This is my second time at Zuma. I can now confirm with no doubt that this is the best restaurant I've ever been to. Each dish is better than the last. Service is perfect. Steak and seafood quality are unparalleled.

Took my wife for her birthday and had a couple of friends meet us there. The food and service were impeccable. We had the Omakase tasting menu which was absolutely amazing. The presentation of the food had as much thought and care out into it as the cooking of it. Each plate was a work of art.

Not your average sushi restaurant. Everything we ordered was delish with the black cod with miso being our favorite. The service was attentive and well paced.

Delicious cocktails, incredible chicken wings, bomb beef tenderloin, amazing sashimi appetizer special, really great service. We got lucky and were put in a semi private room with two other tables but they all left halfway through our meal so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Unforgettable night.

Taste, portions and quality of the sashimi was not worth the price. While we enjoyed the ala cart nigiri, the $100 sashimi chefs choice was extremely disappointing. The choice of fish was fine (tuna, salmon, red snapper, brim, fluke, sweet shrimp, yellowtail) the slices were poorly cut (not smooth) very thin, seemed more like shavings. and not near the typical size of any sushi restaurant I have been to. I’m usually not picky about the size especially if the flavor warrants it but the quality of the fish was not impressive. Restaurant might be good for other dishes but I would avoid the sashimi.

This restaurant is everything. I ended up taking my nephew, because my fiancé had to fly early. I was a bit nervous taking him because this kid does not eat any thing lol. I really really wanted to try Zumba because of things I’ve heard about the restaurant. Let’s just say my nephew who does not eat anything ate everything on his plate and even asked for more. The food here is AHmazing. I will definitely be hitting Zumba up next time I’m in Vegas!! Please please try the Burning History Cocktail It is to die for!!

The tone of the evening was clear the minute we walked into the door. I gave the name of our reservation and they asked if everyone was there. I explained that three of us were there and the fourth had already eaten but was going to join us later to have some cocktails. At which time she asked if I wanted to change the reservation to three. Clearly frustrated, I again explained what we were doing to no avail. We had to wait for our friend to show up before we were seated. Let’s be clear, they are doing you a favor by allowing you to dine at Zuma. Absolutely horrible service from the beginning. Little did we know this was only the beginning. From the time we sat down at the table it took thirty minutes to receive our first cocktail. That pace continued for the entire evening. In two hours, we only were served two rounds of drinks. Most of the time we were sitting at the table with empty glasses. The food was average and slow as well. At the end of the night we were so frustrated that we asked them for our tab and told them to cancel the black cod that we never received. At this point a manager came to our table to tell us the black cod was burnt the first time, so he was going to bring it for us to enjoy and take it off the tab. When it finally arrived, it was ice cold. There are too many good restaurants in the Cosmo to waste your time at Zuma.
