RA Sushi Bar Restaurant - Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
The Happy Hour menu had great options including food & drinks! The cocktails were delicious but the sushi wasn’t the best I’ve had. I would definitely return to try something different, especially if we are able to take advantage of some more happy hour sushi & appetizers along with our drinks!
Great food, reasonable prices. We went around 2pm, and it wasn't too busy on the patio. We really enjoyed our experience. There was a bit of a lull between dishes coming out so we would have liked food out faster, but other than that it was a great experience!
The service was absolutely AWFUL!!!!! There were 3 of us at dinner and it wasn't busy (there were lots of open tables). We sat down at 530pm and at 540pm the server came as asked for our drink orders, 2 of us said water and she walked away (not asking my son what he wanted). After asking a few other servers to send our server to us and she never came back, I walked up to the bar at 610pm and asked to get some water, another server said she'd bring them out. (10 min later, we received them). After an hour (at 630pm) and multiple requests to see our server AND the manager, still nothing. Finally our food came at 645pm and she brought our appetizer with our meal. Food was good, but by this time, I was furious!
I asked (when we ordered) for a separate check for me (I was there on business). The check had everything on one bill, so I tried to track down the server again! When I finally did, she blamed it on the bartender! She brought it back and it now had the wrong items on my bill. Again, I tried to track her down, and when I did, again she blamed it on the bartender. Finally after 20 minutes of dealing with JUST the bill, it was correct.
Then I asked to speak with the manager (for the 4th time!). He came over and I explained the entire experience and he apologized and offered 2 coupons to me. When I got back to my hotel, I noticed that the coupons had expired in February 2017, this was September 2017! UGH!!! What a terrible establishment. I will NEVER step foot in there again!
Food was good and the waiter did a great job. The hostess, however, was snooty and acted like she was doing us a favor. Since that was when we first walked in, it really set the tone for the whole experience. With so many good restaurants in Las Vegas, we expected a bit
I don't normally leave reviews like this, but we were disappointed with the food at Ra. We had a sashimi platter and two of the pieces of fish had bone in them. I have never had this happen to me at a sushi restaurant. Additionally, we ordered torro sashimi and a couple of the pieces tasted like they were not fresh. For a very expensive fish I would expect very high quality.
I enjoy Ra because every time we go from the hostess to the servers you get a nice friendly greeting and feel like you've been a life long customer... the food is always top notch and I've never had a single meal I didn't like
The waiter today suggested the shogun bento so we tried it... tip: save the sushi for last other wise you'll order more sushi (so good)...
Try it you'll thank me
RA Sushi is always a good time. The ambiance is electric, the sushi is excellent, and the prices are really reasonable. Located in the Fashion Show Mall, RA Sushi offers patio dining that is perfect for people watching while you enjoy your meal and chat with companions.
