An Amazing Dinner Experience! The food, the appetizers, the cocktails, the service were terrific. Thank you, Ken, for keeping to the years of consistently, fabulous food. We will be back!
Always fine ingredients and preparation. Seafood specials and rack of lamb are extraordinary. Wait staff is all-pro.
Best Chinese food in Fort Lauderdale high class service
Overall I liked it but few things bothered me. The food is very good, but pricy and small portions. The service is fine but did not appreciate the 5$ charge of Chinese tea I did not order and that they brought to our table as if it was complimentary. The decor is old, the place needs to be revamped. Not bad overall but not sure I would go back. There are better options in that area for Asian food.
I would give five stars, except our disappointment with desert. Only three choices were available and tey were cheap cakes, most likely, have been purshased from a supermarket.
It is better if no desert was offered in menu.
Otherwise, food was excellent
My all time favorite place. We have had our anniversary here for 10 years now. Owner is a great guy and runs a great place. The FOOD though! OMG!
Shrimp/ Lobster dumplings- spring rolls- crispy steak- shrimp Gwin Jim- Gran Mariner Scallops. House rice & mixed veggies. And the piece de resistance? Long time waiter Paul’s daughter makes the desserts and MY fave is the white mouse cake. It’s not cheap knife by any means. Figure around $100 per person by the time all is said & done but the absolute most lovely evening.
Wonderful restaurant. Pricey but worth it! The food is great and so is the service.
Outstanding service, and the very best Chinese food anywhere! They were very accommodating for our large group, and everything went smoothly. Everyone loved it!
Best food quality and service for all restaurants this season.
Great very upscale Chinese resturant. It has been a staple in Ft. Lauderdale for many many years...this night it was quite busy and a bit noisy.
Very good chinese food. Excellent service. A little noisy when full. I found it to be somewhat expensive.
Amazing every time.
Excellent Asian food with first class service. This is definitely not your average Chinese restaurant. However be warned that quality costs!
What I like less is those Knox like sauces maybe to Cantonese for me.
But I have to say that the duck grand marnier sauce is remarquable.
The service is professional and the atmosphere very nice.
They have a great wine list and the waiters know their jobs.
Best Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten in. Food was made with fresh ingredients. The wait staff are terrific
Great Food and Service. Super expensive!!
Excellent Chinese food. The meal was great as was the service. Pretty pricey for Chinese food but so is Mr. Chows. Although it is not Mr Chows the food is certainly the same caliber. Nice variety of foods to choose from and something for everyone.
Best Chinese food in South Florida. Outstanding service. they make you feel special and welcome. Classy and tasteful décor with white table cloths and tableside service. I drive over 45 minutes to go to this restaurant but well worth it.
Best Chinese in the US with alegant decor and excellent service especially from Paul!!!
Food was amazing and service was great, but it was WAY to expensive for Chinese food.
We had a lovely lunch last Friday. The food was delicious, only to be topped by our server Paul. He was so kind and gracious and attentive to our every need. We are looking forward to going back soon.
Food and service was exceptional
This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is very succulent and delicious. The only thing that surpasses the food is the service. By the way, be sure to ask for Paul, but all the servers are fantastic! It’s a little pricey but treat yourself, it’s worth it. Don’t forget to look at all of the awards they have won hanging in the wall when you walk in. They earned it !
This was our 1st visit to Rainbow Palace and it won’t be our last. The food and service were terrific, it was the best Chinese food we have had in Sout Florida. It is a bit pricey so it’s a perfect place for a special occasion and great for lunch.
Embarrassing. Closed due to “plumbing issue.” No one called despite having a reservation scheduled. Walked up with my team for a business meeting to a paper sign on the door. No respect for their consumers. Don’t plan on giving them a second chance.
It was disappointing. An attractive restaurant but the food was ordinary. The appetizers especially seemed uninspired. The won ton soup was watery looking and bland. The ginger shrimp was bland. Needed soy sauce to give the sesame chicken some flavor. Service was casual and inattentive.
This is the best Chinese restaurant we have experienced . Service was excellent. Ambiance elegant. Food perfectly prepared and delicious . Waiters personable, friendly, and very professional. The entire dining experience set a new standard...recommend highly.
Party of 8 was treated with the utmost service and loved
the location of the table. Kind of set off a little from other diners.
We were there to celebrate a special occasion and we enjoyed everything about the experience. We had an exquisite time and loved the atmosphere, the individual care (thank you, Paul), and the amazing food. The food!!!! We had the Orange Beef, Country Chicken, Hunan Salmon, Chef's Special Fried Rice, and the Eggplant. Everything was delicious. The wait staff is spot on and James recommended the best wine to accompany the meal. The Lychee Martini is tasty, too!
Great food, excellent service and a garden room atmosphere makes for a wonderful evening with friends. This s not your ordinary Chinese restaurant. The food is well worth the price. Each dish was a special melange of flavors. We will surely
Go back. A must try .
The food and service were amazing.
This is my first and likely last review for any restaurant. Please trust me when I tell you this place is the BEST Chinese food I have ever had in my 41 years on this earth.....seriously.
Love the food
Service was great and the place is very nice. However, on the culinary side, it's a full ultra sweet experience. Both entrees tasted like cotton candy. I had orange Beef, described as mildly spicy, and I didn't have the willingness to finish it. My partner had Crispy Duck Grand Marnier. You cannot distinguish the difference between the two dishes. Soups were delicious. Appetizers were decent but still with a sweet taste. maybe an introduction to the entreees.
Nice restaurant and good food. They over cooked the Calamari this time so much they had to take it back. They promptly removed it from our bill with no hassle. Somewhat pricey for Chinese food. You have to pay to park on the left side of the parking lot so take your spare change for the parking meters. The right side is free parking if you can get one.
Food was Outstanding. Service was excellent. Hands down, the best Chinese food I've had in quite some time.
Excellent Chinese food. Authentic and prepared well. Especially enjoyed the orange beef and lobster crab wontons. The bar had great cocktails. Highly recommend for a special occasion.
They do everything right! Great food great service great people! Get the Scallops, steak, snapper and any specials they’re running.
The food was quite delicious and tasty for the upscale restaurant that it is. The ambience is quite okay but could be made a bit exquisite .However ;the food was quite pricey which would not allow frequent visit to such a place. I will overall rate it as being great .
The food was delicious, the service excellent. Great place. Highly recommend.
