Everything was good! Portions a little small but very good
Ok at best. Service was rushed. Menu selection average.
Excellent food, good sushi rolls, very good service....
Our server was excellent.
Fabulous food, great service, friendly staff and cool atmosphere.
It was excellent from the delicious food to the great service. Beyond expectations!
Service was a bit delayed. Server seemed to have the attention span of a walnut but was very polite otherwise. Food was amazing. Crab-crusted grouper was a gift from above. Other guests in at my table shared the chicken parm dinner for two. Coming from a New yorker, it looked like an OTPer at best. But hey, great for every once and a while, but not the best for an every week kind of place. Bill was around $140 for three people and we didn't even drink LOL!!
We always enjoy this Racks. Probably more so than the others. Good scene. They also expanded happy hour to the booths next to the bar. We didn’t know this prior to being seated but we took advantage of the half priced drinks 😁and some of the happy hour menu and mixed it with their regular menu. It was an eclectic meal but very good!
The trout is excellent!
My wife and I enjoy dining at Racks. We have been to this restaurant many times and it has never disappointed us.
The menu has a wide variety of choices. The food is delicious. The service is very good and the ambiance is very appealing. I thoroughly enjoyed the rack of ribs and my wife liked the trout.
We are delighted to recommend Racks.
We enjoyed Easter Brunch and what a find. The various food stations were outstanding and Management and Staff were very attentive. I spoke to the Chef while visiting one station and complimented him on the visual appeal and tastiness of all of the different stations. We will go back and we will also tell friends about this find.
The service was great as well as the food! I recommend this different style of brunch, the food options were outstanding.
Great food, almost too many options to choose! We decided on sushi and it was delicious. Service was very good, manager even helped serve our table because it was very busy! It is loud inside, but fun vibe. We had a group of 5 and could easily carry our conversation. This was our second visit and I would not hesitate to return again.
Poor service. Food cold. Sent back & came out slightly warm. Pizza with no taste.
Our meal as always was delicious. The service was a bit slower than usual, but overall we love Racks and will continue to dine here as it has something for everyone in your family.
The service was hideous. My glass was empty 3 times and I had to ask for a refill each time. We had to wait 10 minutes to pay the bill once he brought it to the table. There were rowdy people sitting at the bar.
I’ve never been more insulted in my life. The waiter dropped a filet ($40) that was the size and shape of clementine orange. The manager came over and tried to convince me it was a normal size of the filet. One of the most insulting interactions I have ever had at a restaurant. Had the manager come over apologetic and fixed it no problem. Oh, we waited almost an hour from order to food. Needless to say we will never go back and will discourage anyone else from going there. Either poor training or they just don’t care about the product they serve. Either way, I’m out.
I'm not one to complain as things happen but when multiple things happen, it's hard not to....like: took forever to get our drinks (beer/wine), wrong order for one of the four entrees, sauce for meat didn't come until meal was finished (after 3 requests), had to cancel 2nd glass of wine because we were ready for the check by the time it showed up and, lastly, $9 for cold truffle fries?! Yeah, will not be going back!
My burger was over cooked and they changed their French fries. They used to have the most amazing truffle fries and they changed them to these skinny shoe string fries that didn’t taste very good.
This was an awesome place! Many different options of food. We chose sushi and it was too notch. Service was perfect!! Inside dining was nice, not too loud. We enjoyed the vibe of this restaurant.
Love this place. Great menu, great service. It is not a cheap place but the food quality is great.
The service was horrible. Our waiter barely attended to our table on a day that he said “was not too busy”. As first time customers, he didn’t even tell us about the “specials of the day” aka the items on the card that we would have never known. Then he butchers the bill. He was not helpful at all. We have crossed this restaurant off our list for sure.
Took a while over dinner but did not feel rushed at all. Service was very good without being intrusive.
FILET WAS NOT COOKED TO ORDER. NOT OFFEED SIDES WITH FILET. VERY AVERAGE TASTE OF FILET.
Probably wouldn't go to this restaurant again. The food was fair at best. I had a party of 7 people and no one thought the food was good. The service was slow and awkward.
Went to check out the new Sunday Edition Brunch. A very large selection of items in a buffet type format - with 6 themed stations (seafood/ raw bar, Asian/sushi, Italian, southern (Nashville), Farm to Table, Cuban/Mexican, and some traditional breakfast items. Also includes table delivered desert tray with cookies, brownies, cupcakes, coconut macaroons, and cotton candy. Can't beat the variety and quality of the food for the $49 price. Bottomless Mimosas, and Bloody Marys were also quite good (additional fee applies).
Had to wait for table 20 min and then was outside on a porch
It is a louder and fast paced environment.... the cocktails re nice but no bargain on the pricing. the raw bar is cool but, again, no bargain... We had the special Lobster roll, which was a little disappointing and way overpriced. the ribs and pizza looked good. If I hd to do it again I would get something from the raw bar, pizza, and some drinks. It’s right in the middle of the action at Mizner Park.
Great food as always! However the service left much to be desired. We had a waitress in training and so we waited more than 15min for water, 30min for our drinks, had a mixed up order and watched several tables of people arrive after us, eat their meal and leave before we received the main meal. We were thankful that the manager stepped in but what a crappy experience. I'm going to chalk it up to this young lady being new and try again another night.
The Idaho trout almandine is expertly prepared and always delicious!
Love the atmosphere and ambiance. Fun and fabulous decor. Food was excellent. Easily accommodated party of 7. Server was good but not very attentive. For both drinks and food delivery, the deliverer (not our server) did “role call” style (had to call out the drink/ entree to ask who it belonged to). Took a long time to get our drinks and food. But, the food was excellent. Portions were generous. Good value for price. We will go back and hope to get better/quicker service.
Place was very crowded as it was Friday night but hostess kindly seated us in a quieter area of the restaurant.
Our server, who was training another employee, assured us he would take great care of us then promptly disappeared and left the trainee to take care of us (he did a fine job). We did not see Johnny Lee again until it was time for dessert and coffee.
That said, overall we had a very good experience and a really great meal. We’ll be back.
Our server left us for 40 minutes without taking our order or bringing ya water
Usually would rate higher. Service was extra slow. Waited 12 minutes at table before server even acknowledged us. Waited another 10 min for drinks to arrive. One would expect Friday night to be busy but the staff was really overwhelmed.
The dinner was delicious, but the noise level was not "energetic", it is mind-numbing. There was a very lively bar scene, but for an ordinary dinner before an event at Mizner, this was completely beyond acceptable standards of dining.
The Crab cakes and salad were delicious. A huge portion, so I took home one crab cake. Music can be lower. Hard to talk to friends
Next to valet for Mizner Amphitheatre. Super waiter!
Was seated right away and told waiter we wanted to order drinks. He said he would be right back and in a few minutes came to take our drink order. 20 minutes go by and no drinks or bread basket. Waiter is no where to be found and we called manager over and he takes our appetizer order. Rest of meal came out quicker nobody came over to apologized. Check came wrong had meal that was cancelled right away after ordering.
Could’ve been a much better experience if they cared a little more.
Wouldn't ever go back. Hostess didn't know half of party who arrived 1st had been seated. After 40 minutes had to ask for a waiter. Asked for bread (which never came) overpriced half lobster.. Luke warm fries.. crab cakes tasted fishy.. all salads came drowning in dressing... ribs are very good....extremely inattentive waiter. Clearly there was no one managing this restaurant.
Wished we had eaten elsewhere in mizner park..
lots of better choices!
Beautiful decor. Lovely outdoor seating. Menu was sparse but several different cuisines were offered such as sushi, pizza and seafood. Wine list was decent although not extensive but extremely overpriced for the offerings. Server was not very attentive and the tables were really tight so it was difficult to have a conversation.
