Randazzo's Little Italy offers an intimate and unique experience in Coral Gables, Florida. Every dish has a history and a personal story behind it. Come to an establishment that truly cares about the food from start to finish, keeping a passion for bringing an inviting atmosphere to the guest that feels like it comes from their own home. Randazzo's continues to cultivate guest satisfaction by staffing its kitchen with chefs trained in the classic sense, keeping tradition alive. A friendly and accommodating front of the house staff drives the experience home by providing concentrated service, whether they're waiting on a regular or a newcomer.
Experience homemade pasta and ravioli, freshly prepared chicken, veal and mouth-watering steaks. If you're into fish, Randazzo's has a vast selection to suit any sensibility. End the afternoon or evening with house made cannoli, tiramisu, or Chicago-style cheesecake.
Had a reservation for 7pm that I confirmed twice. Upon arrival the restaurant was terribly unorganized and the host and manager seemed baffled on how to accommodate a party of five. After waiting an hour past our reservation time we were finally seated. Once we were seated it took an additional 20 minutes to receive menus due to the restaurant having a "menu shortage". When I finally did receive a menu it was covered in pasta from another patron. Overall the service was just horrible. Took forever to get our drink order taken and even longer for them to arrive. The food was fantastic but that is not enough to make up for all the other issues. I chose this restaurant for our carb loading meal as a my mother and I were running the Miami marathon the next day. My parents had flown down from Chicago for the weekend and I was hoping to wow them and show them a great time. Unfortunately all Randazzo's showed them is that the stereotypical bad service in Miami is actually the reality.
As if the history of boxing from the perspective of a world champion boxer himself isn't enough from the photographs of Mark Randazzo's way from the middle of the rankings to the # 1 spot, the man actually does show up just about every night (early on) to make sure that the kitchen is in order and importantly, to meet their guests! The history isn't just his own in any way as the photographic tour and history lesson continues, outside of his own weight class, through his experiences with his world class trainers Lou Duva and Angelo Dundee) and growing up inside the kitchen of his Grandmother. Reading the menu alone can keeping you laughing through an extended period of time but once the unbelievably delicious real-world/world-class appetizers start all the way through the check you'll be delightfully surprised. If you live here, you know but if you're visiting, please go! Early too because you do want to meet Mark!
Amazing dishes. Took my mother for her birthday and she said it is the best restaurant she has ever been to. I will definitely be returning.
Best Italian food in Miami without a doubt..!
If you want a little bit of Little Italy New York in Miami, that's the place to go.
If you like Boxing, and good Italian food, that's the place to go!
Great food at prepared Old School NY way. The portions are fairly large and the menu covers all of the classics. The Sunday Gray dish is awesome as well as the seafood salad. The prices are high for each dish however the portion is almost large enough to share. The menu says there is a sharing charge although I do not know how often it is enforced.
We have been loyal customers of Randazzo's for a couple years. We don't dare try any other Italian reataurant, because we don't want to be disappointed! The food is phenomenal and the service is great!! Our last visit hit the bar again. Recommend the Chicago style calamari and the spaghetti with meatball!
If you are looking for terrific family style Italian food, simple and consistently excellent, look no further. Relaxed atmosphere with good service.
Great food Mark the owner is awesome Michael at front door is great too.
We selected this restaurant because there aren't a lot of real authentic Italian places in South Florida that aren't outrageously expensive. My family (with two boys, age 11 and 9) had a great time, the food was excellent, as was the service and the owner came and personally chatted with us in a non-intrusive way.
I will definitely be going back to Randazzo's Little Italy!
