Rancho Pinot Ratings and Reviews
Rancho Pinot is our "go to" restaurant when we want to have a casual date night out, or catch up with friends over the perfect dinner. The menu is well designed, with many choices in each category to satisfy everyone's taste. The wine list offers good selections to pair with menu options. The service is always excellent, attentive, but not rushed. But the main attraction is the food! The menu changes on a regular schedule, and it always includes some favorites, something new to try, and of course the desserts are not to be missed!
What a treasure! We dine out often and had never tried this restaurant before. It was a totally outstanding dining experience. Menu options seem to have unique blends of ingredients...each dish was exquisitely delicious...and we are not "fancy food" lovers. We have already invited some friends to go back there with us to dine soon in the Future.
The greatest food in The Valley! We live half of the year in Phoenix, and the other half of the year in Chicago. If Rancho Pinot were located in Chicago, you would have to wait in line to get inside every day of the week. The food is that spectacular. The long time chef/owner oversees each ingredient and each dish that comes out of her exceptional kitchen. Love is the obvious ingredient in everything that is served. This is food that is thoughtful, flavorful and above all delicious. Throw in a tight knit/spot on friendly wait staff, along with a well curated wine list and perfectly mixed drinks (along with a subtle, handpicked music playlist which is just far enough in the background) and you have what is a truly world class dining experience. Rancho Pinot is a must stop for anyone craving tremendous food in a lovely setting. It is our absolute favorite restaurant in the entire state of Arizona.
As always, the food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and we enjoyed conversation because the ambient noise level was low. Two of us had the grouper, which was amazing. The dill, creme fraiche, horseradish sauce on the golden beets inspired me to try to recreate the dish at home. And from now on, the toffee date cake will be a regular dessert choice.
I love this place. Being from Cincinnati, I don't get to Scottsdale often, but Rancho Pinot never disappoints. My wife was able to join me for a recent trip and they shined in every category. Amazing food, fun wine list with great values, and excellent service. Keep doing what you're doing, Rancho Pinot. I'm always excited to visit your amazing restaurant.
This is a well established Restaurant that continues to please - Food as well as Service wise- and I would recommend going frequently! I live in Fountain Hills and IT IS Worth the drive! I had the zucchini blossoms stuffed with goat cheese..It is a seasonal dish during this Monsoon time so better go soon. Also enjoyed the
Rancho Pinot continues to be our favorite local spot for any occasion and last night was no exception. They've given it a little freshening up with some new cool seating areas and new paint scheme. The service is always stellar, the food delicious and the noise dampening is so conducive for catching up with friends or a quiet celebration between couples! Highly recommended for any occasion!
We very much enjoyed our dinner here. One person had the lamb chops which were perfectly cooked and relatively generous of 4 "lolly-pop" ribs. The other 2 had the lamb bolognese with gnocchi,a modest serving size, yet very hearty, rich & satisfying dish. We finished with the date cake which is more akin to a sticky toffee pudding, not too heavy or sweet. The room did get surprisingly hot at the end of our meal so we felt that we didn't want to linger; then as we were leaving the A/C seem to cool the room again. We would definitely return if in the neighborhood.
