have been to Range before and had an excellent time. This experience however was hands down one of the worst we've ever had anywhere. Normally, I'd say that comping a meal goes above the normal protocol for making up a poor showing. However, in this instance, it was a necessity.

This was a horrible experience. I even reached out to the manager the day after but they did not return our call. The service was terrible. There was a large party in the restaurant so my party of four was ignored. Service was very slow, our drinks were not refreshed. Food came out late and under cooked

Very good, but not as good as I expected. Creativity was not high across the menu. Wines were slightly over priced. Ambiance was modern and pretty, but left me cold. Service was quite good, but not excellent. All in all a very good experience . Would go back only if I was in the neighborhood. Voltagio was there in all his tattooed glory !

We had some great servers, but our main waiter had never actually set a table before nor poured wine (put my wife’s fork and knife in the right spots, my were reversed; he poured or wine like it was water. We also waited 15 minutes for our check. Others around him were very good however, making up for his mistakes when possible. Food was good, but not noteworthy. Seemed like a restaurant who’s time those working there all knew was coming to an end really.

We have eaten here four times and all were stellar, but this one was over the top. We sat at the Chef’s table to watch the action. Chef Bryan Voltaggio was in the kitchen, so getting to watch all the food prep with the owner and master chef on hand was a treat. The octopus was awesome and the bone marrow was too. I had the lamb’s neck and my wife had the local scallop, we split the Brussels sprouts. I usually try to get something on the menu I can’t find at the average restaurant when I go to Range. Everything is always cooked to perfection, service is top notch, and the kitchen is a great show.

The meal was great - the food was incredible. They just didn't really seem to be set up for Sunday brunch. When we showed up there was no one outside to check people in or seat them - the restaurant wasn't busy but it took forever to get service. Everything was just very slow. Our server was very nice but had all three tables that were occupied and couldn't get things done right . One tables order was wrong, our drinks sat at the bar for like 10 minutes before the bartender brought them over. If the food wasn't so amazing I would have been very disappointed. Order the side of bacon - it's worth it!!

Service was horrible. Took us 30 minutes to see a waiter. Another 30 min to get a bottle of wine delivered Over 45 minutes to get an appetizer.

Overall worst service I can remember.
