Beautiful outdoor view of the mountains. Great food( we had gyoza, a fancy salad, ramen and two rolls.). One of our “go-to” places.

The food was overpriced for what you get. We ordered 3 different rolls and ramen. The rolls seemed like they had been stored in the fridge as they were cold and the taste/presentation was lackluster... nothing like cold shrimp tempura mmm. The ramen was better, but nothing memorable. Service was the most disappointing. Definitely not going back on my own will anytime soon.

Visited Ra for the first time with friends. We sat out on the patio and had a fun evening. We ordered nigiri, several rolls, and sake. The fish was fresh, and the rolls tasty. The service was mediocre. The entire table ordered sushi, so when one tray of wasabi showed up, we asked for another--and never got it. Our container of soy sauce was near empty before we used it so asked for another and we sat waiting to eat dinner for another container to arrive. I would have thought both wasabi trays and soy sauce containers would have been prepped ahead of time and easy delivery, but 15 minutes later we were still waiting. Good thing the conversation was great, and we were not in a hurry. I would have like to order another sake but never did see our waiter again until our food was eaten. I would still recommend Ra, just not on a Friday night.

The food does not match the level of their other locations. This location uses imitation crab with all but their soft shell crab mix. Our server was horrible and I had to continue to ask for things. The bus boy was actually more friendly and helpful, I would much rather him be our server. I will stick to their California location when it comes to spending money at RA Sushi. There are FAR BETTER places to spend your money on traditional sushi in Tucson, look them up.

We went for happy hour and found the selection pretty good. We ended up ordering off the happy hour menu and the regular one. The service was good and the food came promptly. My biggest complaint was that the restaurant was quite noisy which made it hard for us to hear each. Eating outside would have solved the problem but it was a little cold the evening we were there.

Fantastic night! Outside was chilly so a waiter moved a heat lamp and it was all good! Food was fantastic, the beer was cold and our server was terrific!!! I'll be back!!

We chose RA Sushi for our family dinner out to celebrate my wife’s birthday. What a great place for a bigger group to settle in and enjoy dinner out. The sushi we ordered came in waves which worked great for us. The sushi choices were all very good. We especially loved a few of their specialty rolls that we added in also. Our server was festive and attentive along with the other servers who made sure to bring our food straight away as the chefs finished each roll. Great evening out! Great location inside La Encantada also!

My hand rolls were made different than usual with the green seaweed not the white paper rice. The saki was brought to me lukewarm and the server was just ok. I wanted my birthday here but was disappointed

Other than making a reservation and no one noticing us once seated or asking us if we wanted drinks when we sat down. Hostess didn’t take us to our seats we had to seat ourselves. The sushi is good was fresh but the service sucked.

I took my fiancé here for her birthday. We had a reservation and we sat immediately, but it took about 10 minutes for our server to come take our drink order. We got our drinks about 10 minutes later, but it was another 10-15 minutes before our server took our food order. Another 10-15 went by and I got my chicken teriyaki, but it took another 15 minutes for my fiancé to get her smoked salmon roll. According to the server, “it takes longer to smoke the salmon.” That was a cover because it was clearly forgotten about. The only thing we got in a timely manor was our check. Very disappointed in the overall experience and won’t be going back anytime soon.

My date and I had a good time at RA. The food was great. We tried 3 different rolls, the edamame, and a bowl. It was all very good. The service was great as well. The only thing I wasn’t super fond of was how close together some of the seating is at the tables inside. It felt like our conversation was being shared with the people sitting next to us, but it wasn’t terrible.

The sushi was very good, we had rainbow roll, Tunacado and sashimi dinner. Fresh, tasty and we didn’t wait long for our food.
Our reservation was for 7:30 on a Friday, the place was packed as in not one empty table - but the noise level was out of

Sushi was just okay. Not tgecfreshest nor most flavorful. Fake crab mix dominates the roll choices. We were visiting Tucson and wanted sushi. This was convenient but I wouldn't go back.
They served me undercooked chicken skewers, forgot a dish and mixed up another dish. They weren’t even that busy.

The happy hour menu is a good deal and lasts for three hours. Unfortunately, the favorite menu items of our friends had both been taken off the RA menu entirely, so they could not have what they had looked forward to eating for dinner. Our food was good but not great. The Asahi on draft was good, as was the bottled Japanese beer. Several service items were missing from our table when we sat down and only appeared when we asked for them. We arrived at 5:45 and the restaurant was not crowded or noisy, but that changed by the time we left. Our waiter did a fairly good job for us even when it got busy. We will still eat at RA when we want sushi, unless our friends find another place that still serves their favorites.

First time really fast helpful service and an amazing affordable sushi menu with great happy hour deals on everything. Even have an emailing list you can join and receive a $10 certificate!
Good food and ambiance but terrible service. I love dining at Ra. Was extremely dissatisfied with my last visit. The waiter very rarely came around. He didn’t seem to be very familiar with your menu, when we asked him to bring us things, we wouldn’t see him again and we ended up having to ask other employees.
