Raleigh's best restaurants based upon thousands of OpenTable diner reviews
The atmosphere, service, menu, and wine list made for an excellent dining experience. The seafood croquettes were amazing...normally, don't go for fried foods, but these were light and full of seafood. The venison and roasted duck breast entrees were perfectly done and we loved the combination of flavors in the dishes. A favorite restaurant for celebrating special occasions! MoreOpenTable Diner -

The downtown Raleigh Hibernian location on 311 Glenwood Ave, was established in May of 2000. It quickly became a staple in the Glenwood South district, a popular dining and nightlife destination in downtown Raleigh for over twelve years. Despite suffering from a devastating fire in December of 2012, we have recently opened our newly renovated doors and are thrilled to be back in the community. The redesigned pub proudly offers floor to ceiling windows that open onto Glenwood Avenue, multiple bars, a second floor patio and bar area overlooking downtown Raleigh.More

Discover Chapel Hill
As one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the country, it's no surprise that the restaurant scene keeps heating up in Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. These central North Carolina cities are collectively known as the Triangle, and, thanks in part to the number of universities and colleges in the area, there is an abundance of excellent restaurant options. Although essentially every type of international and American cuisine is available, some of the more prevalent options are eclectic Asian, Italian, steakhouse and seafood. Chapel Hill has one of the oldest restaurant and bars known for great hamburgers while an upscale Durham restaurant serves Mexican dishes with a modern touch. Classic southern fare is of course on the menu too.
