Attentive and knowledgeable server. We did the tasting memu with wine pairings and were impressed with both the quality of the food and the knowledge of the staff. All of our courses were explained to us as well as the wines and why they paired with each course. Would definitely return to this restaurant.

We tried ZUMO for the first time last night. Really nice restaurant and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Drinks and food were amazing. Very nice place to enjoy a high end dinner and prices were very affordable. We will definitely go back.

Fantastic dinner in a beautiful setting. We shared a few appetizers and main plates and everything was really tasty. Special stand outs were the croquettes, fish, and shrimp pasta. The service was top notch and we had the pleasure of meeting the chef who was happy to share some of the history behind the flavors. We will definitely return.

Date night in Puerto Vallarta: Zumo is a lovely new (to us) destination for fine dining among uber-friendly staff. Chef Gustavo Cabrero Tello crafts gorgeous and delicious dishes inspired by his time in Mexico City. I had a wonderful tortilla soup and croquettes al pastor, while Ed opted for the aguachile and pan-fried mahi mahi. Highly recommended!

It was ok, not great. Missing some flavors, spicy cauliflower quite blend, croquettas al pastor no flavour, croquettas de pulpo ok. Fish of the day overcooked, salsa verde need more flavour. Service was ok. It was busy good for them, may be we were not lucky
