The service was awful. After being seated we waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged. The waitress was unpleasant. Our food did not come together and food was just okay. At one point we had to ask the waitress for one of the entrees. I would not go back again.

We went with a big grp to celebrate a Birthday. The waiter was on point. He separated bills as requested and we never waited too long for anything he was proactive. His name was David. The manager came over, they sent the staff to sing Happy Bday and gave us the Birthday boys dessert. Very good experience.

Our server was terrible, staff was not attentive, asking for something from the wait staff seemed like we were inconveniencing them. Food did not come out at the same time, orders were wrong, drinks took far too long. Not a great experience and we will not be returning.

We had an amazing time at RA. The new manager was absolutely welcoming and ensured we were taken care of. As for our waiter he made the experience ten times better! We was friendly, accommodating and patient as we were a party of 9. His name is Tony and I would definitely recommend him as a server when he not bartending.

Went here as a second date. We chose a table on the patio. Our waiter was fabulous. He was very attentive and helpful when we had a small issue bc they were out of the sake we ordered. The food was wonderful. Sushi was fresh. The special roll we got (don’t remember the name) was unique and tasty. When it started to downpour we were able to easily scurry inside and they gave us a couple of non-alcoholic free drinks. My only complaint is that the temp inside the restaurant was cold. I think they had it set like it was Saturday night, but it was not that crowded at all. I would go back, as there’s a lot more to try.

It was a great experience, and the food, as always, was excellent. We got our table even before our reservation, which was great. The food came fast as we ordered it. The manager took a picture of our table and printed it for us. Since we had balloons celebrating our son's graduation. The picture was a great touch. My only issue was that the server was nowhere to be found towards the end, and it took I would say an extra 20 mins to find and bring us our check.

Very slow service and it wasn’t even busy. It took about 30 minutes for someone to finally come over to give us menus and water. Our food came before our appetizers and we didn’t even have utensils. Someone was going around taking pictures and we get it…he might have been told to so but ask don’t tell us you’re going to take pictures. I declined twice and he obliged only after asking if we were sure…we were. Food was ok, used to be better.

Super slow service. Drinks took 20 min. 2 of the 4 of us had food 30 min after ordering. The other 2 about 30 min after that. And it was not busy when we got there at 6 pm. Also wrong appetizers came out, they left them on the table, came back 5 min later when we flagged them down, pulled them from the table and brought them to the table behind us. Pretty gross. And never saw a manager. This restaurant definitely needs a change

Extremely disappointing. Service was horrible. Took 15 minutes just to get our drinks. Waiter was aloof at best but mostly disinterested. Couldn’t explain items on the menu. Can only assume he forgot to put in the appetizers and had to be reminded when the main course showed up. And when questioned about the status, the response was simply, and I quote here , “I just work here .” And the food was only so-so. Will not be going back

Our waitress was the worst. She forgot to put in our order and when it finally came out it was wrong. She blamed the chef for our food looking like crap and insisted that the hot mess is supposed to look a mess. This was not my first time there. In fact we’ve been here over 100 times but last night was horrific and we were celebrating my sisters win. She needs to be fired.

I'm here at least once every other month. Last night food quality was not at its best. Server was great. Food was lukewarm the sushi was cold, the rice was even colder. Based on the short staff and the cooks on the back I guess I chose the wrong day to come.

The sushi bar was filled with unfolded napkins and chopsticks that some employees were putting together every now and then… food was ordered all together and brought with terrible timing and incomplete, quality was also at another level as compared to many other visits, and on top of all that, service was just unavailable, and it did not seemed to be due to being understaffed, just terribly managed. You can tell that this destination is just going down and attracting a different crowd, it may very well be our last visit.
