My server was so amazing, patient, detailed with the menu when asked and she was very attentive. Our table was cleared at any time food was finished followed by the next entree. I wish I could remember her name because she was amazing! Drinks and food were also 10/10 as always. Zuma never fails me!

We celebrated my mom’s 50th birthday. Food was amazing, service was A1, and the drinks were very well thought through and executed well. The general manger quickly corrected a table placement hiccup and definitely made up for with rounds of apps and desserts. We will definitely be back again!

The menu was fun and eclectic. Very good. Service was great. Way overpriced. I don't expect value from an establishment with such a big reputation that's also sharing space with the most expensive hotel in the city, but c'mon guys. This place is for the A List crowd, celebs, and the one percenters. Two people, a starter, some sushi, a veg dish and one wagyu selection, no alcohol -- $550 without tip.

I have been to Zumba’s all over the world while th Ambience and crowds are similar everywhere somehow food isn’t .. the Boston location food quality was good to very good but not excellent line it is in London , Dubai or New York location

One of the best meal experiences in Boston. The service was impeccable (given multiple people were serving and playing different roles, they didn't step on each other's toes). The gin martini was so delicious, as were all the dishes we ordered. We sampled some appetizers, food from the grill and sushi. The food items were beautifully displayed. We were there on a Monday night so the noise level was good. I recall another time it did get quite loud a bit later. The menu font is on the small side so just be sure to bring your reading glasses. I would consider this a "treat" as it is pricey (it was my birthday).

Unfortunately had to return the wine glass twice because it had traces of the cork. Manager came out to apologize and asked if I wanted the third glass but way too late as we had already finished the meal. No discount was offered or anything for the trouble. Zuma was one of our favorite restaurants so this was quite the disappointment.

Food was amazing. Hotel is gorgeous but the ambience of Zuma for me didn’t match the quality of the food and other parts of the hotel. Especially for the price.

Pretty good food - slightly above average if it was priced 30% lower. Service was pretty good. In comparison to similar prices restaurants in other cities it’s a solid 6/10
