Nice place. Brent was great. But this is not a place for Italian pasta. Try something else.

We have visited numerous times while passing through St. A. Today Charlie was our server, attentive without hovering. My mahi was tender, flavorful, perfect portion. Not overwhelming. FRaintree salad was flavorful, not overly dressed. I like that portions are for one, not 2, 3.... Husband had Wellington. Looked very good.

We ate at Raintree twice during our stay in St. Augustine, and both experiences were outstanding. The patio and the indoor spaces are charming, and the food was outstanding. The lobster bisque is wonderful, seafood and steaks were excellent, and the dessert menu is varied and enticing.

Indoor and outdoor dining with engaging ambiance. Wonderful menu with a wide variety of choices. But my wife and I couldn't pass on the Beef Wellington because you just can't find it often. It did not disappoint. Done to perfection with a truffle pate'. Simply marvelous with a nice presentation.
Crepes Bananas Foster for dessert. Just a perfect meal. Our compliments to the chef.

As soon as we arrived everyone was very friendly. Our waiter was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and took great care of us. I recommend you try the lobster bisque. The restaurant itself is very welcoming and cozy.

I love going to the Raintree Restaurant BECAUSE I can make a reservation before a planned theater event. The food is always great. The ambiance beautiful, especially as I prefer outside seating, weather permitting. Being able to reserve a table on a Saturday night in St. Augustine when one has an event to attend, is essential. Having parking? OMG. Amazing. But, honestly, the food is always good. Which without that? Nothing else would matter.

Food Great! But they add an automatic gratuity. Maybe this is why the service is TERRIBLE!!! At least now they are noting the automatic gratuity on the check. I would have liked to have entered a negative $15.72 in the space for additional tip.

Raintree is consistently good. My ahi tuna carpaccio was perfect, the fish practically melting in my mouth. Hubby's steamed mussels tiny tasty morsels. Our main entrees were equally good. Raintree also offers a perfect portion salad when ordering an entree. The drinks, as always, were perfectly made; my gimlet had the perfect little hint of ice on the top. It is very convenient to the Limelight Theater as well.

First time in St. Augustine and friends recommended Raintree. Excellent recommendation. I had one of the fish specials, king clip (I think). First time I tried that fish and it was very well prepared and tasted great. Husband had the pepper steak which was also terrific. Henry was our server and did an excellent job. Dessert was good too—mixed berry crepe and key lime pie. All in all, it was a terrific experience. We will definitely go back next time we’re in St. Augustine.

Went for the brunch; the food was wonderful and the setting very nice. The family story is a GREAT ONE and glad it is still going on. The waitstaff we had was lackluster, I did get to fill my own water with the near bye pitchers. He did seem really attentive to the table around the corner from us; perhaps they were favorite locals. The other young man waiting on tables near us was really good-I guess the comparison was too evident.

We had a 6:00 pm reservation and were seated immediately. However our food didn’t arrive until 7:20! We had tickets for an 8:00 show. When we inquired about the delay the waiter said they had a wedding upstairs and another large party. It was Saturday night and by the time our food arrived most tables were empty. There was no apology or concern from our waiter or manager. The food was average but we were so rushed we didn’t care. We were very disappointed with our first visit and are in no rush to return.

Came for our anniversary and date night (hadnt been out in over eight months alone). No acknowledgement of our special occasion NOTHING extra done. We were even charged for bread which is ridiculous. Our server was very unprofessional. I don't recall his name but he looks and speaks like Owen Wilson.

Food was very good, value was as expected. We arrived early and were seated immediately. Staff very friendly, but kitchen seemed slow. House salad was sparse but the Italian peppercorn dressing was excellent. Had special if the day Chicken Cor don blue, very good and husband had swag thermidor which was excellent. Cocktails were good as well

I think I would have rated this restaurant somewhat higher had I know the cooking method for my Beef Wellington. it was ordered as medium rare and the baking time did not allow the puff pastry to cook properly and so it was inedible but the tenderloin was fine. If I had known what I now know I would have suggested that they finish it under the broiler to get some finish to the pastry, or I would have ordered it medium. Too bad, the makings of a fine dish that didn't work. Veggies were fantastic. My wife had their bourbon pork special which she loved. We both had the house soup which was excellent and we finished with a shared key lime pie. Very good. We had a lovely Washington state Cab Sav with dinner which was excellent but it was priced at well over the usual 100% expected on retail. All in the Wellington was a fail but I would go back to this place again.
Canadian foodies.

This is our favorite place in St. Augustine—we always stop here when traveling in the area. The food was excellent as usual. The service was extremely slow—we waited twenty minutes between courses. We were told the kitchen was overloaded due to a wedding party on the second floor. In spite of this, we enjoyed our experience and will plan to return.

HIghly recommend. Wide variety of food, you can get something fussy if you like or not so fussy. Casual but nice environment. Love the outdoor patio on a nice night I give it a double thumbs up. I had a delicious steak and the charcuterie (sp?) board was to die for. Will definitely be back on our next trip to St Augustine.
