Enttäuschend - sehr kühle Atmosphäre, recht grelles Licht. Essen okay, aber überteuert. Bedienung macht ihren Job, ohne jegliche Emotion / Herzlichkeit. Man fühlt sich als Gast eher wie eine Nummer, die abgefertigt wird.

5 von 5 Sternen – Zukaya in Frankfurt ist ein echtes Sushi-Highlight Wer in Frankfurt auf der Suche nach exzellentem Sushi ist, kommt an Zukaya nicht vorbei. Das Restaurant überzeugt auf ganzer Linie: Die Qualität der Zutaten ist erstklassig, jede Rolle ist mit höchster Präzision und viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Besonders beeindruckend ist die Frische des Fisches – man schmeckt sofort, dass hier nichts dem Zufall überlassen wird. Auch das Ambiente im Zukaya ist sehr gelungen: stilvoll, modern und dennoch einladend. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Ein besonderes Highlight war für der Schweinebauch im 4-Gang Menü, was nicht nur geschmacklich, sondern auch optisch ein echtes Kunstwerk war. Aber auch klassische Speisen waren auf einem durchweg hohen Niveau. Fazit: Zukaya ist ein absolutes Muss für Sushi-Liebhaber in Frankfurt. Wer Wert auf Qualität, Atmosphäre und erstklassigen Service legt, wird hier definitiv fündig. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!
