  Hey, this aint no health food joint. If your cholesterol is high, go eat chinese food. Mozzarella cheese melted on italian bread with homemade marinara.

• Chicago Calamari

  Don't break my balls! If you don't like this you should be in the nut house. Calamari in tomatoes and cherry peppers with a gorgonzola topping.

• Sausage and Peppers

  San genaro italian festival, enough said!

Salad

• Seafood Salad

  Me and my mom would fist fight about who makes this better. Shrimp, clams, calamari, and scuingili in my own lemon dressing. It's a house favorite named the best seafood salas ever tasted on nbc's hit reality show 'the restaurant'.

• Randazzo Salad

  All italians had gardens. My grandpa used to grow tomatoes like baseballs. Mixed greens with tomatoes, onions, black olives, gorgonzola cheese, and homemade vinaigrette. Hey, come to think of it- i think those were basketballs.

• Ferraro Meatball Salad

  I got this idea from my cousin stevie. He's got a joint up in lauderdale called café martorano. If you're ever around oakland park, try it out- you'll thank me. Lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a big set of balls on top.

Pasta

• Spaghetti with Sunday Gravy

  This is why you never see italians on Sunday. Half the day we're cooking this tomato gravy with meatballs and sausage - the other half, we're eating it! Hey, we're a red sauce joint! Try it with sutera sicilian wine.

• Homemade Ravioli

  My grandma used to make ravioli and lay them on the bed to dry out. I made her promise to teach me before she died. Honest to god, she showed me and then died the next day.

• Rigatoni Vodka and Prosciutto Mancini

  I think this dish was invented in new york's little italy. Rigatoni pasta and prosciutto in a light tomato cream sauce-finished with a shot of vodka. Boom boom you made me proud.

• Rigatoni with Neck Bones and Spare Ribs Cerone

  To understand the beauty of this dish, you have to have grown up in any italian american neighborhood. You're welcome to try it, but we only have 3 servings daily. Hey, we're an italian soul food joint. If you want fancy food, go to abbracci's.

• Fetuccini Alfredo Lasorda

  Italian prozac. If this don't cheer you up pal, see a shink. An italian american classic of fettuccini pasta and shrimp in a parmesan cream sauce. It's not sort of good- it's lasorda good! - Shrimp or chicken.

• Broccoli Rabe, Orchiette and Sausage

  If you don't know what broccoli rabe is, order something else.

• Seafood Linguini

  If you can afford this, my sister is availble. Linguini with fresh tomatoes, shrimp, calamari, mussels, fish and...oh,yeah My sister may be fat, but she has a great personality.

Chicken and Meat

• Luigi's Broiled Chicken

  I stole this recipe from my friend tommy p's grandma when she wasn't looking. Every time i made it, tommy tells me, "it's too lemony!" Hey, tell your grandma! Broiled in lemon, garlic and oregano.

• Chicken Buoniconti Parmesan

  An italian american classic. If i gotta tell you what this is, you shouldn't be walking around alone!

• Veal Picatta, Marsala Franchese, Parmesan

  If you can finish this, you've got yourself a serious eating disorder and you need help before you explode. It's veal any way you want it.

• Steak Dan Marino Pizziola

  Why would you come to an italian restaurant and order steak? Go down the block to ruth's chris and get the best steak in town. New york strip steak grilled with onions, peppers, tomatoes and oregano.

Fish and Seafood

• Bobbi and Mel's Snapper Francese

  I make this for my good friend bobbi. Her husband mel is the greatest fight fan ever and my greatest supported as a fighter. Fresh snapper in white wine and lemon butter. You're gonna love it- even if you hate fish.

• Christmas Eve Bacalao

  We had to make this for my brother anthony every christmas, or he wouldn't talk to anyone all night. He was the only one who ate it-but hey, it's a tradition. Try it-you'll like it. Fresh codfish sauéed with tomatoes, olives, capers, basil and a splash of pinot grigio.

• Shrimp Orgenate

  Old neighborhood style. Big shrimp with breadcrumbs, oregano, white wine and leMon. This dish reminds me of home.

• Shrimp Scampi

  You can't have an italian american restaurant without this on the menu. It's simply delicious. If you don't like it you're out of your freakin mind.

• Lobster, Caviar and Rare Truffles

  Succulent lobster poached in a clarified butter and beluga caviar sauce and topped with rare italian truffles. Fuggidabout it!!! No, really! Forget about it. I took it off the menu.

• Billy Cypress "Chairman of the Board" Lobster Fra Diablo

  A two pound maine lobster in homemade marinara. You're gonna feel like you hit the "jackpot" with this one!

Shut up and eat a cannoli! It's 10,000 calories. So what! You ain't a model!
