    High end experience on the river! The food was exceptional. Service was top notch (shout out to Johnny who was extremely tentative)! Definitely will be going back.

    After eating around 8 p.m. on Friday 13th, on Saturday around 3 a.m. I started to feel sick to my stomach and got an infection.

    I had another wonderful evening dining at the Range Steakhouse at Harrah's Laughlin. The food was delicious as always and the service was fabulous and unhurried. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone that is in the area.

    Have eaten there in the past and typically rate it high, but quality of food is down and prices are high (crab legs “market price”). Watch out! One pound crab legs, steak with 1/2 pound crab legs, few drinks, soup and salad. Two people, $500 before tip!!! I get out for way less than that anywhere else.

    We do visit this special restaurant about 3x a year and we are never disappointed. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is remarkable. Cheryl and John at check in are so pleasant and accommodating. We are ALWAYS thrilled to get NICK and RAMONA as are servers. They are an amazing team. Friendly, quick, aware of every item on the menu and answer our detailed questions about the fish, the seasonings, and vegetables ( we are picky ). Our appetizers and salads are always served promptly and both Nick and Ramona are careful to watch and see when we may be ready for more water, more wine, removal of salad plate, and when to bring the entrees. We always have "take home boxes" when we eat here. Ramona does the perfect job and wrapping carefully in foil tight, then into the nice box. NICK does a super job with swiping our 2 cards, finding our comp amounts, looking for any specials we may have available, and using our Caesars points. He never makes us feel awkward with our checking on the points! The Cajun Salmon was exquisite and the Shrimp Scaloppini was delicious. We LOVE their WEDGE Salad ( sometimes split it ) and their rolls are good but still we miss their old black and white rolls! If you want the best Creme Brule ever.... get it here! Perfection!

    The food amazing! The service was great too. The chef came out twice to ask how the food was. I’ve never had a chef come out and ask. I’ve only seen that in the movies. Range Steakhouse for the win!!!

    the hostess at the front counter is kinda rude.. just like last year.. waiter and food was excellent.. talk to Lynn the manager about the hostess.. she was 5 star and excellent.. she took care of my problem and checked on us to make sure things were right

    The 2 stern older women who man the entrance were not welcoming at all, and told us, unapologetically, that they wouldn’t seat us next to a window because we didn’t request one when we made our recreations (who knew they even had windows when we’ve never been there before) They still were not able able to seat us by a window, even though almost all of the window table’s were empty when we got there and only a handful were taken when we left) and we were placed in a dark corner, not near any window at all. The rib-eye was tasty but very thin, as you would find in buffet’s were been to and didn’t come with any sides. Our waiter was nice enough. We won’t be coming back!

    Nice environment for being inside a casino (you wouldnt know it). Tasty steaks. Would recommend to try it if looking for a good steak. Service could have been slightly better. Not horrible, but for the price should be a little more attentive. We had to flagged down staff to get assistance a few times.
