Range Lounge & Grill at Predator Ridge Resort
Each and every ingredient on our menu is locally and responsibly sourced, and as fresh as we can get it. Our Oceanwise™ seafood is caught or farmed in ways that consider the long-term vitality of harvested species and the well-being of the oceans. Our beef is purchased as whole cows from Double R Range; a widely recognized premier beef brand based in the Okanagan Valley.
Anything on our menu that can be made from scratch...is. The result is a meal that may take slightly longer to prepare, but we think you'll agree it's more than worth it.
The perfect spot to enjoy some post-golf refreshments. Catch up with friends or take in a game of your favourite sport on our large flatscreen TVs. The Lounge overlooks our beautiful fairways and the 18th green of the Ridge Course.
Thoroughly enjoyed the spicy South African Malay prawn curry, which I and both my guests ate and found very tasteful.
Waiter was phenomenal
Awesome experience all around! Food was amazing and their wine selection is top notch.
Little surprised value for food. $19 for a small steak sandwich with a sliver of bread but the worst part... canned mushrooms
We enjoyed having dinne at the Range Lounge/ Grill for our 20th anniversary.Great service!
Love the new menu and the curry nights are excellent! Always a wonderful evening!
Great food and service; only lacking a quieter corner for seniors with hearing problems.
The curry special was amazing! The guest musician was wonderful as well! Great evening.
Had an excellent meal during Curry Wednesday. A delicious Sri Lankan curry dish expertly made by the Head Chef.
this weeks curry night was fantastic! Will definitely be doing more curry nights.
Another great evening at the Range. We have our date night there every week. Good food and good value!
I try this restaurant every year hoping it has improved. Very noisy making it very difficult to have a conversion. Presentation of food and speed of delivery were excellent. Halibut was over cooked, squash was tasteless and steak was very tough.
Beautiful view of golf course. Sat inside overlooking patio. Very peaceful and serene.
Menu had a great variety to choose from. Crispy Asian Slaw was huge for 2! Gyoza had a great wasabi flavour in their sauce! Wings were flavourful! Perogies with sauerkraut/sour cream-so good! Everything all so good !Great attentive staff. Had a lot of TVs for multiple sport games going at once. Our bartender was very easy going. Wish I had gotten his name. Will definitely stop in next time we’re in the area.
The food was very good except one of the fish dishes came out very undercooked. It was corrected quickly. Our server while attentive enough wasn’t as friendly as she could have been. Overall though a very good night out.
Great ambiance, view of the course and valley, food and service was excellent.
Bad service, my college requested cider, and waitress served wine. My college was very nice and she said leave the wine with me, and bring the cider, the waitress didn't offer anything.
I asked to other waitress additional small plates to share appetizers, and she just bring one and throw it in the table.
Pork schnitzel was overcooked and burned
For those reason I consider the service very bad, is not what I expected from such a high price we paid.
The weather was perfect. Beautiful fall day with the sunshine. Food was so good. We were there for lunch with my elderly parents and they thoroughly enjoyed their meal.
I spent the weekend at Predator Ridge for an Anniversary celebration this weekend. We ate at the Range Grill several times over the weekend and they also prepared a buffet dinner for our 75 guests. They did a fabulous job in every way. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the buffet dinner was the best buffet I'd ever eaten at. Bravo staff and chef at the Range, you made it a special weekend.
This was a themed dinner...Malaysian and it was very tasty but the portion sizes of the individual components were very small. The cucumber salad was served on top of the rice with the main course. It had good flavor but I had 1.5 thin slices of cucumber over a good sized portion of rice. My coconut crepe dessert was a half of a crepe with about a table spoon of coconut filling. It was good but overall it was over priced for the portion sizes. My son came home after this dinner and fixed himself a plate of food and he is not a big eater.
Service was non existent. Then when we paid the server, who stood and chatted with the next table for 10 minutes, helped herself to a $25 tip on a $75 dinner tab. Could not believe it! Took the cash payment and wished us a good evening and never returned with any change. The time before I was at the grill waited over 45 minutes to pay my bill.
We recently had the Malaysian dinner, it was awesome. Not too spicy but very flavourful. Will definitely be coming back!!!!
The service was spectacular - helpful servers with a great sense of humour. The venue and view are well worth the drive out there - we love going. The food is "pretty good", and with the other benefits, we will definitely return.
We had a lovely lunch on our way through to Osoyoos! The food and service were excellent!
This was our first time dining at Range and I expected more given how upscale the area is. The restaurant felt dated - the Furniture was in need of repair, they were not playing any music in the section we were in even after we asked for it ( we were the only table seated in that area at the time) and as it got busier our server was absent. When we were seated we were not given the main menus, just a feature menu and small dinner menu. When we noticed other diners had larger menus we had to ask for those. It’s overpriced for the quality of food & drink but can get away with it due to the limited options in the area. Salads and desserts were really good and it was as a leisurely dinner as we were there for 3 hours with a party of 5.
My steak was not cooked as ordered, they took it back and it came out again after everyone else was finished eating. The service was slow, we had to go find our server at one point to order more drinks, water was never refilled. It was very loud in the restaurant.
Love this restaurant, the staff are fantastic, the food is great and view from the deck is amazing.
We were staying at Sparkling Hills Resort for our 25th wedding anniversary & decided on a dinner venue away from the resort but a close by location & were pleasantly surprised by our experience, everything was outstanding & being a golfer I can’t wait to get back to play your courses as it’s been years since I’ve played cheers Chris & Brenda
Worse part is you have to book on line because no one answers the phone
Always enjoy the ambience and wonderful foothills setting of this facility. It has and still is a Okanagan icon whether one is a golfer or not, or you are a regular visitor. Meals were tasty, well served and complete. Will return again.
Awesome. Server was amazing and informative.
A lot of flies around brunch tables. On food. Not appetizing. Salad limp. Desserts very poor. We arrived at 1130am but food tables looked like they were ready to wrap up even tho it advertised brunch until 1pm. Waitress okay, not perhaps well trained, little rough around the edges. We prob wouldn’t do Sunday brunch again.
Wonderful restaurant fantastic service and food was absolutely amazing, definitely coming back overall experience was outstanding from start to finish
The food was not up to the usual good standard we have come to expect.
We started with a wine tasting on the patio of the Range Restaurant featuring 5 delicious wines from Liquidity. The Dividend and the Merlot really pleased my palette. We were seated at a table on the terrace with a beautiful view of the golf course. My steelhead trout was beautifully cooked and tasted lovely . For desert the crème brûlée was exquisite. Our server Ian was very attentive and at times humerus.
Wonderful date night experience. Beautiful view on the patio, enough people, but not too loud, and very delicious local food. Highly recommend for an up-market dinner venue in the north Okanagan. We will definitely return!
Great restaurant, too bad the rain happened on the outside deck!
Amazing food, and the servers were so accommodating, knowledgeable, and caring. Made sure we had a shuttle ride back to sparkling hill after hours
The food wasn’t very good. One dish undercooked beans (scallops appetizer), another dish cold and looked unappetizing (pakoras) and another dish too much sauce (naan falafel).
Service was good.
Would have been nice if our server knew what venison was and what kind of deer it was after she asked the cook.
We went to this restaurant for our anniversary and enjoyed the scenic view from patio at the Range. Our server was very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting the mushroom burger to have hot spicy sauce (possibly with cayenne pepper?) based on the description, so my husband had to finish mine. The server had already cautioned me about some of the other spicy entrees, and I had avoided ordering those. We think the chef has a thing for spicy food, or maybe that's what most of their clientele like. The cheesecake dessert was very good. Overall, it was a pleasant experience in a special location.
