We went to Rancho Pinot to celebrate our Los Angeles son’s bday. He is a real foodie. Rancho Pinot did not disappoint. The host, waitstaff, food, ambience was all outstanding.
We did a surprise party for my husband's 50th and with short notice the Rancho Pinot Team was able to add in a few added guests. The overall atmosphere was great - not too loud allowing everyone a chance to chat and celebrate the night. Thanks to all who made that night a birthday my husband will not forget.
We always enjoy are visits. The lanb is great!
The service is always spot on. It's on out "top" list.
Great food and warm service
The place was wonderful as usual. It is not noisy like so many places these days—carpet on the floor helped a lot. And no loud music. It took quite a while before we were served. We were told we were behind a big group and given another update. I wouldn’t change my overall rating because of this. I also like that the wine is reasonably priced. What we had was marked up only about double which is refreshing. Most people don’t want $1,000 Opus or have to pay for the restaurant’s cost of obtaining and holding it.
Rancho Pinot is by far one of my very favorite restaurants for so many reasons. Chef Chrysa Robertson is a true star and has led the AZ slow food movement for 25+ years. I feel at home when I dine there because the RP staff loves their patrons, their jobs, and the food! Everything is delicious and the wine list is extensive. Every Phoenician should experience Rancho Pinot!
Celebrated our 44th wedding anniversary at Rancho Pinot. The food was delicious and our service was excellent! One of our favorite restaurants! We will be back.
A favorite, we always come to Rancho Pinot when in Arizona for great food, wine, friendly and experienced service
AlwAys on spot and super delicious!
Rancho Pinot is one of our go to favorite places...Always great...
Always a culinary delight!
Jillian is a treasure not to be missed!
Chrissa, spot on the best chef in Phoenix!
Fantastic service as always! My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with both sets of our parents and our little baby girl. Everything was perfect.
We came with visiting guests and were disappointed that the food was not up to par with what we normally experience. Rancho Pinot is one of our favorite restaurants and I hope this was only an off night.
This restaurant was such a great find! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience starting the moment we walked in. We were greeted and sat with efficiency and friendliness. Our server was experienced and knowledgeable. The food was fabulous with a perfect blending for a superior outcome. The water was always full and the dishes were taken in the appropriate time when we finished. The expresso and dessert were excellent! If you haven’t tried this restaurant I would highly recommend you put it on the top of your must go to list. Thanks to the whole team - we will be returning!
Pricey? Yes. But it's certainly one of the best restaurants in Phoenix metro. Maybe the best.
Really enjoyed the fettuccine, although the portion seemed a little light, given the price. The peach short bread dessert was outstanding.
Super friendly folks. Truly inventive food... pickled grapes (yummy- trust me). Unassuming location. One of our favorites in Scottsdale.
Wow! Great food , great wine , great service, quiet atmosphere . We will return with friends
Great food and great service!! The ambiance is very fun.
Our first visit here- blown away with menu selection , food preparation, service , ambiance and price
We will definitely return
Enjoyed a terrific birthday meal with my best friend. The fish special (Hawaiian Opah) was delicious. We were treated to top-notch service. I would definitely go back and recommend Rancho Pinot for an enjoyable meal.
Agree with neighborhood gem. Love chef’s seasonal salads. Had the watermelon cucumber salad. Delicious and perfectly dressed. Lamb chops were so tender and tasty. Short rib ravioli was rich but sauce not very heavy and also delicious. Peach galette was a wonderful guilty pleasure as was plum cake. We always make a point of eating at Rancho Pinot when we visit and this meal did not disappoint!
Outstanding! Food was creative and delicious...creative in the wonderful blends of flavors. Presented beautifully. Knowledgeable staff who love the restaurant and the offerings. Absolutely a perfect evening there last night. You MUST have a reservation on Saturdays...they were packed, even in the heat of summer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Rancho Pinot is a wonderful restaurant. Great food, friendly professional service, very nice ambiance. always a fantastic experience!!
Very good food and wine. Excellent service. Comfortable room - spacious, not quiet but not obtrusively loud.
The food and service at Rancho Pinot never lets down. The food is fresh, inventive and beautifully plated. We’ve always had incredible service... this past visit Jillian went above and beyond to make our experience extra special. We will continue to go back again and again.
Very pleased with our experience here. Jillian was our waitress and guided us across a wonderful dinner. Watermelon cucumber salad and bureaus salads were so fresh and delicious.
Gnocchi and Mahi were to die for. Highly recommend
This is my favorite restaurant in the valley. The food is seasonally unique using local ingredients. It's the perfect place to celebrate or to just enjoy the food and atmosphere.
A Scottsdale institution. Friendly service and wonderful food.
Always consistent , excellent menu
Awesome, as usual.
Love the food, staff everything.
A restaurant with fabulous food and a sound level that you can have a conversation without yelling! We've been coming for years and it has been consistently good.
one of the best restaurants in Scottsdale. Always consistently outstanding. The upside down fresh plum cake with whipped cream was exceptional too.
Great food and terrific service. Rancho Pinot is quality option that has stood the test of time.
Something has changed since we last dined at Rancho Pinot. We had been anticipating the usual outstanding dining experience, and frankly were disappointed. The menu offers limited options for vegetarians, but the vegetable platter is usually reliably good. This time it was rather heavy, greasy, and offered a very limited selection of mundane vegetables. Nothing special about it. The meat and fish eaters in our party enjoyed their meals, but half of us ordered the vegetable platter and were disappointed. We have dined at Rancho Pinot for many years, but won't be returning any time soon.
Always has been one our favorites for many many years! Chrysa and her staff are always on their “A” game!
This is such an iconic restaurant in the Valley! Chef Chrysa Robertson has been doing farm to fork dining for 25 years plus and her attention to detail is extraordinary. We always go for special occasions and over the last several years have included nights that we just felt that we needed to be pampered. Sabrina, Jillian and the rest of the staff are attentive but not hovering. This is a go-back..for sure!
Fabulous as always!!
