This is not for a quiet night date for sure but food and service is excellent!
Have eaten here several times - steak medallions we covered in pepper seasoning too much this time. But they took back and remade.
I haven’t been there in years, was really looking forward to it. We had Calamari that was ok. The tomato and artichoke soup was really good. I had the salmon that was flavorless, my son had ny steak that was overcooked and my husband and son had the blackened Mac and cheese, which was a little too heavy. Overall not exactly what I was hoping for.
This is my son's favorite restaurant so we come at least once a week when our Disney passes aren't blocked out. We're always seated quickly, food is always delicious, although sometimes lukewarm, and service is always great.
We had a couple different friends recommend we try this restaurant during our Disneyland vacation and it did NOT disappoint! Everyone in our family (including four kids) licked his/her plate clean. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very generous!
Mediocre food, good service. My entree was served lukewarm and had to be sent back. Great atmosphere!
Always amazing food a little pricey but totally worth it. They had some live music, the ambiance is nice I love this place. Must get the bread pudding ....
First time we have been disappointed!
We have been coming to this restaurant for the last 15 years.
Menu has changed and food was not up to par as in past times.
Server's are always great and very attentive.
Good food but a little pricey. The server was great but you could tell they were short and he was stressed. Loved that he spent some time congratulating my mom on her retirement and talked to us about the parks. The chocolate bread pudding is always great but this time was different and in a square rather than a soufflé dish with sauces on the side. Not sure if this is because it was lunch and we usually go at dinner. They also didn’t ask al mode (ice cream on top) Still good, but not as good as before.
The Gumbo ya ya and Boudin balls were excellent.
I would recommend it overall and will be back for more, but I have had better experiences.
Loved the live music!
I made a reservation via OpenTable. But when I called to confirm, my name was not on there. Good thing, the manager was able to find a slot 15mins later than my original reservation. NYE countdown was okay, nothing special.
We had an excellent server. Good food and love the table side Bananas Foster! Live music was fun! The last time we eat here it was excellent. Well done!
The menu has changed and the price of gumbo has gone to ridiculous. I used to read reviews and people would state comments about overpricing the food. I did think this last price increase and menu change was out of line. I realize there is no fee to hear live music. However, gumbo soup is way out of line for the size and quantity of soup.
We used to come once a month now probably just on special occasions . Hope you don’t close down ! We do enjoy the uniqueness of the restaurant and the live music but it’s gotten too out of line for some food items.
Management needs to think about having a variation of prices. Medium to high range. Especially
The gumbo soup!
The restaurant has both inside and outside seating. You really don’t have a choice on location unless you want to wait. We had to sit outside on a very cold night. The staff did turn on heat lamps but it was still cold. Food cooled fast.
In a good note... the service was very good. The server was attentive and entertaining. The food was okay but a little expensive. The food was consistent to prior visits. They have changed the menu a little.
The restaurant is a good choice if you are @Disneyland or DTDisney. Security screening is further out near the parking lot.
Great service and food!
Wonderful evening! Experience, piano player, server “Danielle” just perfect!!
This has been our annual Christmas Eve hangout for the past four years. We live the live entertainment and the delicious food! We initially wanted the patio but opted for a great table inside!
The food was good and the servers are very nice
As with all places in DTD, it can get busy fast. The food was great with the exception of the steak which was bland. It was cooked to the right temperature but was charred on the outside. I would recommend the Shrimp Primavera.
Great food, good ambiance and outside seating good for people watching. Even accommodated a vegan. 😀
One of the few restaurants left at Downtown Disney. Party of six, sat outside, in December.
Service was good prompt, available, no problems. We ordered every appetizer to share and each had different entrees. I had the shrimp poor boy, which I have had previously here. The shrimp was fine but the bread was seriously stale. Not a little, very stale. I didn't bother to eat it. I was sad.
My favorite place to eat near Disneyland or anywhere. Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen is part of the small group of famous Brennan's restaurants of New Orleans. From what I've heard they closely monitor this restaurant to maintain the quality of food and service. Having been to the original Brennan's N.O. it seems to be working. This restaurant is far more casual due to the diners from the park. Be sure and order the Banana's Foster, prepared table side. The Black & Blue Filet Mignon served topped with Blue cheese is one of my favorites.
My fiancé and I had our first date here over a year ago and it was the place I picked to have our engagement lunch because it being such an amazing and sentimental Place. Thank you for the amazing experience.
Service was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
We have been here many times o our trips to Disneyland! Never disappointed! Food is excellent and service was great! We will return on our next trip!
We celebrated our Anniversary and we had a wonderful waiter and everyone was great. The ambiance was amazing and to food was excellent!
We ordered the chefs sandwich of the day (ACuban) it lacked flavor and the meat distribution was not well placed evenly . It was a disappointment. I expected it to be pressed (like a panini)
Just disappointing the food could have been better .
Great for special occasion or date night. Service was wonderful
I came back for the food, (specifically beignets), ambience and our amazing server Ashley last time. She was not working this time and the food/drinks were not as great but Jazz Kitchen is still so much of a gem I will be coming back.
Food was lukewarm but tasty. Service and ambience were good. Prices are slightly high for what you get.
Great place to have a fun evening. Great tasty food. Lots of choices. New Orleans style. Great atmosphere.
The food was amazing, the service was phenomenal, and the beignets are a must have to end your dining experience. Thanks to Nick our server for doing an amazing job.
Service was awful, food quality went down since changes made.
We went for my wife’s birthday and it was amazing. The food, the service and atmosphere. If you are looking for good food and family setting this is the place.
Great service, loved our outdoor seating!
The piano player made my girlfriend’s birthday special with a song! The weather was great and friendly and the birthday treat was delicious.
Wonderful food and service! Ashley is an awesome server; funny, attentive and is a wonderful conversationalist. We will definitely be back!!
We dined at Brennan's with a party of 7. Our waiter was outstanding and very accommodating to our needs. Drinks and food was amazing. Our group had visited New Orleans in May of this year and the cuisine matched our expectations. The piano player was extremely enjoyable and very entertaining. We would definitely dine here on our next visit to Anaheim.
What a great dining experience! The food was incredible and service was even better! We’ll be back!
