Rancho Alegre Cuban
This place is great. Service was A++++. Food was outstanding and drinks were great. Music was too loud so I would recommend going before group starts. We will return.
Great Cuban and Venezualan fair. Reasonable prices and live Jazz 6:30-9:30 on Friday and Saturdays. Will definitely add it to my list of cool spots in Savannah as a local.
Always amazing food, atmosphere and service. Some of the finest food and drink you’ll find in Savannah. And great live Jazz too. Awesome place!
Wonderful food and great atmosphere.
As usual, the food was delicious. They had a great band planning and we had a very fun evening.
Great for lunch or supper. Wonderful and fresh food, great flavor.
Good Cuban and Carribean food, nice music, nice atmosphere, speedy service !
It was very good. Parking situation is not good on MLK. I will be back.
Great drinks, food and live jazz with friendly wait staff
Loved the restaurant. Relaxed feel. Good food. Will define you be back.
Excellent food. Price is great for food
Great food, service and jazz!! Will definitely be back!
The food was lovely are real Cuban feel.
We even watch the World Cup there love this place and will be back !!
It was a good dinner. Live music was the best part of it. it is always fun to taste new varieties!
Excellent food, excellent service, good value, great music...what more could you want in a restaurant.
Live jazz combo, great food, very friendly staff. Overall, a great time.
Warmly greeted and seated. Ordered 3 different entrees and they were all delicious. The sangria is really great too. And the sides are yummy! We always enjoy this place
Father’s Day dinner with our son and daughter-in-law.
Music was great. Food was good. Interesting menu. Service was a bit hectic. Had to wait for our reservation on a Saturday night.
Everything was wonderful, start to finish. Fun, delicious, fast, superior service! Live jazz was a great touch, too.
Rancho Alegre is one of my favorite restaurants in Savannah. Food is outstanding, with delicious vegan options. The atmosphere and service are always great.
Everything was great - the food, the drinks and the music! Highly recommended.
My wife and I enjoyed this restaurant. The jazz band was great. Food was good but a little overpriced to us. Compared to similar restaurants we've tried. Still a great date night idea. We'll visit again
THE BEST Cuban food I've ever had! The staff were friendly and recognized us on our second trip back--gave us a warm welcome. Each time we were there, they had two fabulous bands playing. We're from out of town... but if we lived in Savannah, Rancho Alegre would be our go-to weekly restaurant for date nights.
Great time and amazing food with live music!
Food was quite disappointing, there was not very much to each plate that we ordered. All it was was rice and beans with a scoop shredded beef, .They also forgot to provide us with one of our sides until the check came.
We really enjoyed our night out. The food was good and the jazz made it a nice night for us. Thank you for helping to accommodate our schedule too!
This was our number 1 choice to host dinner for relatives coming in for our daughter's SCAD graduation. Living in Miami they know their Cuban cuisine and they LOVED Rancho Allegre. We've been dining at RA since we first stumbled upon it Freshman year in 2014. Every visit to Savannah we make RA one of our stops. The chicken soup is out of this world. Staff was so very kind in accommodating our large group. And no one seemed to mind when my daughter and I enjoyed dancing to the live music. We had a great celebratory evening at RA. So very glad we opted to go there on this occasion. Thanks Rancho staff!
The high light of my 10 hour drive from Baltimore, MD.
A Cuban restauran with a Jazz live music? No señor. You need to have a real Cuban environment. Plus real Cuban food. The food was good but missing key Cuban dishes. If you can’t find Cuban or Puerto Rican musicians the least you should have is a Latin music station.
perfect! delicious vegetarian options, classy jazz, delightful atmosphere
Went back twice the food was so good. Live music was far too loud for the space but it was fun just the same.
Great Cuban food- very authentic
Didn't actually get to eat because they did not honor my Open Table reservation, and when I got to the restaurant with a confirmed reservation, they said it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait. When I mentioned I had a reservation, the person just shrug and said, there's nothing I can do! - and that was not the first time this has happened to me -
Fun and very busy ;noise level high .Great soft jazz group adds to the casual atmosphere. Food is cuban inspired and tasty, these guys have been on the Southside many years ago and still doing a good job!
Worth a try for a nice evening start.
Food was not terrific, very poor quality and tasteless
Fantastic authentic Cuban food in beautiful decor! Celebrated our anniversary there with plenty of sangria and generoys servings. Only regret we missed a live music night. Thank you, Felix!!
I normally love this restaurant but this evening was disappointing. Service was uneven at best. Lechon asado was overcooked and dry. Maybe it was just an off night...
We made a reservation and they didn't have a table ready for us, and we waited almost 30 minutes and they didn't even have our names down! So we left.
We visit so often that I think we own a table. Love this place.
