Very nice birthday celebration. Staff was wonderful delicious chocolate mousse cake for dessert.
Owners are trying hard to make it like the “old” Raindancer. However my entree ordered medium rare was served medium well and qualitatively it still is not the old Raindancer—but it has a chance to get there.
Simple items like waitstaff in nicer white starched/ironed shirts and picture frames without wear/blemish stains etc would be a good start—without costing a lot of money.
Having eaten here many times last season was very very disappointed with the food this last time.
We were there for the Sunset Dinner (which is a very good price )however they have cut back on the
portions, the meal was served with different vegetables than the menu described and when we
asked for the original vegetables the waiter said he would bring them right away (which took 20 minutes)
The meat ordered was dried out, tough and tasteless. When the manager came to the table after we were
finished and asked how everything was I told him about my meal, he told me I should have sent it back
(easy for him to say ) I didn't want to wait another half hour for the order to come out !!! . The service was
not up to par, the waiter was asked to bring extra sauce for the dessert which never came he seemed to have disappeared most of the night. The manager did offer us after dinner drinks and did not charge us for the coffee but this did not make up for the meal.
Prices were a lot higher than advertised/expected. The Open Table rating for price was $ and < $30 dinner. However, other websites, indicated $$ and the prices were definitely $$ if not higher.
Although a very nice menu my Delmonico steak was definitely overdone - medium or medium well when I asked for medium rare but it was delicious - just a little chewier because it was cooked a little more than I’m used to.
The highlight of the night was the owner and our server. Both did everything to make our evening and eating experience a good one. Both were extremely friendly and welcoming, complimenting our meal with a refreshing after dinner cocktail - delicious!
I recommend if prepared for the cost. Very welcoming and a nice atmosphere!
Had not been to the Raindancer in many years. It did not disappoint. The food was quite good, and the service was excellent. Love the salad bar which was just large enough!
Fabulous old school steakhouse with amazing service.
We've been to Raindancer Steakhouse numerous times and always enjoy our meal. Today it's Thanksgiving and they had a wonderful turkey dinner available. Many different dishes and all of them were tasty. As always the service was impeccable. Enjoy!
Went for Thanksgiving menu. The food was delicious and plentiful. I really enjoyed the way the Turkey was prepared. Service was good and the meal pace was spot on too.
Our waiter Robert was fantastic. Very personable. We chose the regular menu vs Thanksgiving menu. Food was great just a bit pricey. Very large portions and but they offer sharing for a minimal charge.
As far as steakhouses go, the rain dancer was average in every respect. Much rather go elsewhere,
Service was great. Business manager was attentive. However, the lounge singer music was a bit loud. My filet was over cooked but they prepared another one. Nice of them to give us a dessert on the house.
Wonderful dinner. Steak was superb cooked to perfection. Owner is delightful person. Will definitely come back next time we are in WPB.
Excellent service. Good food.
An absolutely fantastic meal. The services was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and inviting. The food was fantastic. Escargot was delicious. The salad bar was an awesome touch. The steaks were high quality and cooked perfectly and the extra sides we ordered were hot and delicious. I highly recommend the cream corn. The deserts were a indulgent ending to the meal. Overall we couldn't have been happier.
Alex was a wonderful server! He was attentive without being intrusive. The staff was wonderful and even surprised my parents with cake and sparklers foe their anniversary!
The food was excellent! This is truly a hidden gem!
Will definitely recommend and return!
We have gone there many times, brought guests and recommended it to friends. The food is always outstanding and the service is terrific.
We had a lovely evening our server was very attentive she made our dinner very pleasant. The food was quite nice and the steak was very nicely done. I ordered my steak done in a way that it’s very hard to get done in most restaurants and they accommodated me which I greatly appreciated overall it was a lovely dinner. The noise level was ok and the ambiance was quite calm. We’ll be going back there.
We have dined at Raindancer many times and the food is always outstanding and the service is excellent. This time was no exception.
Food was good. Reasonably priced compared to other steak restaurants. Great service! Decor could use some updating.
Always an amazing experience, We have been here several times and never disappointed. The food is exceptional
Was disappointed with their food quality. It took too long for our meal, got bread after we had soup and salad and value did not equal quality. No mention by staff for special occasion we were celebrating. Dated place.
We sat in the tavern area and had a great experience with service, our food was excellent and to top it off, got to listen to a great female vocalist. Had a great time, Nick does a great job!
This restaurants best days are behind them. Service was poor, it was loud, they screwed up a special request. Food was good but there are other good steakhouses.
Went with 6 people and service was excellent. 3 of us had the flavors of Palm Beach Menu and 3 had the sunset menu. All was excellent and the service was outstanding. We will go back and they have extended the flavors menu through October
This is the second time we went for Flavor Of Palm Beach. Were very happy with our entire meal. Susan our server was excellent and we left with the feeling we were part of the family. Great food and wonderful service.
First time, not the last time! Went for Flavor of Palm Beach, and had a terrific dinner. Really good selection from the special menu, plenty of food to go around. Both my husband and I got the ribeye with crab cake. Ribeye was thin, but very flavorful and tender, crab cake ....delicious. Service was terrific.
When we left, the manager (or owner) gave us a $20 gift card to come back and try the regular menu.
Think we might just do that!
I had always wanted to dine at Raindancer because of its reputation. The bar area is nice and very old school steakhouse. Nice bar staff and decent drinks. We got a booth for dinner. We ordered the escargot. Terrible. Over cooked so they tasted like hot, tasteless mushrooms! Our server was nice and we were not charged for our starter. I ordered a porterhouse ($52) medium. Half the steak was medium the rest more like medium rare to rare. My girlfriend had the lobster tail and filet. Both were very good. Sides are big enough to share. Overall, not worth the money. For $52you would think they would know how to cook a decent steak! Won’t go back.
Warm welcome. On the ball server. Flavors of Palm Beach menu...excellent four course menu. Great Value.
Unbelievable Creme Brulee and Chocolate Mousse cake for desserts.
Excellent Flavor Palm Beach menu. Always good food. Our waitress Susie was terrific. We'll continue to dine here.
First time at restaurant, seated quickly as we had a reservation, service was excellent, food was prepared as requested and had a delicious flavor. Definitely recommend.
Carl and his staff took great care of us. From welcome to good night, everything was top shelf. Our first visit, but certainly not our last!
New Owners doing a good job, keeping quality at a high level.
They made my grandma’s 80th birthday special!
After reading reviews, our party of 5 was looking forward to experiencing a hidden gem. Instead we all experienced great disappointment. We had all intended to take advantage of the Palm Beach Dining menu, but my wife and I decided instead to step up to the Cowboy Steak - and share it. This steak wasn’t bad, but for the price was far from great. I particularly was unhappy with $10 sharing charge - for which we got an extra potato. It was not even plated in the kitchen. Our dining companions ordered off the promotional menu, and fared much worse. The rib eye steak was extremely thin, reminiscent of Applebee’s, making cooking it properly very difficult. One of our party received a raw steak, which they replaced. The replacement was well done, and contained more salt than meat. Another member of our group went from well done to raw on round two - and her plead to omit the salt were ignored. She ended up eating nothing, and when asked by the manager how her meal was, she responded “inedible”. His response was “oh”. No effort to rectify anything was made, and no adjustment to the bill was offered. I would suggest that participating grudgingly in a promotion is counter productive, as three couples and anyone we speak with will not be visiting this establishment.
Seafood wasn’t up to par and management immediately offered any thing on the menu as replacement. And took car of our wine.
It is nice to see service at this level in a high end Resturant
Walking into this restaurant is like walking into one of the old traditional steakhouses of yesterday. Very nostalgic looking but very elegant and classy. The staff, including management was on top of everything. Great service, wonderful food and an overall great experience. We met one of the owners who was just delightful to chat with. All they care about is making the customer happy. It is a winner for sure!
Unbelievably good Flavor palm beach deal with amazing g food and service. Their other deals seem amazing as well - hope to make this my new go to neighborhood restaurant and steakhouse. Best value in years!
Went for flavor of palm beach, was terrific. All enjoyed the menu items and meal. Good service and great food. Ribeye was small but tasty, fillet of beef was wonderful.
Let me start off by saying that I really wanted to like this restaurant. I’ve driven past this restaurant and wanted to check it out for some time now. Since we had the day off to celebrate our anniversary, we decided to have the taste of Palm Beach lunch. The moment we walked in it did not feel Inviting . We weren’t offered a wine list or bread and noticed that other tables were given that option. I kept it simple by ordering a burger but the bun was burnt to a crisp. I asked for it to be replaced and it came back barely toasted. The burger and other ingredients soaked through the bun, what a mess. I gave a 3 star review because My husband did enjoy his meal. However, I ordered the bread pudding for dessert and it was super soggy and soaked in syrup. I tried My husbands creme brûlée and it had a really hard and thick sugar coating. I decided not to change desserts and told the waiter how disappointing it was. We will not be visiting again.
