   Our reservation was at 5:15. We were sat immediately but our serve didn’t acknowledge us until 5:30. After we found the manager. He took our drink order and then disappeared for another 10 minutes. We were able to order off the happy hour menu. The first round of food was fine. When we ordered again, half of the food came out and our serve didn’t bother to check on us. The manger came back though. He eventually came over and told us he was sorry the rest of the food was missing and went back to check on it. We watched the server do the same thing to two other tables near us. The food was okay, for how much money we spent we probably could have gotten more food that was better somewhere else.

   Sushi was great and out fast. Waited so long on fried rice thought the waiter forgot about it. Service was ok

   We gave RA another chance after our last disastrous dinner, & we are glad we did. The service from the moment we walked in until we left was above expectations. The food, as always, was very good. We will definitely be back.

   The sushi rolls were amazing (adults only, “ra”wesome, holy crab). I highly recommend all 3. Our server was good, but not great, especially for how slow it was.

   Waiter was absolutely horrible. For each dish we waited at least 20-30 mins and the later when we ordered our last two things he asked us, “ do you still want that? “. Not happy

    We are regulars at Ra & have been coming here for over 9 years. Last night was a disappointment. The food, as always, was excellent but our wait staff (Tyler) was certainly sub par. It started off well. He was prompt & friendly. When we ordered we requested low sodium soy. Our appetizer arrived, no soy. When we finished our appetizer Tyler did not remove the empty plates. When our main course was delivered Tyler again didn’t bring the soy. After waiting about 5 minutes I went inside & got the soy myself. Tyler came back to see if we were enjoying our meal & didn’t recognize he failed to deliver the soy. Our dirty appetizer plates were never removed. Needless to say, Tyler made our experience far less enjoyable.
