It was good but I the main restaurant was under construction. So will be back to check the main restaurant.
We booked this reservation showing that they have a Sunday Brunch buffet. When we got there they were doing renovations and only had breakfast in the lobby. This was not indicated on OT or on their website. We left. Luckily they got us a spot at the Brown Palace down the street. Best to go there and spend the extra $$ and have something you will really enjoy.
The wait staff seemed to be in training. The coffee was cold; no spoons provided without asking. Just not a good experience.
Food is always good - service is getting worse and worse.

The Front Desk people that were there at the time of our visit where outstanding.
We've come here for the breakfast buffet and our experience was better than this time. Since we got there later we had to order from the menu. Service was friendly but very slow (had to get up and ask for more coffee, had to stand at the receptionist stand for a few minutes to get our bill). Food was good. The buffet is pretty expensive so we ended up spending less money than expected; still, the overall value was "meh".
They were short staffed and our server did the best he could considering he was the only server for the evening. Drinks took close to 30 minutes to get, so we could only assume there was only one bartender as well. It felt as if the AC was on because it was like 7 degrees outside. We all kept our coats on for our meal which was not comfy. They ran out of the potato soup that our entire table was looking forward to and the squash soup was ok, but not at all what we wanted. They did comp the soup and we really appreciated it. The burger most of us ordered was very good, which is the only excellent thing I have to say about the evening. Overall, not the fine dining experience we expected, but not too bad considering.
The bison meatballs were delicious although you only get 3. The chicken was good but more on the salty side. My husband's steak was undercooked and had to be sent back.
I gave one star for service because charged me for 3 people when I sat with my wife only, thus two people.
Either it was a mistake or attempted fraud, she looked kind of shady!
Randolph's was the ideal spot for an enjoyable dinner after Christmas Eve services downtown. The food was delicious, the quiet ambience was perfect for conversation and the wait staff was very attentive. Although it was late evening, there was no effort to rush us along. It was a perfect spot to enjoy a Christmas Eve meal. We will definitely visit again.
We were the only people eating at 7:30 on a Saturday night! So odd. The food was pretty decent, just a bit pricey for what it was.
Limited menu only mediocre food and presented less than professionally. My beet salad arrived on over large plate, half of which was bare. Looked like they hadn't finished filling the plate before it was delivered. 3 beets cut in half, 1/4 cup greens and 18 bucks. Totally not worth it. Ambiance was nice for drinks. Eat elsewhere.
The food was great, but the service was quite lacking for an upscale restaurant. Took so long to get our drinks and order even though there were very few tables seated. My grandson would come back again for the steak which he said tasted great.
I this luncheon was not very good, but I come here often and think it was an aberation. My steak sandwich was overdone and heavily covered in horseradish sauce. The tomato soup was unremarkable, under flavored.
Had Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoyable, good food and service
We were there for Thanksgiving. This was our second year. The first time everything was fabulous and that is why we decided to come back. Our reservation was at 3:00pm but we didn’t realize it was the last seating. When we arrived it already felt like the end of an event. The server was wonderful but the food was running out... last piece of turkey, no gravy, potatoes and stuffing were cold. The omelet station was gone 20 minutes after we arrived. Also when we went to the buffet after our first course they cleared our table because they thought we had left! When I complained to the manager he sent the server over to deal with the situation. Which I felt was inappropriate, he never once came over to the table to apologize to my party. I have worked in the hotel industry for over 20 years that this experience was completely unacceptable. It does not matter what time your seating is you should have the same experience. They did not charge us for what little food we had but our thanksgiving was ruined none the less. Unfortunately we will not be back
Had reservations for Thanksgiving at $55 a person. We were surprised to be seated not at the restaurant, but in a dated upstairs event room with neon purple lighting and casino carpeting. Service was garbage and the food was at best, mediocre. The oysters may have actually been a legitimate health hazard. They offered reservations until 3pm but stopped replenishing food stations at about the same time, so later reservations were stuck with cold mashed potatoes, no gravy, tepid seafood, and a few pieces of dessert (no whipped cream, pumpkin pie, or cupcakes left).
We arrived at 2:15p.m. for our 2:30p.m. reservation. We were seated right next to the musicians and aging parents and relatives could not hear anything said at the table. No one greeted us to pour waters or explain the buffet stations. We had to ask the hostess for a server to come to our table. We ordered bottomless mimosa's and had to beg for refills. Several items on the buffet were gone and never replaced (arrancini and key lime torte). The side dishes were located in a separate hallway and were missed entirely by our party on the first round at the buffet. The Shrimp were mushy and the cocktail sauce looked like salsa. Aside from having no beverage service there were also no bussers. Our table was full of plates with uneaten food and dirty glasses. The food was uninspired and NOT WORTH THE PRICE. We were embarrassed that we had booked this reservation. What a disappointment.
they scammed our bill for monies we didn't owe via demanded tip! DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU PAY IN CASH! Managers are in on the scam told us we had to pay over 22% for 2 people! not on any printed materials, we were hostages, added to our total bill as if food, we warned the Credit card company of the scam!
The food for Thanksgiving brunch was delicious, although most things had gone cold like the sides/dips/ and fruit tarts. The service... Our server was pleasant, but slow and seemed to completely avoid us. It took 25 mins to get more water, and just as long to get the check. 20% tip was automatically applied for the brunch, which our server definitely did not deserve (probably why she didn't care).
We ate here three times over the two days at Warwick hotel....celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary. My very first approach to the receptionist gave me a very unwelcome feeling. (It was mid-afternoon on Wednesday 11/7). Other than that we throughly enjoyed our experiences at Randolph’s.
Good food and atmosphere. Nice layout and friendly service. A little more upscale than average lunch place so good place to bring clients for business lunches.
Very disappointing. My husband’s pork chop entree was satisfactory but my two apps were horrible. The first round of wine glasses took forever to arrive, and the second round even slower. Will never come back here.
Sadly, our dining experience at this "hotel" restaurant was severely disappointing. Four of us went to celebrate our friend's birthday. She had been to the restaurant several times in the past and was not disappointed. However, on this occasion, Saturday, 7:30PM 9/8/18, the restaurant failed us. With the exception of the "special" braised short ribs (see photo). The requested straight up "dry" martinis were LOADED with vermouth, almost half/half. The meals, didn't live up to the menu's hype. My "crispy" chicken was an extremely small breast and the crispy skin was soft and white, though the chicken was cooked through and the sauce was pleasant. My friend's trout burre blanc was drenched in butter with no brightness typical of burre blanc. He sent it back. The birthday girl and my wife had the cod, which was overcooked and tasteless. Our server tolerated our frustration and was very accommodating. The new (on board 12 days) young chef came out and graciously accepted our constructive criticism. Oddly, we were the ONLY people in the whole restaurant, so clearly someone knows something we didn't.
A guest and I had breakfast on Friday AM. Took 5 minutes to be greeted, then was asked to sit wherever wanted. About 5 minutes later was asked if we wanted menus; we sensed that service would be slow so inquired about what looked like buffet, which we ordered.
Waiter came back checking to see if we wanted coffee or something to drink. My guest asked for decaf which was not available so he brewed. Twenty minutes later he brought a cup, and never came back asking if he wanted more.

Food was cold, breakfast buffet had little to no food - but paid $25 a head, service was worse than poor—had to get my own coffee, even the coffee was not hot. And to top it all, they charged a 20% large party fee for a table of 5?!?Totally inept staff and management.
The food was not tasty. When I asked the wait person about it - she said that is the way it is.

The server was inattentive, however other that that it was great.
We enjoyed our breakfast. Nothing too fancy just French Toast and Waffles which we shared and both were nicely presented and very tasty coming with fresh berries.
Nice visit. The menu on line is out of date. It's not a big menu, but there was several things that we liked. At lease on Thr there is 2 for 1 drink specials. For being so close to down town, they have a really nice outdoor patio space. The food was good. Reasonably priced, too. For three people with a few beers and a bottle of wine, I think we came in at $120.
It was amazing. Our servers were the best I’ve ever had.
The good: the bread was amazing. Raul in the bar was wonderful. Our waiter did his best with what he was given to deliver.
At 6 pm, we were the only table in the entire restaurant and the service was slow (not the waiter's fault he was waiting on the bar and the kitchen to produce), the bar was inconsistent: one wine glass was huge and the next round it was served in a tiny wine glass (we were told that it depended upon which bartender poured our drinks) but the food was the biggest disappointment: steaks were over cooked, the salads were suppose to be entree sized but were more of a side size, I've never seen a NY Strip steak a half inch thick.
A very strange experience, will not go back.
Mothers Day Brunch for three generations of our family, age six to 74, was wonderful: excellent food, perfect service including personal attention from Chef Scott Burnham, and a comfortable, relaxed ambiance with low-key live music appropriate to the occasion.
Had an early (5:45) Saturday night dinner. Nice, big room, only a couple of tables occupied when we arrived. Took a few minutes for someone to greet us and take us to table. Had several waitpersons take care of us during our dinner, all of whom were very friendly. As others have noted, service was quite slow which was a bit surprising given how empty the place was. Actually, they missed out on a dessert and coffee order by not getting to our table quickly enough at the end of the meal (we had to be at a concert a block away at 7:30).
We had crabcake appetizer as a meal (tasty), a ribeye (again, tasty but cooked medium well when I ordered medium rare), truffle fries (ok), and sauteed vegetables (good). A beer and a cocktail, bill came to $75 before tip.
Apparently Randolph’s has a new executive chef, so at least three of the items on the somewhat limited menu were not available. Staff was helpful and friendly. Prices were high, as they always are in a hotel, so not much value for the cost.

Breakfast menu that’s online is misleading. It’s the breakfast buffet (whole or partial) or nothing. Our waiter was great, making the lack of food selection slightly more tolerable. But why advertise and then be unable to deliver?
