Excellent food Great service Perfect atmosphere
60th birthday
Great waiter, Miles. Steaks cooked to perfection. Sides delicious, did the sampler, mushrooms, Scallop potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Overall, the best steak I have had in OKC!
I've very grateful for the staff in adding an additional guest to our table. They were so accommodating and gracious. High chair was great! Food was wonderful. Love the intimate low lighting. Great service.
Lovely evening with a perfect meal!
We really enjoyed our waiter I think his name was Don he was quite a character bald-headed guy. He was able to sing Happy Birthday backwards to my daughter's boyfriend which was hilarious . thoroughly entertained. My steak was excellent and I learned how to cook it on hot plate LOL we will be back thanks for a great night. 5 stars for the waiter.
All was wonderful! Great Staff!
I've been to The Ranch several times, and something was just off this time. I knew it the minute we pulled into the parking lot. The valet was very disheveled looking, the hostesses (all 3) weren't as friendly as usual and hardly said a word, and four of us were crammed into a booth, that would've been comfortable for a romantic dinner for 2, when there were plenty of tables available. When our waiter arrived, he was attentive, but he was so boisterous and loud that it was disturbing. Although my steak was excellent, the rest of the food was just average. We had stuffed mushrooms, escargot, and cocktail shrimp for appetizers, Caesar salad and a trio of sides - creamed corn, Brussels sprouts and mac n cheese. All were just eeeh. This makes me sad. I used to love taking out of town guests to The Ranch.
Always Excellent!
Server was incredible. Thank you Yarelie for a great experience.
She went above and beyond <3
Service was good food was amazing but they ran our card twice and it’s still not resolved.
The Mobley’s were in town.
A tad pricey so go for special occasions. But words cannot describe the steak experience. It is without a doubt the best steak we've ever had!
We were treating our friends who had never been to The Ranch. We had such a good time. The wine and food was great and we may be back again.
Great food!
Very disappointed in the Ranch Steakhouse. Our steaks came out undercooked apparently this is standard practice for them “because of the hot plate.” We told the waiter it was fine and we would still eat the steaks how they came out. Shortly after another individual came over with an additional extremely hot plate picked up my boyfriends plate and proceeded to slide his steak, seafood and truffle butter to the new hot plate right at the table in front of us. This caused the butter to spill out of its dish onto the hot plate and sizzle and splatter all over his shirt and face. When the manager was made aware of what had happened his comment was “hopefully you didn’t get burned” to which my boyfriend said “well but I did.” No attempt at an apology just a snarky “well I have some burn gell.” We will not be going back.
The only down fall was the table was right under the vent and it was quite chilly. The food was amazing, as always.
Lovely rustic charm. My first time there and really enjoyed it. The service was absolutely impeccable. I had scallops and they were the best I’ve ever had - they just melted in my mouth. My companion had an aged ribeye. It wasn’t quite cooked as much as he liked so he sent it back and then it was slightly over cooked (thus four stars in the food) but the flavor was still great. It is a bit pricey but not as pricey as some of the snootier restaurants in OKC so we felt like we got our money’s worth. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back.
Horrible service and horrible steaks!!! Stick with Texas Roadhouse, MMR, Opus, or Mickey Mantles. I could burn my own steak at $30.00 dollars an ounce. Worst Grade 12 wagyu I have ever had!!! I tried to upload a photo and this sight wouldn’t allow it. Took 17 mins to get a glass of water and a menu. We had reservation at 5 when they open. They did allow us in 5 mins prior as it was cold outside. No conceal carry either, just an FYI
The minute you walk into the steakhouse, you're met with the highest of high class service. Top notch, five star, super friendly wait staff showed us to our table and handed us menus. After perusing for a while and drowning a couple of beers and cocktail’s, And devouring the shrimp sampler & chop house salad we decided on a pair of 14oz Ribeye’s spit between the 4 of us. The Ribeye’s were really fantastic. And it's a recommendation I would make to others. We also got the steak fries, asparagus, mac & cheese sampler. It's really the service that makes this restaurant fantastic. There are so many other options for food, including their Wagyu menu. So if you've been curious about Ranch Steakhouse, do what I did and just make a reservation. You won't regret it.
The Ranch was incredible! From our server who was knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful to the food which was incredible and worth every penny! I'm a steak lover and have it frequently at a wide range of restaurants and I can confidently say that the bone in rib eye was cooked perfectly and was the best steak I've ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant for those celebrating a special occasion, a date, or if you just want to treat yourself - you will not be disappointed!
We went for my boyfriend’s birthday and had a great experience. Food was divine and service was outstanding. We will definitely be going back.
Our experience at the Ranch was incredible! I had the seven ounce filet with the truffle butter. My boyfriend had the ribeye with the garlic butter and both were melt-in-your-mouth amazing. We started with the crab cakes (also delicious) and the spinach and bacon salad. Their bacon vinaigrette is out of this world! Of course we ended the evening with a brandy ice! Highly recommend the Ranch!
We eat at The Ranch on a pretty regular basis, it's always been a place we love! Our service was hit/miss on this visit, which isn't typical for this establishment, so we will return regardless! We always order the calamari (spicy) and I typically branch out and order the feature, especially if it's seafood! My husband sticks with the filet, which is always perfection!
Always the best! Best steaks in Okc! As usual, our waiter Tony, went above and beyond!
Anniversary Dinner! Great food, a little pricey but not anymore so than Boulevard or Mahogany.
Very good service!
Excellent service. Loud atmosphere
Food was excellent as always. It is our celebration location.
Excellent! As always.
The Ranch is our go to place every time we are in OKC on business or with the family. Outstanding everything!
Celebrated our anniversary at the Ranch. It was very nice and lived up to its billing. The service was great.
Birthday celebration
Food and service were excellent. The server, Jayne, made several helpful suggestion regrading the menu selections. Expensive, but a great place for special occassions
For a quieter St Pats celebration, it was lovely. No green beer, but the wine was excellent. Food was all outstanding. Shrimp cocktail tasted fresh and perfectly cooked. Beef medallions were butter soft. Rib eye very tasty. Atmosphere blended food, wine and dessert perfectly.
Thanks.
Best steak in town. Best service in town. I look forward to going there.
Food was very good and the service was great! Great place for a special occasion!
Always the best service and food.
We try to eat here at least once a year. We have had several anniversaries, New Years, and just dinners at The Ranch. I have never been disappointed! Don’t let prices keep you from going. This is hands down some of the best steak and food I have ever had! Tony our server helps make the experience perfect as well.
My husband and I dine at The Ranch frequently and every single time we eat there, it is wonderful. There are FEW restaurants in OKC that serve REAL prime filet and The Ranch is one of them. Years ago, when Ruth's Chris was the only prime steakhouse in America, their filets were the best I ever had. Since Ruth passed away, the quality has gone downhill and the filets on Ruth's menu are not prime, though they do offer some other cuts on the menu that are. The Ranch is the real deal and, before you go somewhere else in OKC, you need to confirm the filet is really prime -- as it is at The Ranch. The wedge salad is my favorite, though my husband and I always ask for it with a big chunk of onion. Yum! The lobster is through the roof and the absolute best in town. The bartenders are superb and mix an excellent cocktail. The waitstaff, and if you're lucky enough to get Tony or Steve, are very well trained and professional. This place is an OKC staple and a great place to enjoy exceptional food.
Great meal!!
