We visited this restaurant 2 years ago and absolutely loved it. So when we came back to Delray Beach, we made it our first choice for dining. And actually, we had the same waiter in the same section that we had 2 years ago. Amazing service and food. Can’t wait to go back again. Hope it’s not 2 years until we return.
Really good food. Right on Atlantic Avenue so that’s fun. Kitchen was a little slow but we were warned and ordered appropriately. Food is always good and service is really good.
I love this place. Great food. Oysters were fantastic. I ask bartender to make me a pomegranate vodka.. and it was delicious. I try the new seafood casserole... yummy yummy
Rack’s made St Paddy’s day even more fun!
An awful experience. I reserved IN ADVANCE an outside booth because I knew inside could be noisy. I confirmed the outside booth by phone on the day of the reservation. Reservations are meaningless at this restaurant.
We were seated way inside at a booth for 6 w a high backless stool for the 7th person. The noise level was beyond HORRENDOUS! We could not talk or hear each other . The food was good but did NOT compensate for the discomfort . Will never go back.
Was in the area and just happened to pick this place. Was surprised by the quality and qauntity of food! What a find! Best fisherman's platter I've ever had. My wife's blackened grouper was perfect. Definately someplace we'd go again!
Much too loud.
As recommended by friends, this is a good restaurant for fish entrees. All were satisfied with service, food quality, plated appearance of dinners, and savory tastings. Appreciated having my request for seating ( quiet spot) accommodated . Realize it’s often quieter sitting outdoors than within ,true of most restaurants in busy Delray Beach. Previously, have had wonderful selection of fresh oysters at cocktail time. Would gladly return.
Lilly was an excellent server and very patient with our children. The grouper and scallops were amazing!
Waiter was terrible slow and order was wrong.
Food was great, service was good, but wines by the bottle are an outrageous 400% markup.
Out of Townes for dinner
Our new favorite restaurant due to the delicious food and amazing staff! So accommodating in every way. Menu is great. Lots of healthy food the way you need it. Thanks!
Always an amazing meal!
Food was covered in sauces, appetizers we ordered 3 all of them were drowned to the point it had no taste but sauce.
The noise level was ridiculous, I barely could hear anyone at my table speak. The restaurant was over crowded
Great place to bring friends and family from the north. The food is fresh and delicious and the atmosphere, especially on a Friday night, is high octane.
One of the worst
The waiter was MIA throughout dinner
$38.00 for a dozen oysters each the size of an M&M
Expensive fisherman platter. 2 small chewy shrimp. 2 finger size cod portions and a crab cake that was mostly filler
Bad dining at an expensive price
By the way. The writer had no idea of the prices of the scotch whiskey
Sat at the Sushi Bar and had another great meal. The Chefs behind the line communicate well with guest and know there product very well. Nice Buzz around the place. Well done. We will be back.
Lovely evening at Racks. Great grouper which we shared. We also had clam chowder and mussels which were excellent. We were sorry we couldn't eaoutdoors. There was a table for 4 outside which the hostess was holding for someone. However, they either didn't show or decided to eat inside because the tsble was available all night. We were fine inside but if we return on another balmy night we hope we can make it outside
Love this place! Great for all the time
Awesome restaurant, all of our meals were outstanding. Service was great, will be back!
Seated 25 minutes after reservation time in a booth meant for 4 - we were 6. Out of special oysters, out of bread, paella very bland, fried chicken not good at all - like dry tenders. People who sat 40 minutes after us got their food before us. Manager apologized and took off $40 but it didn’t begin to make up for all the problems. Was a special occasion. Will not return. Waitress was nice- not her fault.
Excellent, Food was fresh and delicious Looking forward to a return visit
Excellent selection .... loved the blackened grouper and the fried shrimp. Lively atmosphere and outdoor patio. Staff very attentive to our needs.
Grouper was excellent.
Food was just okay
It was very enjoyable an the service was on point!!! And the Double Espresso drink is to die for... I will definitely be going back when I revisit that area of Florida 😊😊😊
The ambiance wasn't so hot but the food while a bit on the quicker end of the clearing your wallet process (you get what you pay for). Was the best I've had in a while. Large variety of oysters. I don't even eat oysters and our waiter pic out some from a particular region and they were great loved them. If your looking for great food and awesome service this is it
We have dined here 4 or 5 times. The food has gone down in quality compared to previous visits. The calamari was soaked in creole sauce and was soggy. Chef- maybe put the sauce on the side. My advice- sit at the raw bar during happy hour for discounted fresh oysters and drinks.
dinner and service was outstanding
too noisy for me
My husband and I visiting Delray had a wonderful dinner here. He had the fried scallops that are Southern fried style and unbelievable. I had the snapper special which was so fresh and delicious. Our young waiter was tremendous and very personable. We ate outside and it was a beautiful night. Can't wait to go back.
Would definitely go again... food and service were above average..
Been here many times, always great, best quality seafood.
Always great food! Love happy hour as I get to try different things without paying a lot. Love west coast oysters 🤗. I miss my salads though... power salads and now the beet salad are gone. They were my favorites.
The waiter suggested the lobster dragon roll, but neglected to really say how large it was and that it was $36. It would have been enough for a meal for my wife and we ended up taking her entire entrée home. I think it should be explained that is large and how much it cost.
It was just ok.... Food was way overpriced, portions were small. A lobster roll on a hotdog bun was $31 and had very little lobster on it.
Drinks from the bar were good. I don’t think I would go back.
Great happy hour, not always especially in season to get a table, but great appetizers and reasonable.
drinks at the bar were watered down. fish was fresh. overall overpriced.
Still a strong favorite of ours. Last night service was slow but the night was still good. Just looked very busy and overwhelming for the wait staff. Will be back. Thank you for all you do.
