Sadly this restaurant appears to have closed. We loved their burgers and are so disappointed not to be able to go there anymore.
Restaurant was closed
Good food and 1/2 off on 2nd burger so good value too
Service was sub par, food was greasy and bland. We knew we were in trouble when the place was near empty on a Saturday at 7:30.. There were more cars at IHOP when we drove by then at Ram
Had a large group & servers couldn’t & wouldn’t accommodate separate checks.
My dinner party was quite surprised at the tables and floor being left dirty. The floor was especially filthy of food, paper and even utensils.
Good food. Wrong dish for an app and then for one of our entrees. AC was broke and we went in mid August. Server said it had been down for awhile. Second drink and napkins we had to wave someone down to get. So many options at this price point with similar offerings...id try some place else.
Food was good. Need to repair A/C or not go on a warm day.
They brought out a huge complimentary ice cream cake slice out for my sons 14th birthday. Very thoughtful!!
Very nice. Great food and even better service!!! Highly recommend.
I used to love Ram for a relatively inexpensive decent meal out, and my wife and I recently went on a surprisingly slow Friday. The service was slow, and my steak was under cooked. I wasn't expecting 5-star dining, but didn't think it would be this bad either.
Good food good service
Food was just OK, nothing that would bring us back again.
Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience. It took 10 minutes or more before we were acknowledged and given a menu, another 10 minutes before we were able to order drinks, 10 more minutes before we received our drinks. The two dirty martinis we ordered came without garnish (olives) and tasted like pure olive juice. After waiting to tell the waiter, who didn’t come back for some time, we decided to leave and go to another establishment. Terrible service! Terrible cocktails!
Over all thumbs up. Good food nice decor good staff. My only negative was to hot inside
Went for Father’s Day. Biggest complaint was that there wasn’t any A/C and our server said it had been like that for days. So the A/C certainly wasn’t our server’s fault but he left a lot to be desired for in the service we were given. First round of drinks came quickly. Then we had to ask for refills on the off chance we saw him. My husband’s meal was supposed to come with fries. By the time our server returned after our food arrived, my husband had finished his meal. He asked for the fries anyway and they came fairly quickly...these were tasty and worth the wait. Our server ultimately comped our appetizer and 2 of our alcoholic drinks. But it just felt like it was an effort to eat there. Not what I was expecting. I would return to try again but only if there is A/C.
Service is always great
The restaurant was extremely hot...their ac was broken but was never shared with us until I asked. Food came out fine, except for one meal which had things that weren’t suppose to be on it, and we’re missing things that were supposed to be added. The expediter did bring the missing items though.
The food was good. The service was
The restaurant was fine and the hostess was very courteous and friendly, but the service by the server was terrible. Gives me a bad feeling for the restaurant.
Lexi, our server was amazing with both serving us and making sure our kids enjoyed their meal. The food was excellent and the ambiance was just as good. All in all it was a good dinner but I would have to say we were most pleased with our server.
Had the steak medallion sandwich. Tender, juicy and the horseradish sauce didn't hurt either. My son had the french dip and said it was tender and very tasty.
The Ram is a favorite place to visit. The food is delicious and generous portions. We like to selection of seating; either the dining area or the bar area to customize our visit. the staff is so attentive and delightful and of course the Ram brews are amazing!
It’s was early on Mother’s Day. Service started off excellent, but as the restaurant filled we saw less of our server. Overall, the food and service were good. The kids loved the big dirt cups at the end of the meal.
The food was horrible. There were 5 of us and not one person liked their meal. Beer was good and waiter was nice. The place was not busy at all. When you pull up to a restaurant on a Saturday night and there are plenty of parking spots available....drive away!
Good place for friends to get together. Balanced menu.
You can’t beat their Monday deal of a burger and beer for $10.00!
Not bad. We arrived early for our reservation and were seated immediately and were given the choice of sitting in the bar/dining area or the regular dining area. We chose the bar/dining area so we could watch the NBA playoffs on the giant projector screen. Food was good and service was good.
Impossible Burger and Buffalo Cauliflower are awesome.
The best thing I can say is that the food and beer were great. However, the service was not so great. We were running a few minutes late for our reservation and when I called I got told they could move our reservation back instead of holding it for not even 5 minutes past the reservation time. After explaining that is a bit ridiculous they said the reservation could be held and that was no big deal. Then when we got there, we waited almost 10 minutes to be sat because there was no one there to acknowledge us. Then we waited 10 minutes at our table before anyone came to take our drink order and our server(s) were barely seen. The man who did take our drinks was not our server and was more than obvious he was not happy to help us. When questions were asked he seemed annoyed. None of us could get a refill if we wanted to. We were there for almost 2 and 1/2 hours and halfway through the place died down. I would give it another chance, but maybe at a different location.
Great place to meet family & friends. We had a wonderful dinner last night, meeting friends and never disappointed. Our server, Jessica was attentive and knowledgeable about the drink and menu choices. We all enjoyed our entrees ranging from ribs to chicken Marsala, fish and chips and burger.
Overall it was alright. The mixed drinks could use some work they tasted subpar and not quite like what they should (the mojito tasted more like a lemonade, as did the margarita as if they were made from the same mix). Food was pretty good, standard bar food, service was okay as well.
Love the Burgers at Ram, but this time the family just had a few more errors than normal. Food was over salted, kids hamburger was not well done, service on refills was slow. It was brought to the attention of the waitress and staff. They did correct the kids burger, but fries were just over seasoned for everyone. Staff was still friendly, and the value for what you get is pretty good.
Great food, had the ribeye steak and the rest of my party had the burgers and they mentioned how they will be back. Great food!
Wide variety of craft brew options that pair with good food and lively conversation! Great place for groups and get togethers with friends or family.
I have held several business lunch meetings at this location. Noise level is always great - nice and quiet so we can speak in normal conversational tones. I prefer chair seating for business meals. Mostly booths, but some of the tables have both booth and chair seating. Service is professional and courteous and not intrusive. We sat for 2 hours and were not rushed out. The lunch menu has a very good selection. I prefer the Cobb salad with steak.
Seems like they were really short on wait staff. Food was good. Drinks were a bit weak. But, they are better known for their beer.
Good food and great craft beers! I really liked their Hefeweisen. And our server, Jessica, was terrific! Highly recommend trying it if you are shopping at Woodfield or IKEA.
We felt sorry for our server. We thought they needed more people working for a busy Saturday night
Service was HORRIBLE. Waiter kept forgetting basic things like straws, napkins, silverware, requested drinks, condiments.
Waited a long time between check-ins. The Whisky list was written on a large note card and spelled 'wisky'. It was all bottom shelf stuff. I wasn't asking for Pappy's, but not a list of what i would expect at the 7-eleven either.
Beer was good. No stouts (only a decent porter), which was disappointing.
