Food was amazing. We will become regulars after Covid restrictions are removed
Lovely owners - great food – If you love Indian food and want to have a great meal go on a Monday or Tuesday- it’s very slow on those nights, so there’s nobody sitting around you and you can feel very safe! The owners here are really trying to make a go of it during this crisis so let’s support them! please go eat at their restaurant so we can keep the best Indian food restaurant in the area going!
Great food and service.
Excellent Indian cuisine. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Adds up to a sublime satisfying dining experience. Not to mention a Bib Gourmand mention in the current Michelin Guide!
Amazing food best in NY
My visit was perfect as always.
Food and service were superb.
My friends and I had a great time here will visiting Tarrytown. Great food, drinks, and service.
Definitely worth the visit!
I love Raasa. Everyone is friendly and I never leave disappointed.
Not only is this restaurant bright and airy, has fabulous food, and fabulous owners but they have gone out of their way to make sure the tables are far enough apart and people are seated far enough apart and it’s very easy for social distancing!!! Finally a restaurant that takes this situation seriously!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!! :)
Gracious staff , delicious Indian flavored dishes,
Nice quiet ambience. Had a wonderful dinner with my wife.
Second visit here during a very scary time. Could not have been a better experience. We were made to feel at ease & welcome & really enjoyed our last meal out for a while. Food was very good. Will definitely be back! Thanks to the staff for a truly wonderful evening.
Raasa always delivers! Headed by owners Asch & Pree, Raasa's food is always super fresh, creative & tasty. Asch & Pree always stop by guest's table to interact - they are welcoming & professional. Mike was our server - he provided excellent service & was very attentive.
Thank you to the Raasa team for another great meal!
We love Raasa. Food is always delicious and service is excellent. Special dishes are are really good, particularly the crispy cauliflower.
Everything was great. The good, the service, the drinks. We’ll define back.
This was my first time at Rasa and it definitely will not be my last. The food, service, ambience, cocktails...I just loved everything about it! I had the keema samosas and the semunder se. The spices were perfect and the food was amazing!
The best part was that the staff was so kind and caring - server, bartender, house manager, and everyone. It was an excellent experience and I've not experienced that in a long time. It's truly a hidden gem and I'll definitely be back for more treasure. ❣❤❣
My group of 3 had no complaints. The restaurant was very accessible to all. Everyone was pleased with their meal. We had a vegetarian dish, goat dish and a chicken dish and chat for appetizers before hand. I had not had chat before.
We celebrated my birthday here-11 people. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful! Everything was delicious! This restaurant is a treat every time we eat here!
Enjoyed the lunch buffet which included several dishes I hadn't tasted at other Indian restaurants. Lots of vegetarian options, all very well marked. Everything was delicious! Definitely going back!
We have been to Raasa a number of times and are never disappointed. Their menu contains many standard Indian favorites, but there are some one-off dishes I haven't seen elsewhere and everything is excellent. If it says "spicy or hot" it will have a little heat, but most spicing is moderate and you can ask for the level of spice you are comfortable with. Their dishes are all freshly prepared, with interesting subtle flavors and generous portions. In our most recent visit, we were a party of 6 and we shared three starters, 3 meat main dishes and 2 vegetarian dishes plus nan and everyone had plenty of food. We do tend to make reservations, as it can be busy especially on weekends and they always have a table ready for us. Service isn't the speediest, especially if they are busy but the wait staff is always polite and competent and haven't gotten our order wrong yet. We're so glad this place is local for us, they have ample parking and right on Rt 119 in Elmsford it's easy to reach.
Great experience!
This place is amazing ... my husband who ordinarily doesn't like Indian food was impressed. Next time, there will be no kicking and screaming (exaggeration) to get him to RaaSa. Great food!
We have been to Raasa many times and always enjoyed the food and service. For whatever reason (short staffed?) service was very poor. It was a busy night and the entire dining room was full. We saw two waiters. After our initial order, wait staff disappeared. Water glasses went unfilled (we had to get up and ask someone to come over to our table). We will be back because the food was excellent and a very good value.
Delightfully delicious evening
Loved the food and my evening. Such graciousness. Thank you
The food at RaSaa is excellent! Everyone enjoyed their meal and a good time was had by all! This is our Xmas eve tradition and we will be back for New Year’s Eve as well!
Mulligatawny Soup was excellent. but everything else - they could not keep up with demand at the buffet table. Bread was half-baked and raw
Lunch buffet - great selection, high quality, terrific value. Highly recommend.
Decent food, service and ambience for the price. Not fancy but comfortable and good value.
Raasa is on of the greatest Indian Cuisine Restaurant in Westchester. The Staff and great dishes makes this place one of the best dining experience!
RaaSa is not an everyday restaurant - it's a splurge! Our meal was superb, the appetizers and main courses were delicious. But expect to pay around $45 per person with drinks... Service was good, but the staff was quite busy on a Saturday night.
Excellent food. Very friendly waiters who offered good advice when asked. New take on old favorites.
Food was good, but noise level was so loud that I couldn't carry-on a conversation!
In the absence of a Manager , the service is horrendous.
Any request had to be repeated 3-4 times for compliance.
Tandoori chicken n the fish two major entree’s were not replenished despite three requests. Had to eat other food items contrary to our liking .
We live the food here. I had the chicken tikka appetizer portion as my main course -it was delicious! The garlic naan is perfect and I highly recommend the coconut daiquiri! Our water brought us some delicious rice pudding as a treat-so good!
Give this wonderful restaurant a try! It’s amazing!
Food was not great expected much better with 4.6 rating
Enjoyed our meal there. Pretty restaurant but a tad noisy.
Food was well prepared and tasty. The beet patties were surprisingly terrific . The tikka and spinach dishes were delicious.
What distinguishes Raasa from other Indian restaurants is the creativity of the kitchen. Whether ala carte off the menu, specials of the day, or lunch buffet, there is much variety. The menu consists of more than the same old, same old. Quality ingredients are used, and there is attention to detail as well.
Wonderful! We brought a friend from out-of-town - who is from India! A true test of the level of your expertise in Indian cuisine! We had a beautiful meal, fine service and our friend? ... was very pleased. Thank you so much. We will surely be back with more friends.
Excellent, as it always is.
