RA Sushi is rolling up an exciting dining experience for all. Located outside of Yorktown Center, RA Sushi Lombard serves up a fresh, creative, Japanese-inspired menu. Join us for a casual lunch in the afternoons, a night out in the evenings or a RA'ckin Happy Hour offered twice a day Monday through Saturday and in the evening on Sundays.

Guests can dine al fresco on our patio, take a table in our dining room, sit with our sushi chefs at the sushi bar or sip and socialize in our bar & lounge area.

Went there for my daughters gradation. 9 people at 12:30pm on a Sunday.

It was dead but yet it was slow service etc I had to ask twice for my waitress.

For speeding $300 i sure did not get my monies worth.

The past two times. Service has been horrible.. Guy totally forgot about 2 of our sushi rolls we ordered. Also tables were always dirty. One waitress that we asked for just drinks bluntly said she's not our waitress and doesn't know who is. This is Lomabrd not sure what is happening at this location, very disappointing tho.

We arrived for a 12:45 reservation on Mother’s Day. The party included 4 small children. At these ages the children can only sit still for so long and we still had not been served all of our food an hour and a half later. We were in this restaurant for 2:00 for lunch. It was over all an unpleasant way to celebrate Mother’s Day

Our reservation was for 7:30pm to celebrate my wife for Mother’s Day. We were seated right on time. We sat in the middle of the restaurant, and the restaurant was probably about 3/4 full at most. 10 minutes went by and my wife and I made note that we were surprised that no one has been to our table yet. We noticed the servers we saw around us were servicing their tables. Another 10 minutes went by and still no server had been to our table. I went to the hostess and notified her that 20+ minutes has gone by and we had yet to see a server. She quickly apologized and went on the search for someone to help us. After about another 5 minutes a server came to our table, didn’t apologize for our wait, took our drink order and left immediately after taking down that order. Another 10 minutes went by and we still had not received our drinks, not even glasses of water. After 45 total minutes we got up and left.

TOOK THE WAITER 20 MINUTES TO FIRST COME TO THE TABLE. HE SAID HE “DIDN’T SEE US” BUT CLEARLY LOOKED AT US MULTIPLE TIMES. ORDERED A “FISH BOWL” DRINK AND THREE ROLLS TOGETHER TO START. ALL THREE SUSHI ROLLS WERE BROUGHT TO THE TABLE BEFORE OUR DRINK CAME OUT. WE FINISHED OUR FOOD BEFORE THE FIRST DRANK EVEN CAME OUT. KEPT HAVING TO REMIND THE WAITER TO SERVE OUR TABLE... I EAT HERE OFTEN AND THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED... WILL NO LONGER BE SITTING IN THE DINING ROOM...

Ra is a consistent restaurant that I go to. Often for lunch. The portions are a good size and the sushi is consistently good.

Especially during happy hour, this place is worth it! The Vegas roll is very tasty, and the garlic edamame is unbelievable. The standard rolls are just ok, but fun to share with people during happy hour drinks.

worst customer service..... they don't care... I was waiting to be helped and a manager walked right by me twice and didn't bat an eye

The food was good and so was the service. My only complaint was the music was way too loud and they could have picked a different style of music. When I go out for sushi I dont think of rap music so it kind of didnt fit with the ambiance of the restaurant in my opinion. Otherwise we had a great time.

If you go make sure you have plenty of time. We sat for 20 minutes before the Manager came to our table to acknowledge us. He then told us our waitress was overwhelmed with a large party and she would be with us soon. About 5 minutes later a different waitress came over and covered for her. Once the change was made everything went fine

We have been to this restaurant several times and really enjoy the sushi. My husband doesn’t eat sushi though and so he orders from the kitchen menu. He ordered the Peppered Steak with the sushi order at 740pm. Our sushi was delivered at 8pm on the dot and we were told the steak would be right out. We asked again at 815 if it was coming and our server claimed they were “finishing the sauce”. His steak was finally delivered to the table at 820pm. We were basically done eating when his meal was finally delivered. Forgive me for thinking that it shouldn’t take 40 minutes for a simple medium steak to be prepared and with no acknowledgment or apologies from the server that it took this long. To be quite honest, I would be willing to bet she completely forgot about his steak and put the order in at 8pm when we got our sushi and asked how long the steak would be. This is inappropriate in so many ways. Admit your mistake, make it right and move on. I really hope others are not treated this way in the future. It will be awhile before we come back :/ If ever.

It’s incredibly loud in there. The seating is crowded. Food was pretty good but could hardly hear my husband.

My co-workers and I absolutely adore the food at RA - we often have team lunches there, and look forward to them. However, each time we've gone, the service is a disaster. The restaurant is not even very busy, and it is by far, the slowest service I've ever received in a restaurant. It takes 10 minutes just to get waters for the table. We wait 15-20 minutes for someone to take our order. There are lunch items that are served with soup, and the soup only comes for one or two people at the table. We waited 50 minutes for entrees on our last visit.....SUSHI ENTREES. So, we arrive at 12:00, don't get to order until 12:15 or 12:20, food doesn't come until 1:00 or later....unacceptable, especially during the lunch hour. We end up taking a 2 hour lunch because everything is just so slow...not to mention, the temperature in the restaurant is so warm, it's unbearable. So, even though we love the food, we will not consider coming back for lunch until the service has improved. It's very disappointing.

For the most part, it was excellent! The food was great, and the drinks were as well. The server was outstanding. It was a tad pricey, but not bad. Also, a tad loud, but minor.

This was our second time at this restaurant and we were very excited to return. Our excitement quickly turned to frustration. Our server was awful. Very unfriendly. Never came by to fill our drinks or ask if we needed anything. She messed up our order and then acted like it was an inconvenience when we wanted it fixed. Then when we’d had enough and wanted to leave, took forever with our bill. The experience put a major damper on a special day for my daughter and I. There were three employees by the door as we walked out and none of them acknowledged us. We won’t be back.

Our reservation was at 11:30am. We came at 11:25 but the doors were locked. We tried knocking on the doors until finally someone came to open the doors. When we walked in, there was a horrible stench like garbage!!! I was so embarrassed because I had suggested this place for my business meeting. We were the only people in the restaurant so it was quiet and private enough for me and my client to talk.

The food was good but because the menu had been changed around I couldn’t get my normal order.

We had reservations and were not seated right away. Then, it took about 20 minutes for a waitress to come to the table. Then took 20 more minutes for our water and drinks to come. When our food came, they took it to the table next to us by accident and it was there for about 5 minutes before they noticed the mistake. There was also a roll forgotten and needed to remind the waitress twice that it was forgotten. Then my date took a bite of one roll and a long hair was in it that he had to pull out of his mouth. We are frequent customers here and this was one of the few bad experiences which is why we would still recommend. However, it definitely did put a damper on our Valentine's Day.

Great sushi! They have a great Happy Hour menu. The hostess stand was unattended when we arrived, and despite our reservation and the limited customers, we waited for 10 minutes for someone to arrive at the stand and “clean the table” to get it ready. The waitress was great!

Every time we come to Ra, the food is excellent, however, the service is always subpar. It’s really unfortunate that they cannot get a decent servicing staff. We got to the restaurant for our 6:45 reservation. We were tended to at 7:05 for the first time in which we ordered all our food. We got half of our food at 8:05. The server seemed to be inconvenienced by us whenever we asked the status of our food and cancelled the remainder of our order before talking to us.

They had a sewage smell issue in the dining room. We had to leave. Was disgusting. Also, our table was not ready until about 30 min after we arrived.
