Reservation was at 7:30. The food didn’t come until 8:35. All we ordered was miso soup and some sashimi and sushi. The server was very nice and attentive but the service was so slow we won’t go back. The manager comped our meal, only charging us for drinks which was nice. We’d been there many times before but the slow service dampened the evening.
Only half of our group got their meal. After waiting over an hour and the rest of the group finished eating we cancelled our Sushi order and left. Extremely disappointing.
The restaurant did not present well and seemed not as clean as it could be. There were very few clients and the service was slow regardless. The waiter was very nice and enjoyable. The food was ok but not great. The main issue was the dirty smell.
Extremely slow service
The restaurant was staffed with more people than customers that were actually there. Our waiter was disinterested in decent service and failed to put our orders in, then thought silly we were upset our appetizer didn’t arrive till we had been there 45 minutes. There were numerous times we waited just for him to return when he said he’d be right back and he was no where to be found. He finally got his manager involved who was super helpful, but did share he had tons of sushi staff and no explanation for what they were doing. Was embarrassed by their behavior and you could tell he was defeated. This is now our 3rd bad experience. The manager was great, everything else terrible. We won’t be back.
Service was awful. None of the food was brought out together. We asked to sit in a particular section and were told no because it was not staffed, so we're sat at another table. Five minutes later someone else was sat where we asked.
Will not return.
Even though the staff is nice we waited forever for food. We didn’t even have drinks for 15 minutes. We were in there an hour and a half it was so frustrating we won’t be back.
The staff was very friendly, I would definitely recommend for a friends dinner!
One of their specialties is the fried rice. We had chicken. Always good.
This is a great date night spot. Good food and drinks. And the ambience is very relaxing.
All was well until one of my friends orders a second drink. We noticed that our server never brought it and when we asked, we were told that the bartender could not find the wine opener. I mean there was a Sur La Table in the same parking lot. They could have purchased one there and solved the issue. Other than that, it was a great experience. Our server did a great job.

Overall it was a poor experience. It took a very long time to get any food out, and then it trickled. As the food trickled out, the staff didn’t seem to know one roll from another, leaving our business guests to figure it out for themselves. Some of our group finished before others got any food. Some of the food never arrived and we asked that it be removed from the bill. Not once did a manager come by to explain or offer assistance. We paid the bill and left, knowing we’d not bring guests back again because no one on staff seemed to care the service was so poor.
I had eaten there a few years ago as it was good. Made reservations for 4 to meet friends for dinner. And it was poor. One of the hibachi items came out cold. And sushi was sub par. When we sent the hibachi back the server told us they were a ghost kitchen for take out for a different name brand hibachi grill. It was not crowded but service was slow and food mediocre. Sadness
Our waitress took forever in EVERYTHING she did. She barely checked on us or payed us any attention, & half the time we were waiting for her to even make eye contact with us to request a refill on our drinks. She took forever to take our order & then when we needed our checks we had to once again wait forever & eventually had to flag her down to request our checks. The food was okay, but not worth the trouble & wait we had with our waitress. The rest of the staff seemed nice, and greeted us. This was our first time coming & it was definitely a one-time kind of thing. Just not a good experience overall.
It was our first time at this restaurant and we were looking forward to a pleasant dining experience. I understand that restaurants are under a lot of pressure these days, so some of the service issues can be expected, but we were very disappointed by the bad quality of food. The sashimi platter we ordered looked good, but we realized very quickly that the shrimp had gone bad. Our server apologized and did not charge us for the dish, but I don’t think we will go back. The quality and the safety of the seafood served at a sushi restaurant has to be the number one priority, so disappointing that it was not the case during our visit.
Everything tasted great but it took a very long time to prepare one of our rolls which ended up coming out 20 minutes+ after the other food which was odd. Otherwise, good stuff.

Party of 4, two had sushi which was great and served quickly. The other two dinners seemed delayed which was ok as we understand covid recovery has kitchens stretched. But the delay turned in to 30 minutes then it seemed unclear if the server was even checking on it, forgot to put the order or got lost in the kitchen. We just decided to bail on the entrees and go somewhere else for nibbles. It was not even a busy evening.
The food is great but the service is really bad. Our server is slow and she forgets some of the items we ordered, thus ending in a long wait. Our server needs to be focused more and not easily distracted.
We do enjoy going to RA. This last time was yesterday for Father's day and we had to wait a while to get some service after seated. Of course the manager did take care of some items in our bill. So that was good but started off rocky. Other than that food was good and presented very well.
The food is always delicious, and I always found a reservation space available!
From the moment we walked in the door it was a fabulous experience! The Sushi was extremely fresh, and plentiful for the price! Outstanding service! We went at 5pm, and the place was quite empty!
Overall decent. Service was good. Seating was a little cramped and the bill a little high. But I’m sure we will be back.

Excellent staff, zero wait time with reservations, great sushi. Perhaps a little proud of their drinks, but all in all great time. We will be back.
Food was very good, though I think expensive for what you get. My husband ordered something that took a really long time. When we asked the waitress about it, she said the item he ordered always take a long time. It would have been helpful if she had mention that when he ordered it -- he might have chosen something different. We were all basically done eating by the time his came.

We had a reservation and were seated immediately upon arriving. We were approached rather quickly by the waitstaff and had a nice meal. Great service and a pleasant experience.

I went there with my best friend Stephen and Alejandro was our waiter. I enjoyed my overall experience. Hopefully I’ll be relocating to TX soon and will visit your establishment again.

No one’s food came out at the same time. We waited over an hour for some of the sushi rolls. They don’t have items anymore that are still listed on the menu (frozen margarita). Our poor server told us more than once, “I don’t think we still have that but I’ll check.” There were five of us in our party, a few were done eating by the time others got their food. High top table chairs are extremely uncomfortable. And the music was so loud we had to yell at each other to have a conversation.
Nice night out for dinner. Food was great. Service was a little slow at first but they made up for it and finished strong. Overall a good experience.
Good place to hang out with friends and family.. outdoor was closed due to rain and indoors was a bit too noisy for our liking, but we loved the food so we will visit again
