Very disappointing. My husband’s pork chop entree was satisfactory but my two apps were horrible. The first round of wine glasses took forever to arrive, and the second round even slower. Will never come back here.
Sadly, our dining experience at this "hotel" restaurant was severely disappointing. Four of us went to celebrate our friend's birthday. She had been to the restaurant several times in the past and was not disappointed. However, on this occasion, Saturday, 7:30PM 9/8/18, the restaurant failed us. With the exception of the "special" braised short ribs (see photo). The requested straight up "dry" martinis were LOADED with vermouth, almost half/half. The meals, didn't live up to the menu's hype. My "crispy" chicken was an extremely small breast and the crispy skin was soft and white, though the chicken was cooked through and the sauce was pleasant. My friend's trout burre blanc was drenched in butter with no brightness typical of burre blanc. He sent it back. The birthday girl and my wife had the cod, which was overcooked and tasteless. Our server tolerated our frustration and was very accommodating. The new (on board 12 days) young chef came out and graciously accepted our constructive criticism. Oddly, we were the ONLY people in the whole restaurant, so clearly someone knows something we didn't.
A guest and I had breakfast on Friday AM. Took 5 minutes to be greeted, then was asked to sit wherever wanted. About 5 minutes later was asked if we wanted menus; we sensed that service would be slow so inquired about what looked like buffet, which we ordered.
Waiter came back checking to see if we wanted coffee or something to drink. My guest asked for decaf which was not available so he brewed. Twenty minutes later he brought a cup, and never came back asking if he wanted more.
Food was great but waiter got order wrong.

Food was cold, breakfast buffet had little to no food - but paid $25 a head, service was worse than poor—had to get my own coffee, even the coffee was not hot. And to top it all, they charged a 20% large party fee for a table of 5?!?Totally inept staff and management.
The food was not tasty. When I asked the wait person about it - she said that is the way it is.
Totally unconcerned. It's unlikely I would go back.
The server was inattentive, however other that that it was great.
We enjoyed our breakfast. Nothing too fancy just French Toast and Waffles which we shared and both were nicely presented and very tasty coming with fresh berries.
Nice visit. The menu on line is out of date. It's not a big menu, but there was several things that we liked. At lease on Thr there is 2 for 1 drink specials. For being so close to down town, they have a really nice outdoor patio space. The food was good. Reasonably priced, too. For three people with a few beers and a bottle of wine, I think we came in at $120.

The good: the bread was amazing. Raul in the bar was wonderful. Our waiter did his best with what he was given to deliver.
At 6 pm, we were the only table in the entire restaurant and the service was slow (not the waiter's fault he was waiting on the bar and the kitchen to produce), the bar was inconsistent: one wine glass was huge and the next round it was served in a tiny wine glass (we were told that it depended upon which bartender poured our drinks) but the food was the biggest disappointment: steaks were over cooked, the salads were suppose to be entree sized but were more of a side size, I've never seen a NY Strip steak a half inch thick.
A very strange experience, will not go back.
Mothers Day Brunch for three generations of our family, age six to 74, was wonderful: excellent food, perfect service including personal attention from Chef Scott Burnham, and a comfortable, relaxed ambiance with low-key live music appropriate to the occasion.
Had an early (5:45) Saturday night dinner. Nice, big room, only a couple of tables occupied when we arrived. Took a few minutes for someone to greet us and take us to table. Had several waitpersons take care of us during our dinner, all of whom were very friendly. As others have noted, service was quite slow which was a bit surprising given how empty the place was. Actually, they missed out on a dessert and coffee order by not getting to our table quickly enough at the end of the meal (we had to be at a concert a block away at 7:30).
We had crabcake appetizer as a meal (tasty), a ribeye (again, tasty but cooked medium well when I ordered medium rare), truffle fries (ok), and sauteed vegetables (good). A beer and a cocktail, bill came to $75 before tip.
Apparently Randolph’s has a new executive chef, so at least three of the items on the somewhat limited menu were not available. Staff was helpful and friendly. Prices were high, as they always are in a hotel, so not much value for the cost.

Breakfast menu that’s online is misleading. It’s the breakfast buffet (whole or partial) or nothing. Our waiter was great, making the lack of food selection slightly more tolerable. But why advertise and then be unable to deliver?
Great Easter brunch
Easter brunch was pricey, the OpenTable information on the mimosas was not clear that it wasn't already covered in the per person price of $55 the spread was fairly extensive, they had some light guitar music, and a very soiled easter bunny. Service was good, probably could find better value elsewhere.

Our waiter was the best and the food was amazing. Great place for a quite date during the week.
The Chef, Alex, grilled up the best steak and scallops! My husband thought the steak was better than Ruth Chris. Service from Nick was top notch. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
Great dinner before the Denver Philharmonic Orchestra
I would recommend to a friend for the quality of food only. The service is not good at all. Our server was a very pleasant person, when we saw her. Took them quite awhile after we sat to come to our table. Our food took about 40-45 minutes from the time we ordered and it wasn't busy. When we did get out food, it was amazing!
Disappointing business breakfast. We were the only table at 9am. After sitting for more than 15 minutes a waitress came over to tell us to help ourselves to the buffet. When we asked for menu’s we were rudely told they stopped menu service and only offered buffet. The buffet was very limited, a sign stated for eggs “ask your server”. It was at least 25 minutes before a server ( not ours) appeared and seemed annoyed that we asked for eggs. The topper, $25 for the buffet. What a joke! As a Colorado native this used to be a great spot and one I would recommend... never again!
We had a reservation for 11 for brunch on Sunday. They provided a space for us that provided us with a lot of room and a little privacy yet wasn't separate from the restaurant. They had live music at 11am Sunday morning. It was a little louder that one would expect for Sunday morning but it was pleasant and we were still able to chat with our group.
Food portions were large and everyone liked their meal. I had eggs benedict and it was great. It was served on circles of hash browns instead of english muffins...yummy. I thought the service was good to great. The waiter did not rush to take our order when we sat down, just let us know he was ready whenever we were. He also did not rush us out. We had 11 people that hadn't seen each other in a year so there was a lot of chatting Waiter split our bill without complaint.
We were there on Valentine's Day and as a business meeting, I would have appreciated having an alternative option to the Valentine's Day menu.
Food was mediocre at best. Not worth the $100 special they had going on.
Went for Valentine's dinner with my wife. The pictures led us to believe it would be a romantic experience. It was anything but. Although there were beautiful individual pendulum lights over each table, they were useless. The giant 80's flood lights in the ceiling were so bright, it felt like we were eating in a high school cafeteria. We were told they were not adjustable. Our waitress was very sweet, but not around much. We waited almost 30 minutes between visits at one time. Would've liked to have had drinks with dessert, but were never given the opportunity after. The manager dropped off dessert and never asked a question. We waited and waited for our waitress, and eventually just ate dessert before it went bad. Almost every aspect of service was poor. They took some silverware after courses, but never returned with fresh for the next course until asked. Table was never wiped between courses with bread crumbs all over (from the really good bread delivered before dinner). Person filling water at the table next to us, never looked at our empty water glasses. Obviously understaffed, our waitress and another waiter were seen numerous times actually running full tilt to the kitchen. Appreciate the effort, but it was very distracting and unprofessional. Can certainly forgive understaffing on occasion, things happen; but on a Valentine's night, with a set menu and only two entree choices, when you are 100% booked in advance? That is inexcusable. Service aside, I would return for lunch, as the food was good; but NEVER EVER for dinner. The lighting was so horrendous, we felt like french fries waiting to be sold at MacDonald's.
Chose Randolph's for Valentine's day meal, glad we did! Prix fix menu was unique, and very good.
The entire experience was good, and the banana chocolate bread pudding was outstanding!
We went there for Brunch with a group of friends. They had two guitarist that played flamingo music (excellent). Such a lovely afternoon!

Food was amazing and staff was attentive. My only thought would be that they need a few more menu options for dinner. I loved the lobster spaghetti but unless you want steak, there wasn't much else to choose from...

Pretty disappointed. We sat 15 minutes and no waiter welcomed us or took drink orders. Only after I informed the host did a waiter arrive. The food had obviously been sitting out since morning and some plates/offerings were already gone or not fresh. At 55 per plate and a mandatory 20% service I'd hope for more.
We were seated at a table in the hallway. I understand adding additional seating for Christmas, but it really takes away from feeling like your enjoying a nice christmas brunch. Especially when you are paying for that experience
Wonderful Christmas dinner with family! Plenty of fantastic food choices and great quality. If we are around next Christmas, we will definitely return.
Very happy with our service. We didn’t feel like we were being pushed or rushed. We weren’t bothered by staff all the time asking “how is everything “, which can be annoying when asked too many times. Food was great. It was hot, tasty and when running low, they were on cue to bring more. Will come here again.
I have stayed at the Warwick Hotel often and enjoyed Randolphs in the past. Their menu seems to be much smaller, not much diversity in the offerings. Probably not very good for a group since it might be hard to find something for everyone. The squash soup was wonderful and the Colorado filet was properly cooked and attractively garnished.
We couldn’t have Been more pleased.
It was noisy however. Big downside !
Randolph's at the Warwick Hotel near downtown Denver has delicious food. My wife had a filet which was incredibly tender and my NY strip steak was also delicious. The service was impeccable! The cheesecake desert was unique and tasty.
