Spicy Tuna and Spicy Salmon rolls were mushy and tasted very fishy. Table was awkward, lots of traffic and restaurant was understaffed. We like Ra, but this experience was sub par.

We did have a large party, so understandable that food came out as it was ready. That being said, half the table got checked on frequently and the other half had to ask for service. Soups and salads did not come out with all the entrees.

We had a great, overall experience. The server, Bryan, was attentive and patient. He helped get a special hand roll made. It was clean and the sushi tasted fresh. My only issue is how noisy it was, but that seems to be common these days. Straightforward sushi, plenty of choices. I’ll be back.

Avoid. From the moment we walked in, they said they didn’t have any tables available while there were several open and reservations online so I made one and walked back in and suddenly could seat us immediately. That should have been my red flag to walk away. From there, the service was terrible, my sushi meal came out over 30 min after my guests meal, no manager in sight, barely even an apology from the waiter. Terribly managed all around for mediocre sushi. Go somewhere else.

We didn’t get our sushi til after our main meal even though we asked for it to come out prior. Food was not good at all. Chicken on both meals were very rubbery and dry. We asked for extra chicken. We never got it but we ended up getting charged for it.

The server rushed us for our order. He did not write down what we wanted and failed to bring us edamame first. The rest of the sushi all came out at once for us to enjoy. He then unprofessionally asked us if we wanted the check even before we were half done.

Not worth the price for fake food options as well as the extremely small portions they give you. If I knew that’s how it was going to be I would have went elsewhere. I think if you guys can figure out adding real and fresh food options for all customers then I think it would be a great restaurant. The atmosphere was great just not worth spending $80 to $100 worth.

Whether it’s a special occasion or regular night If problems with AC are an issue At the host stand it should’ve been made known at the time of a reservation or walk in. Sorry if you lose business but YOU will. Hot as hell Doors were open and if it wasn’t for your server This would be a worse review. Food is always on point but the manager should’ve been table knocking and being accountable for the way the restaurant was running. Unfortunately she did not!

If you want to pay extra money for supermarket, rate Sushi Ra Sushi is the nice option. The sushi we order the rice was cold and the fish were old lack the fresh taste and favor . Google need to change there rating as best sushi in the valley this has gone down hill in quality. The drink were not innovative and just thrown together. The mule just tasted like pre mix

We had a terrible experience all around. We paid over $300 for our food and had bugs all over us and our food.. we were sat next to the kitchen after the waitress and her terrible attitude complained about it being hot outside, I made a joke to my fiancé about hogging the drink menu and she rolled her eyes walked away came back and slapped menus on the table. We were celebrating a birthday and Father’s Day this past Sunday while visiting from out of town. We were her last table for the night and it was clear she was in a rush to leave. Her attitude was VERY poor. We still tipped her well but we won’t be returning. Definitely disappointed…

We had a reservation as a large group of 7, waited at the hostess stand for about 10 mins. We were never approached by anyone. The chefs behind the sushi counter noticed us but didn’t say anything. We left and went elsewhere, very disappointed.

Dinner reservation just after Happy Hour needed; the restaurant was not full or even half full and the noise level was very high. Our sushi actually came out before our drinks, not a bad thing, just unexpected. Food quality was good and tastes fresh and well-prepared. Maybe not what I was expecting for a nice start to a date night, but my date and I like to sit across from each other to be able to look at each other during conversation. The noise level started out too high and continued to rise as the even went on and more diners arrived. We eventually had to move to sit next to each other and still had a hard time hearing and understanding each other. It’s not that the actual noise level was higher than other restaurants for a Friday evening, but the acoustics of the restaurant do not dampen any noise. I rarely have an issue with noise levels in restaurants, but upon leaving the doors my headache almost instantly went away. All I can think is that the older building with lower ceilings just isn’t well planned for controlling sound and providing a pleasant dining experience. Overall had a good dinner, food and drinks; just hard to enjoy fully with a headache and constantly having to repeat or ask my date to repeat what we were saying.

They are just not trying hard enough. Service was slow at best and always behind the curve. The restaurant also needs a deep clean as well as better sanitation. Half of our plates, glasses etc were delivered dirty and had to be returned. The food was interesting but not overly favorable.

We had a great experience here. The sushi was beautiful and delicious, and the service was fantastic. The waitress was amazing at helping me work around my food allergies. I am so grateful for her willingness to do that, as my allergies aren't the easiest to work around. If you love Wasabi like me, I highly reccomend ordering their fresh made Wasabi.

Waitress was aloof and a little rude. The surf and turf roll and the potsticker soup were excellent. The hibachi entree of filet mignon and shrimp was terrible. Stick to rolls and sushi and you’ll enjoy!!
