Trust the chef tasting menu. It was fantastic and pushed us to try new items.
Zuma's current menu is very limited. In addition, 3 of the 5 items we ordered were no longer available. 2 of the replacement items weren't available. We almost felt like asking "well what do you have". It's kind of disappointing and we left hungry. We also weren't blown away by the server. We felt ignored, and that we were more of a bother. We weren't told ahead of time, "hey we ran out of x,y, z". It was communicated as an after thought.
While the food is great tasting and so were the drinks, with the very limited menu and lack of even those items available, we will wait to go back for a long while. Maybe until things get better in Vegas. While we recommend Zuma-Vegas, it's post Covid.
Food was amazing
I have eaten at Zuma Bangkok a number of times, and have thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Zuma Las Vegas. While the scallops and the sea bass were done very well, other plates lacked the freshness and the flavor profile was unexciting. And, unforgivably, the sushi rice was undercooked and crunchy. When I mentioned it to the server, she barely acknowledged it, and made no attempt to put it right. When spending hundreds of dollars per person on a meal, I expect more than this restaurant delivered.
Amazing as always! Everything was fantastic!
We asked for bigger table as we typically order more food (table full). Manager said ok but the hostess said a few of the empty table will have other guests. From the time we sit down until we pay our bill, there were 2-3 bigger table that seat 5 ppl (we have party of 3) we’re still empty! Very disappointing with hostess treatment, considering we dine at this restaurant twice a month.
Great place! Loved the tempura lobster, skirt steak and hot pot rice!
Amazing restaurant great food great mood
Best Restaurant! The staff is amazing!
Very expensive Sushi place that is not worth the money.
Everything was amazing, food (sushi was the best I’ve ever had in LV), service, drinks, environment.
Great place to eat delectable, tasty foods made exquisitely with pride and care. The taste of foods is fresh and cooked to perfection. This is one of my "must go to" dining places in Vegas.
An absolutely amazing dining experience we were pleasantly surprised on the food and the overall ambience not only that Maria was our waiter and she was absolutely amazing we all did the chefs selection and every single dish we loved except for the oysters which was then made up for And the chef made us Waygu tartar. Great place for drinks and a good place to splurge on some amazing high-quality food
Fabulous food! We fly in from San Francisco and we always make time to eat here when in town. The food here is so tasty and prices are not bad either. Love the decor and atmosphere this restaurant brings. Highly recommend!
Best food and service we ever had !
Always the best meal we have in Vegas
Food was so delicious and excellent customer service from multiple workers. They work as a great team. We’ll definitely be back.
Outstanding all around. Thank you for a memorable dining experience
Outstanding food, service, and ambiance. A must try when in Las Vegas
Zuma is by far our favourite restaurant. The food is amazing, cocktails are incredible, and the service and ambiance are always great!
the food is so good we went two nights in a row. My favourites are the risotto, salmon and tuna tartar, salmon and tuna sashimi, and the lychee-rose cocktail, but you can't really go wrong with such a yummy menu.
It seemed the restaurant was very well prepared Covid-wise. The staff was wearing masks, they keep a safe distance and have a scan-able menu on each table and an individual sized hand sanitizer for the guests.
Everything was amazing! They were ready to open and serve guests to an amazing meal!! Much appreciated and needed!!
We had the premium omakase. Ben here multiple times and love the service and food. Lycee and rose petals martini is wonderful. Previously loved the milk punch but unforu they no longer serve it. I do hope it would come back one day. Their wagyu, lobster tempura, and sea bass is delicious. I definitely will keep coming back for more.
Terrible food, service, and value. So many better options in Vegas.
This was our first time to Zuma, and it was excellent. The sushi was fresh, service was great, and the drinks were delicious.
Outstanding food and service across the board. Unique drinks that were amazing.
EXCELLENT. 4.5 stars. YES we would go back. LONGER VERSION: We are Vegas locals, and decided to go to the Strip to try Zuma for the first time. SERVICE: It was not busy in the beginning for a Sunday night, (but was later) and we were seated in a simple table. A bit cozy, but OK. Service from James - our main server - was Outstanding. He was there when you needed him and had a great attitude - especially considering the world events of March 2020. Nice job. WINE and COCKTAILS: By the glass (and bottle) had a small but adequate selection, and we opted to go with a couple of wines by the glass. Very good. FOOD: We started with the Prawn and Cod Gyoza, and the Salmon Avocado roll. Continued and shared the Chilean Seabass with the special Sweet Corn side. All fresh and Excellent - very tasty. The special chocolate dessert rounded out the meal. OVERALL: A great experience in the Cosmo. Visitors - Cosmo has some of the better restaurants on the Strip. Tip: Ask for a booth if you have 3+ people so you can see and be seen. Higher end for pricing, but reasonable given the freshness of the meal. YES we would go back. Four Thumbs Up.
The food was a tasty experience with excellent service. Great place for a special occasion. We loved it.
Amazing food! Perfect atmosphere
This is our new favorite place! if you haven't yet tried Zuma, do so!
Dinner Service was terrible.
The bar service on the other hand was great. Made the old fashion's perfectly.
Food....not what I was expecting for the price of it.
Our favorite of the three dinners we had while in Vegas was at Zuma. Sharing the small plates allowed us to try many different flavors, textures and techniques coming from the sushi bar, traditional kitchen and the robata grill. Plating was simple, but elegant. Flavors were robust. Sauces were elegant and creative. We are willing to spend generously for good food, but compared to other restaurants on the same trip, Zuma was moderately-priced for excellent fare. Our only criticism is that our primary server was not very attentive. The army of food runners and bussers took great care of us, but had our server checked in sooner, we would have ordered more food! We will be back.
Awesome as always
We had dinner here before a concert. Reservation was for 6:30 pm and the restaurant was very busy. We ordered some Sake which was great, it was there signature sake. We ordered several dishes and some sushi. The food started coming out pretty quickly. The dumplings were excellent. Dishes started coming out at a nice pace, but then we hit a wall before the sushi arrived. Major time gap here kinda ruined the flow and nice pace we had going. We had to ask our server about it, since we were going to a concert. It finally arrived, and it was good. It should not take that long for three sushi items to come out though. Food and atmosphere were very good despite the time and pace of food thing.
Tried their signature omakase menu. It was a taste adventure! Our favorite was the baked potato with shiso butter, but all the dishes were nicely done. It was our first time there so trying this tasting menu was the way to go. If I had one complaint, it would be the music. It was so loud, we had a hard time making conversation and it had a continuous pulsing beat through the entire meal - felt like we were in a nightclub instead of a beautiful restaurant. Despite the music, the food would bring me back.
This place is forever a 15/10!!! Obsessed!!!
They had good food, but it was so loud. I probably should’ve chosen another restaurant for birthday celebrations.
Great days night restaurant.
3rd time in 8 months, goto place in LV
