Radish & Rye Ratings and Reviews
Very attentive staff. Food is delicious. Set in a charming house. My only complaint is the party next to us was very loud making it difficult to hear my dining companion. Overall, food, service and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. We'll definitely return.
So far our absolutely favorite dinner in Santa Fe! And it’s not really about the radishes it’s all about the Rye and we are not talking bread! Our server, Rod, was amazing! He answered all of our questions, made great suggestions, as well as being attentive and very humorous! I guess it helped that he had the same first name as my husband and his middle name was our last name! We started with a bourbon mule which was the most fresh ginger flavor and not too sweet, and the seasonal shrub, which happened to be bourbon with apple cranberry and allspice, was perfectly balanced and again, not too sweet! We started with small plates of ribs and fried green tomatoes with homemade pimento cheese. The tomatoes were firm, lightly battered, and the pimento cheese was flavorful and a great accompaniment. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the ribs. I had a taste; they were tender and sweet. They serve you three, but you can get four for an inexpensive upgrade. For dinner we shared the 16 ounce ribeye steak which was cooked perfectly (medium well) and sliced in the kitchen so we could share it. It was served with a vinegary dipping sauce and tiny purple fingerling potatoes. We also had the corn fritters with jalapeño and green goddess dip. We ate everything but my husband is a big eater. Because this restaurant is farm to table; everything was fresh, flavorful and perfection! of course when we saw the dessert menu which had homemade bourbon pecan pie as well as three flavors of homemade ice cream (chocolate pecan brittle, vanilla blueberry, and chocolate with white chocolate chunks all with bourbon) we had to try them. They were the perfect finish to an amazing meal I would go there every night if there weren’t so many restaurants in Santa Fe! Restaurant was relatively quiet even though it was busy, staff was extremely attentive to the diners, the music was country but it was enjoyable classic country. It was our most expensive meal so far but worth it!
The service was excellent. We had the meat and cheese board (the mustard on there was my boyfriend’s favorite part of the meal), corn chowder with bone marrow (my absolute favorite and I took a shot of Sazerac out of the bone), brussel sprouts (incredible) and the ribs. We ended with an apple pie dessert special that was out of this world. I also loved the art!
Radish & Rye knocked it out of the park, as usual. Our server was very thorough and professional and knew the whisky menu frontwards and back. We shared a series of small plates, and all were exceptional (especially the farm board). Thanks, Radish & Rye! We’ll be back.
This is a fabulous place for couples and small groups. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Santa Fe. The menu is eclectic and very tasty. I am not a bourbon aficionado, how others have raved about their selections. We find lovely bold red wines to accompany our meal.
Outstanding, as usual. One of our favorite spots. For our latest visit we took a friend from out of town. Our choices were chowder with bone marrow, beet and arugula salad, gumbo, trout and pork chops - all flavorful and beautifully presented. Topping it all off was the exceptional service - the hostess was warm and inviting and our wait person (I forget her name but she has bangs and a page boy haircut) was helpful, attentive and FUN!!
It’s our first time dining at this restaurant.
The service was excellent and we enjoyed being served by Moly. Very joyful.
The menu is somewhat limited. The soup was delicious, but my salmon dish was just ok. Very interesting cocktail menus which I may try one next time.
This has been one of my go-to restaurants and I was really looking forward to the grilled ribeye.
One of us ordered gumbo for their main course and what they got was a very small bowl. I ordered the ribeye which I had tasted at an earlier dinner and loved it. What I got was a tough and VERY fat piece of meat. I had asked that the side of potatoes be replaced with the smoked potato gratin. That didn't happen but when pointed out they brought me a small dish with two bites. We ordered another side and the charge was $14 for a too small plate.
Service was fine.
Southeastern inspired menu. Thoroughly enjoyed! Excellent service and beverage menu. Appetizers- fritters, Brussels, and rubs were excellent. My main was the polenta and seasonal vegetables which was excellent. The trout we ordered was overdone but overall very happy with our experience!
The waiter and staff was absolutely amazing! My girlfriend and I split 4 small plates which was more than enough food. Cocktails were delicious. One of the few places I've ever seen that serves a "Hot Totty." All of the food was delicious but the ribs are an absolute must!!
We arrived 45 minutes early and they sat us right away at the bar; we decided to have dinner there. The bartender was very attentive, funny and informative. The service was truly exceptional. It took a few minutes longer than he thought it should for our appetizer to arrive so he comped it. The pork chop was exceptional and the salmon was out of this world. They accommodated our no carb request with elan as well. It was fun and entertaining, highly recommended.
I went to Radish and Rye with some foodie friends. As a vegetarian, I really enjoyed the vegetable and polenta dish. My meat eating friends also said their dishes were delicious, and all portions were very large. I indulged on the bread and butter with Radishes which was delicious.
Really nice farm to table restaurant just across the river from the plaza. We shared a salad and app of saltine shrimp. Then the salmon and t bone lamb chops. All were perfectly prepared. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Good wine by the glass and beer options. Best meal we had in three nights in Santa Fe. The place is busy with an energetic buzz. Even with its own small lot, parking is a challenge.
