Zutto Japanese American Pub

The buns’ beef meat wasn’t properly cooked and it tasted like it was gone bad. After the appetizers, we had to wait over 30 minutes before getting the ramen because the waiter forgot to deliver the order to the kitchen.
They brought us 2 times other buns we didn’t ask for and even if we told them that it wasn’t part of our order, they put them in the final balance anyway.
The service is very bad, we won’t be back for sure.

I have been eating here since 2000. The food is amazing and the staff is wonderful!
I recommend trying every ramen and highly recommend the Edamame, it’s life changing!!
You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Zutto on and off for years. While the ramen is fantastic of course, the real star of our meal was the wedge salad! The dressing is unbelievable. I’d definitely make a meal of just the salad and some apps or sides next time!

Been going here for some time, but this last time sushi rolls were one half the size, prices are high. Really not worth it to me.

We have been going there since early 2000's the food , the staff and the place is outstanding!! there is nothing bad on the menu! MUST TRY S - Edamame and any of the ramens to start and then you can venture to other foods. We have had 90 percent of the menu. I hope it never changes

Terrible service, food was mediocre and pricey. Will not be going back nor recommending this place. Credit cards were double charged and the staff did not seem to care as they did not check in on us during our whole time there when dealing with the payment issues.

The food was very good and staff were nice. No offence, but we had trouble communicating with one of the server. Her English was just so hard to understand. We had to ask her to repeat what she said multiple times. She was nice but I only wish that she speaks a little more slower and louder.

Service was great, they were very attentive to our needs and my water was always refilled immediately which I always take note on because I’m thirsty. The ramen was decent, I had pork tonkatsu. The sushi was definitely their prize. We ordered a few rolls and they were all delicious. Would come again, maybe in the evening, great date spot.

I found Zutto in 2015. I will come back every time I visit and my friends that were with me in 2015 also come back every time. That should tell you something! Awesome food, great location (short walk from 911 Museum), and cute decor. All the food is good! But, you must have Bao buns and Raman. So, so good!

Really liked their buns and Ramen was delicious. Sushi was average. Made a reservation through open table but still had to wait for a table to be prepared. Overall we really enjoyed and would go back. Was great for our group of 8.

We generally love dining here. Last night it was loud, but I was happy that they were busy.

We sat on the Bar on that dinner, and we ordered Zutto Punch which is daily selected fruited alcoholic mixed drink. It refreshed us and not too sweet or too strong! highly recommended and we will try other house drinks next time. We ordered some light appetizers like Seaweed Salad and the Japanese dumpling. The homemade dumpling tasted so juicy and the favor was great! Nice Bar :)

So Pretty of the Sashimi Appetizer with flower decoration just matched the spring break when we had this dinner, and my wife loved this so much! The salad dressing is great! as well as the entree was the pan seared salmon. Great Dinner!!

I came to Zutto with a co-worker after work for a happy hour period, which surprised us a lot! We had 2-drafts beers for $8, delicious three pieces of Chicken Skewers, and the Fresh Crispy Fried Calamari also cost $8. Anything $8! We will definitely come back again! by the way, their happy hour Mon-Fri 3pm-7pm, Sat & Sun 12-6pm. Pretty good right!?

Food was good, small restaurant so rather cosy. Drinks were alright, and service at the beginning was slow perhaps due to the big party. Do not go to the bathroom.

Great food options, everything was tasty and plentiful. Not enough room in my stomach to fit all of their great options so I'll just have to come back. Also, very friendly and attentive service.

Overall quote good, but one member of our party received his food much later than the rest of us. Awkward.

The food and the service were both fantastic. Our waiter was very attentive and our waters were being constantly refilled. The only issue we had with this place was there were a few rather large gnats flying around our table all night. It was a little unsettling.

Such a bad experience! The waiters were rude and the food was not good! Just overall a cold and unwelcoming experience. The menu was overpriced for average food. I would never go here again!
