One of the best restaurants in Vegas !! Quality food !! Everything tasted great not one bad dish and we tried many !! Won’t be disappointed !
Amazing food and service! Absolutely loved it!
Great food presentation and a great tasting fusion flavors.
Amazing!! Loved this place. Waiter was great- food was so good.
Friend’s birthday
The food and staff were excellent. The noise level was a bit much, including the music the restaurant was playing, which made for difficult conversation.
Great food and service but expensive
Delicious modern japanese food, Zuma is a classic!
Overpriced and small portions. We had reservation and still we had to wait 30mim to get seated for a party of 2. For the price it should have come bigger portions.
I would not recommend this place if your party is bigger than 4ppl. we were a group of 8 with 1 kid and they put us all the way to the back in a separate room: 1. I would be ok with it if they would told us that when i made the reservation. 2. The service personal didn't check on us most of the evening, i had to go get them several times. after that, service got worse and rude.
We were a party of seven. We chose the omakase for the table. Everything was delicious. One person in our party does not favor fish and the omakase is heavy on fish. She really enjoyed each course. A definite stop when in Vegas.
A must with a group of friend when ordering lots of shareable plates
Todo espectacular! Cualquier rollo espectacular!
This is a great japanese restaurant, everything we had was very good
I thought the meal was great.
I would prolly say the food quality was close to a 1-2 star Michelin standards. The environment was very clean and dark. Asian fusion type dining , which had various meat platters , skewers. And a wide sushi selection.
Some of my favorites from the meal were the toro tuna fat w/ wagyu and the Hokkaido scallops which were quite amazing.
The skirt steak made of American wagyu recommended by our server was also very delicious as well.
Our server recommended the golden sushi flakes with otoro and a wasabi mix which was quite delightful and perfect for the “gram”
As our server also suggested .
Overall great dining experience and loved the techno music playing in the background ambience of the resteraunt.
Only downside is phones have no connection at all inside
Be sure to ask for James as your server Amazing guy.
We had a near-impeccable visit last night... once we dumped our first server who didn't acknowledge our seated party for ten-plus minutes despite bustling to all the tables around us. (It was legit. like he was pretending we weren't there.) Anyway...
Zuma has some of the most unique, robust flavors in Vegas, period. All of the small plates and entrees were exquisite, and I most highly recommend the chicken with spring onion skewers, the spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili and sweet soy, and the roasted potato with shiso butter and sancho lime salt.
The mixology at play in the cocktails is equally impressive, and each one felt more so like an experience than mere beverage.
As alluded to above, service did a complete 180 once we alerted a manager to the first server's indifference and were reseated. The restaurant is just beautiful, but I will say the blatantly plastic autumn flowers hanging everywhere at present distract from the elegant "bones" of the place. Still, our expectations were exceeded in pretty much every way.
The menus seem to change quite frequently, and so do a quick check before visiting to make sure you are intrigued by the current offerings. (Staples seem to remain, but there are definitely some things that swap in and out.)
Yes please!!!!
Excellent food and service!
Food was very good. Noise level was high but similar to other Zuma restaurants. Tables close together so could overheat the people beside you entire conversation - definitely have light conversation as everyone will be overhearing your entire conversation. Was great seeing food prepared but appeared one of the chefs was having a bad day as they were scowling for most of the time we were there
Service was not as expected... at the end of the dinner nobody was attending our table.
It was expected a “real” Omakase, but the portions and preparation were not very Japanese.
The bar staff was very rude. The food and table serves was excellent.
Highly recommended the sea bass and rock shrimp tempura. Service from Nick was flawless! Only disappointment was we dined at 5:30pm and although there were only a handful of diners they seated a couple less than arms length away next to us. We planned to order the wagyu steak and dessert but when we felt cramped we chose to pass.
The food was amazing. Especially the toro maki and the pork belly yakitori. Jeffrey was an outstanding waiter!
Returning to Las Vegas and The Cosmopolitan to celebrate retirement and loved every meal at this hotel. Zuma was where we chose to spend last evening here. Pork belly and scallop skewers were delightful and the service exceptional. Will dine here again. Bravo
Comida excelente!
Y ambiente excelente!!
We had the seasonal omakase. The sushi part was nice and good paced. The robatta part was way too much, too fast and seem to be just items on the menu thrown at us at the same time. We had no table space even for water at one point. Same thing with the menu, just 3 desserts thown in a boat.
Great Asian fusion cuisine! Excelente service! Pork belly and the tuna tartar are a must!
The food and atmosphere at Zuma is amazing! We always love it. But the service was SO POOR this time! And it was my birthday, so it was especially disappointing. Took fully 30 minutes from being seated to get our first round of drinks — we finished the edamame and soup before we even got our cocktails. Only was able to order one more round because the server barely ever came by. We are big drinkers and so they missed out on a higher check total — we would’ve had 3 drinks each at a minimum and maybe even 4. Then my brother asked for more wasabi as we were eating, never got it. They really weren’t even that busy for a Sat. night. We complained, nicely, to the server after the wasabi never showed and all we got was a very vague apology from him and nothing else. We have never done this before, but we tipped appropriately to the level of service. I’m done rewarding bad behavior. I hope this was a fluke and that the guy was just having an off night. Because, really, they have amazing sushi!
Zuma is one of our Vegas go-to's. This time we had a small enough group to finally try their omakase. They catered a phenomenal experience even with the group's various allergies. Will definitely be doing it again.
Great service, fresh menu selections, always a pleasure to dine at Zuma.
Slow unnattentive service - took ages to get the food.
The food was excellent at Zuma. We saw our waiter to take food order then we never saw him again. We felt ghosted by him, and all the other wait staff took care of us causing delays in service of food and wine. It was very poor service in such a beautiful restaurant.
I just loved loved loved this restaurant, it’s not too big like the one in NYC, simple decor but sophisticated at the same time , nice music and lightening ... the service was impeccable, and the food was divine !!!! Definitely the Best restaurant in Vegas for me . Better than Catch ( and less expensive too) much better that CUT, that’s unbelievably overpriced
I will definitely go back ...
Love visiting Las Vegas and when we do, Zuma is a must for us!
Unfortunately, our waiter was not very attentive to the needs of our table. The manager did apologize and offered us a dessert on the house.
Fantastic food and service
Pricey but delicious
The waiter was amazing if anyone is Las Vegas and goes to Zuma rest ask for James as your waiter he was very detail on the menu and recommended the perfect meal.
Our first experience at Zuma’s was on the day before. We liked it so much that we returned on our last day in Las Vegas. We ordered some overlapping courses, e.g. Chilean Bass and Skirt Steak, but also different items that had caught our eyes on the day before. Every dish and course we indulged was fabulous. The service was great, the waiters attentive yet not overburdening. The only negative aspect was the noise level not only by the chatting of the other guests but also by the loud music and the stark basses that it contained. Nevertheless, we would return to Zuma’s any time to celebrate an event.
