It was very noisy. We had to wait long time for the food. The waiter never disclosed that the special on the Branzino was $89 which was okay but not worth such a price tag. Even though we were only 4 people, the waiter imposed 18% tip not allowing me to do it. Overall very very dispointing.
Exceptional service, off the scale attention and great setting. Menu options limited (in our opinion). Not impressed with menu items nor quality of what was ordered. Extensive wine list at usual restaurant markup. Will give it another opportunity in future.
I have reviewed Zucca many times as i love to go there, so i'll keep it short. Outstanding Italian food in a lovely setting; Lorenzo will welcome you with open arms and make you feel very special, and if you haven't had the T-Bone steak, let me just say that it melts in your mouth. Better even than Peter Luger's or that of most steakhouses.

Lorenzo, the GM, made us feel more than welcome and stayed engaged throughout the evening, as did the entire staff.
The food quality, platings and attention to detail are unrivaled in a very competitive restaurant scene in this cosmopolitan city!

We made a reservation after we had been in Miami for two weeks and were excited to dine here. Since we had to relocate for our daughter to be in the ICU at the children’s hospital, we don’t have our full wardrobe and our parents wanted to take us to a nice dinner to get our minds off

This is usually very good. Saturday night Dec 21, we had guests from California. Only one in four were really happy. The Dover Sole special was great. Problem? It arrived several minutes before our other entrees. This made everyone uncomfortable as we begged him to start eating and he wanted to wait for the rest of us to be served.
His partner has stomach issues. She requested a simple pasta with pesto and sun dried tomatoes. This was not on menu although was a special served w the risotto. She ended up with plain pasta w garlic and butter. They could offer nothing more interesting. My husband had Salmon. It was good. Over leeks. They were not cooked enough to enjoy and eat. I ordered the simple pasta w wild mushrooms. It was an average dish. I could have had it at Big Cheese. I had to request a spoon so I could eat my pasta. I also had to request fresh cheese for the two pasta dishes on the table. We are locals who wanted a special evening for our guests from California. Choose Zucca over Fiona . It was a mistake and I’m really sorry to have to write this. The ambiance is lovely. The servers all had very nice demeanors. We were just all disappointed.

Dinner celebration for 3 of us and oddly got sat in a 3 person table, somewhat weird and constricted, as we were in the middle of the passageway to the kitchen. The food was very decent all tapas and shared style. The service a little spastic but ok. Could have been a better experience I guess.
Soy cliente del restaurante hace mas de 5 años, hice una reserva para la 1:15 y nos sentaron 45 minutos mas tarde, luego nos pararon de la mesa en la que inicialmente nos sentaron... pese a la tardanza y se la dieron a otros clientes que llegaron después de nosotros. Terminaron sirviendo la comida una hora después de nuestra llegada. Una lastima que le hayan dado este manejo a nuestra reserva, a mi esposo y a mi como clientes, pues la comida es deliciosa y el servicio es bueno. Pero tienen mal criterio para administrar la asignación de ls mesas.
Pese a lo anterior la host pidió disculpas pero no hizo nada mas para solucionar lo sucedido
I really enjoyed Zucca. The service was great. The selection was good as well. Wine list by te glass had plenty of options including some high end glasses. I wish there were some more traditional italian dishes to choose from, but everything was very high end. don't miss the tiramisu!

Our first time at Zucca and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cocktails were exceptionally crafted, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Now I understand why it’s so popular. Also I love revisiting the old St. Michel building in the Gables. Love the Ild Spanish tile work in the lobby.
It's always a pleasure to go back to Zucca. The food is excellent, service great, atmosphere delightful, and decor wonderful. We shared the T-Bone steak, which is even too big for two, and it melted in our mouths. This was one of the best steaks I've had in a long time, much better than in many of the steakhouses, and I've been to many of the best ones around the US. As or the potatoes that come with it - truly out of this world! We also had the veal chop Milanese, which was excellent, as well as some fantastic pasta. For desert, the pannacota and the tiramisu were a great way to finish on a light note. Try the "No Name" Barolo. It's wonderful and good value for what it is.

The trick to quiet environment and a timely reservation is to dine a little earlier. Place gets busy and with good reason. Food is phenomenal and the service was also very very good. I can see this place on my regulars list.
This restaurant never disappoints. The food, the service, the ambience, is always excellent. Their employees are so gracious and so nice and always happy to see you the stuffed zucchini blossoms with mozzarella is one of our favorite Appetizers
