Radiator Whiskey
In the heart of Pike Place Market, Radiator Whiskey features food that brings a smile and drinks in every variety of container and iteration; straight, mixed, bottled, canned and on tap. Step inside Radiator Whiskey and be immersed in Pacific Northwest atmosphere, warm tones, industrial architecture and plenty of natural wood accents including a larger than live whiskey barrel wall.
Radiator Whiskey has daily happy hour drink specials and nightly food specials on top of the regular menu. All the dishes are created fresh with options such as aurora apple salad, smoked half chicken, fried pork shank and turkey drum confit.
Great place to take out of town people , next to Pikes place market.
We really enjoyed the music (David Bowie, The Clash) and the atmosphere was pretty cool (vintage pics of Johnny Cash on the wall, etc.) The free popcorn for the table was an interesting touch. If you sit up against the window, the lights from "Showgirls" across the street was obnoxious but other then that we had a great time. The signature cocktails were good too, I recommend the "Phil Collins."
Food is amazing. Such a great list of spirits. Definitely will be back. Service was great too. The waitress accidentally heard my order wrong and still fixed the drink order even tho it was pricy. Thank you.
The pig head was definitely worth it and the Brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had. The value here is unbeatable.
Amazing food paired with quality service!!! Pork cakes with Sirachi Aioli to die
Christa made our evening very enjoyable. It was date night and we were in no hurry. She was energetic, fun, checked in with us with a wink and never made us feel rushed. Will definitely be back
Always a great experience at Raditor Whiskey. Enjoyed New Year’s Eve dinner here and stayed to ring in the New Year. The best drinks and amazing food.
Came on a double date on New Year's Eve. We had the apple salad and tater tots to share + the apple moscow mule. I enjoyed those. I also enjoyed the free popcorn!
For the entree, my boyfriend and ordered the fried pork shank. While it was tasty and well-done, the meal felt incomplete - perhaps a side included or something would have been nice. It got tiring to eat after a while on it's own.
Overall, I had a good time though I felt I wasn't really satisfied from the meal.
Great concept. Yummy food, great service. Second visit here from out of town and definitely did not disappoint!
Service was friendly and welcoming, drinks were great, and the food was great. Overall a wonderful experience!
Never disappoints. Food is fantastic as are the cocktials. I am a ceiliac and so need gluten free and they are great about this.
Wow, I really love this place. The servers really seem to love their jobs too and go out of their way to make your evening wonderful! At first, this was just a place with just amazing meat, but now, it's a really special place to me just because of how wonderful I have been treated there.
As for their meat I have three words to say: perfect smoke ring. What more is there to say? Well, maybe one more thing. The meat falls off the bone!
We always love to eat and drink here! The staff always makes me feel comfortable and important without being 'stuffy'
Always a must when in Seattle. The head chef is awesome
Great place, awesome food, amazing customer service
Krista was one of the best waitress I have ever had! Great food great service!!
Meh for food. Wonderful drinks and service. Won't be back for food. Maybe for drinks and fun waitstaff as that was excellent.
I’ve been coming here for years and it never fails to please. Great food and whiskey selection. Great staff and atmosphere.
Great service. Limited, but good food menu. Extensive whiskey menu and cocktails. Pretty loud music, so not great if you want to have conversation.
I went to Radiator Whiskey for my first visit. I was impressed by the waiter’s courteous demeanor and his professionalism. The price of the food is very reasonable, and the food was amazing. I plan on visiting again.
The roasted half pig head is such a COOL experience! Not gonna lie, I was kinda squeamish when it arrived on the table and kinda avoided looking at it the rest of the night lol. Definitely worth the experience though!
Radiator Whiskey is a small restaurant with large and unique flavors. Their selection of whiskey is quite impressive and is peppered with several local distillers. while their menu is small, it is filled with very flavorful offerings. My wife has the fried pork shank which was crispy, smoky and so delicious. I had the 1/2 smoked chicken that was served with potato salad and a vegetable slaw that had a creamy, tangy dressing.
For desert we shared the bourbon butterscotch pudding which was topped with a bourbon whipped cream, so yummy.
I think next time I will go with some more people and order the smoked 1/2 pig head.
My favorite restaurant in Seattle. Fast great cocktails. Good service and the food is amazing. The smoked mushrooms with a glass of Cabernet was awesome. I suggest outside guest to meet there for drinks and nobody has been disappointed.
The beef brisket was to die for! 11/10, perfect meal, quirky setting
It was great! We loved the food, service and the atmosphere.
Everything was great except the brisket, very dry, my girlfriend said so also. The service was wonderful.
Impossible to find, the watermelon + tomato + fried pig’s ears is not a good combination, too loud to have a conversation, but the whiskey drinks are good.
Can’t blame the wait staff, busy with a large table of knuckleheads. She was good in her service but slow .
Food was basic , fried chicken livers were way to spicy to enjoys. The tater tot, gravy and eggs dish just skipp all together , pretty simple and not what you would expect from a Seattle restaurant (it was tots from a bag an egg and gravy your junior high student made in 1973. The pork sandwich was decent but I have had better. The only think really good were the drinks . Good imagination and reinterpretation of cocktails . Would I go here again? Maybe for a drink before I went someplace else for dinner or happy hour . It’s busy and loud but not quite there yet with quality . I am not attempting to be mean so please do not have a visceral response to my asked for critique.
Radiator Whiskey never disappoints!
Food is consistently delicious and the service is fantastic!
We are always pleased with the food and the experience. Great happy hour and a perfect restaurant to visit before a concert.
Great service and atmosphere! Smoked chicken was top notch and the half pigs head (make reservation and call a few days ahead) was delicious and very well prepared! Great drinks too!
This place is amazing. Staff is friendly and food came out quickly. Happy hour is legit.
It’s a great hidden gem. Such a good time in such a small space. It’s obvious that the owner/operator of Radiator Whiskey wants to create a haven which offers a small slice of the finer things in life. Much appreciated. Well done, guys.
Four of us were in Seattle for a girls weekend and started our evening at Radiator Whiskey for drinks and an appetizer before dinner (at another restaurant). The service was great - our server was very knowledgeable and personable - we had a lot of laughs with her. My friend (a bourbon lover) said the bourbon margarita was one of the best drinks she'd ever had and followed it by one of the specialty whiskey barrel drinks , which she also enjoyed. The only downside was that it was a very hot day and it was a bit toasty, since there's no air conditioning, but the fun atmosphere made up for it!
We love coming here! Dinner with out-of-town family was amazing on Friday night. The portions and quality of each dish, for the price, can't be beat in Seattle. We also had delicious cocktails and when we asked to swap out a selection on the single malt flight, no problem! We always have an amazing experience here.
Note that it’s very hot in the restaurant in the warmer months.
Simply excellent all the way around! Amazing food, stellar service, and I will be back!
We love Radiator! If you are a whisky-loving carnivore, you can't miss out on this Seattle icon. Everything they make is delicious from cocktails to pork shank and beyond. Great spot for a date, meeting up with friends, or impressing that out-of-town coworker with your local knowledge of Seattle cuisine. The upstairs speakeasy vibe adds to the fun. Nothing beats sipping whisky and watching from the strip-club denizens come and go from across 1st Ave. Don't miss this Public Market gem!
There’s a very good chance that Christa is one of the best bartenders in the city, as well as being one of the nicest people on the planet. One of us was a novice drinker intimidated by the menu, and Christa made her unique, creative drinks that inspired her to learn about cocktails. Phenomenal.
You have to pre-order the half pigs head- highly recommend it!
