Father's Day dinner was great. Made reservations through Open Table app on same day.
Service was outstanding. Steaks were over cooked and a bit pricey. Overall the dining experience was enjoyable.
This was my second visit to Range and food as well the service were 5 star quality. Cozy atmosphere adds to an extremely joyous evening.
Food was amazing, melt in my mouth filet with bernaise sauce to die for, scampi was incredible, lots of seafood. The wedge salad was perfect...lots of blue cheese & bacon. Caesar salad was great as well. unfortunately, no room for dessert!

We were celebrating our 34th anniversary, told hostess and also Open Table when making reservations. Can hardly wait until The Range finds its permanent home at the casino, construction makes everything a challenge.
Our server was more interested in other tables (2-4 tops) instead of (2-2 tops). My 6 oz. Fillet was ordered MR, received Med., (1/2 " thick) and dry! Sent it back. My second fillet was a perfect med. rare! Almost 2" thick. It was tender, juicy and tasty! Waiter never even came back to check on us after 2nd steak. Finally came around when we were finished. He was going to wrap up remaining meal and left. That was the end of seeing our server for approximately 15 min. The other waitress brought back our leftovers. Upon returning the waiter left our bill and walked away! Never offered coffee, dessert or anything else. Someone from another table was offered a complimentary dessert for their anniversary, by the same server as us. The Range needs to work on consistency with their servers. Open Table was easy to use and no problems concerning our reservations.
The restaurant is in transition so will try again after they are located and moved to their permanent structure. Our waitress was outstanding. We had the $50 tenderloin filet‘s which were very overcooked or medium rare and steak fries which you couldn’t even cut with a knife.
We had the prime riv ans scallop appetizer. Everything was excellent. Prime rib was tender and cooked just right. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our server, Gabby, was pleasant and attentive.
My group and I were totally satisfied with the professional and courteous service provided. With the exception of a extremely tough rib eye steak, the food was pleasingly served, delicious, and plentiful. The restaurant, considering it is currently a shared unit and not well furnished, was still pleasing. Our server, as well as the other assistants were friendly and helpful. My brother had an enjoyable birthday experience. I totally recommend the Range for any occasion.

We always enjoy eating at The Range at Harrah’s Ak-Chin. The food is amazing in taste, texture, visual appeal and pairings. The staff, in its entirety, goes out of their way to make sure every need is met. A little desert gem.

I have ordered rib eyes steak, it is not good a piece of meat, i don't think the piece of meat is fresh, it seems old meat, the flavor of this piece of meat is so plain. It is not worth of $37 rib eyes steak. The plate for food presentation is suck, the rating is D-, I cannot go lower than that. Ceaser salad is so salty, it kills the taste. My 6 years old niece do much bettet job than that. If i go to steak house. I might have a better food. So, all of that why I do not return my food, I should, but I did not do that, my freeking brain.

I have not been disappointed with my selections and this time it was no different. I had a great New York strip steak that was cooked to perfection. I recommend trying the wedge salad and do the asparagus (if in season) vice a baked potato. You will then have room for one of the scrumptious desserts.
Escargot was very good and with a nice garlic taste. Lobster Bisque was some of the best I have had just needed some pieces of lobster in it. Lamb and filet done just right. Would recommend. Should be better after they open the New and Improved RANGE STEAK House.

The restaurant was under construction, therefore, the breakfast and lunch cafe, was being used as a makeshift "Range Steakhouse" for dinner. Obviously, the ambiance that is normal at other Range restaurants was very much lacking here. My husband and I have eaten at the Range Steakhouse at other Harrah's properties and I can honestly say the food at Ak-Chin was not up to standard. The renovation is expected to be completed by June. I would recommend waiting until then before dining there.
The steakhouse is still located inside the Agave restaurant for right now so it is limited space. If you want to eat here you really need reservations. I had the ribs and they were very tender and delicious. The service super. They are still working on the permanent area for the steakhouse. You wont be disappointed.

We had a great experience on a Tuesday evening celebrating a birthday. Service and food was excellent. Restaurant was quiet with low lighting.

Steaks are very good cooked to requested choice. Seven star appetizer bruschetta was so hard thought I was going to break a tooth. chairs are unsat. Soups are small but great.

The casino is obviously under renovation so the Range Steakhouse was relocated to another restaurant which was fine. An effort has been made to create the concepts ambience which I can appreciate. The service was very good. The food was the biggest hang up. A 6oz filet and lobster tail ran $80. The filet was under seasoned and mildly over cooked while the tail was quite rubbery in texture. The 12oz filet didn’t fair much better as it was under seasoned and one side of the steak obviously saw more heat than the other. Which is fine at chilis but not when you’re paying $55-$60 for a filet. In fairness the pan seared scallops were perfectly cooked and well worth the price tag.

My husband and I both had the twin lobster tails which were incredible. Cooked to perfection was beautiful side veggies. Our waitress helped us to select the wine which was also a big hit.
